Life may be a joke for some and to others be a source of confusion;
its present problems are often tackled without the right conclusion.
The world is thus full of mysteries that have been left unresolved
and humanity being the main one creates more as it gets involved.

What science knows today is likely to be laughed at tomorrow
as mankind uses science like religion to eliminate all its sorrow.
The association of science and religion now then is evident more than ever before
as we realize they can compliment each other and lead us towards a better shore.

Don't allow your life to be as a fallen leaf blown about by the wind;
without any objective or goal we are lost and life seems to rescind.
When the light of inspiration in the mind is dim and appears to fade
that's the time to rekindle it by aligning ourselves with Higher Aid.

It is those people who criticize us that we often benefit the most by,
when they point out our shortcomings to be overcome if we only try.
It's also those people who are hard towards us we should be grateful to,
if they help us become strong through discipline which they make us do.

If you think that in life you've been a dismal failure
and also find it extremely hard to make ends meet
consider those people who're worse off but endure
and beg everyday from others for something to eat.

All sacred scriptures were written to turn the mind towards God
who is always to be found within each heart, isn't that quite odd?
They all tell of a different way or perspective of knowing that Glory;
each usually trying to make out as if theirs is the only or best story.

In balancing of the opposites a harmonious state is the end result;
one can then see beyond oneself which some people call the occult.
Through self-mastery in one's life comes a certain transcendence
and any individual thus blest gains a unique level of independence.

Please come and lend an ear to what I have to say
which may be of great importance to you someday.
Our life in this world is not what it does seem;
it's really an illusion and one big vacant dream.

Let's make no mistake about what needs to be done;
away from certain situations in life we should not run.
Life is a challenge in which we have all got to make our way
and the demands made upon us are so many needless to say.

but then the law is based upon the truth by which it issues its own commands.
The truth is based upon Reality where there can't be any idea of falsehood,
Reality is in fact the Absolute or Supreme Being that is really all Godhood.

we're only meant to stay for a limited time, so do some mystics tell.
Heaven and hell must surely be the two most familiar otherworldly places about
but whether they're real or imagined it's only by experience that we will find out.

The earth is a vast holy place yet we desecrate it so much
and of the secret ways of nature we have mostly lost touch.
In our pursuit of knowledge, progress leaves no stone unturned,
yet most of that we know, from the humble earth, have learned.

Winter must surely be the most dreaded season of all in the whole year
of which just about every creature, in the world, has something to fear.
The cold and shortage of food often bring disease and death in their wake
and the 'survival of the fittest' is put to the test making many lives shake.

Love God for love's sake only because He really does also love you
and if you remember Him always He'll help you in whatever you do.
He's the light of true knowledge and knows everything there is or could ever be
being never at all very far He can reveal Himself in our heart that any may see.

When the heart and mind are both troubled with much anxiety and fear
and there is no one close by to comfort and bring you some good cheer,
turn within and focus your attention on the deep calm waters of the soul
where the inner ocean of peace exists and in which we're forever whole.

'Love at first sight' is a term expressed these days we don't often hear
about people when they fall in love thinking of each other very dear.
It's wonderful to recognise an awakened love for one another so very soon
but if the depth of this love is fathomed, does it go beyond the honeymoon?

It is so much less demanding to destroy than to create or build
and the fruit of our labour doesn't appear to be as hard to yield.
If anyone then is bent on revenge and goes about it in a rage
they will probably have their victims, in the end, to assuage.

If you think life is daunting and find yourself on the brink of despair
what then of all those people who for them no one does really care?
It's an individual or social human conscience that can make a difference sometime
but isn't there a lasting solution to this problem which barely falls short of a crime?

From Being to becoming there is then an individualisation
and from individuality to universality there is a realisation.
From Oneness to manyness there is then a diversification
and from diversity to attunement there is then a unification.

When the little individual ego is gradually erased
the small self to the True Self is eventually raised.
With the enlightenment of a person's false nature
ignorance is removed to reveal their real stature.

Love is endless and love is free
love's everything to you and me.
Love is now and love will always be
love's everywhere to those who see.

Money can't buy you love because love is greater than money
yet money can help you find love which is sweeter than honey.
Money isn't everything but, in this world we find, it sure goes a long way;
love of money is wrong and, unless used to help others, doesn't really pay.

When our daily work in this life has been almost done
and with fleeting worldly pleasures we've had our fun,
what else is there in the remaining time left for us to do?
but seek to know That which is of lasting value and true.

Love is the power that makes the world go round
and helps keep both our feet firmly on solid ground.
Yet it has the virtue to lift us up when we are down
and to overcome obstacles which makes it renown.

The life of man often entails a great deal of hardship and pain
which usually means there's something in it worthwhile to gain.
This may not be obvious to anyone that doesn't look deep enough
or understood by those who in themselves haven't the right stuff.

The older we get the wiser we're supposed to become,
such is the general result of experience in life for some.
But with age there's also the prospect of the deterioration of health
and the wisdom that's gained is used to maintain the body by stealth.

God really cannot ever be either bought or sold
but is found in the heart where love does unfold.
If we look within ourselves and behold The Light
know it's a sign of His Grace and a blessed sight.

From simple and humble beginnings we have all come a long way
to where we find ourselves this moment now which means today.
Throughout our journey in life we have all experienced a great deal
but what lesson have we each learnt on which we can put our seal?

Oh God, You're really so big and I am so small
You're everything and I am nothing much at all.
Yet I exist it does seem, though only in relation
to this fantastic dream, which is Your Creation.

Some things in life we're not meant to have or see
unless of course they are all a part of our destiny.
The hand of fate does knowingly give and take
and so nothing and no one does it ever forsake.

The universe which modern science says is expanding
is partly due to our perception of it and understanding.
But into what does it expand and has perhaps to contract?
when we're only vaguely aware of what it contains intact.

A poet is an artist who paints images with words cast on the canvas of our mind
and uses expressions to make a point or evoke feelings of some particular kind.
A poem then is the handiwork of a poet who is usually inspired or otherwise,
being the medium through which he or she reveal themselves to peoples’ eyes.

Poetry is a sublime art form and can be used to get a message across
of things that sometimes have or need to be said by words to emboss.
Poetical verses then are groups of lines written in a certain style or metre
of various lengths and rhythm which are often like a stage set in a theatre.

God doesn't really listen to demands or claims made in the language of the mind and stays apart
but comes very close and listens to yearnings of love that are made in the language of the heart.
Only pure love can cross the barrier and penetrate that worldly illusion of separation
which stands between an individual and God Who is the Reality behind this creation.

When thoughts of despair and gloom crowd into your mind
know them to be only passing shadows of an illusory kind.
When clouds obscure the light of the sun, moon or stars in the sky,
they have a similar effect but if dispersed reveal light from up high.

Intelligence and love are parts of a universal language
that we all communicate with because of our heritage.
They usually transcend all barriers of time and space
which in this world are common for the human race.

The good captain knows that when his ship is going down
he must try to get everyone off safely before they drown.
Only at the last moment he thinks of himself if no one else is around
and his mind is then at peace knowing everybody is safe and sound.

It certainly does matter a great deal whatever we all say and do
because they're the ways by which we express our thoughts too.
It's by our thoughts and ideas that we can justify our reason for being
and by translating them into action we also reveal ourselves for seeing.

Whatever goes up, in this world, must also come down
unless it defies nature's law of gravity which is renown.
For anything to rise to a certain height and then have to come down again
depends on the force that initially propels it and how high it attains to then.

The fabric of time and space is made up of God's imagination
an illusion we're all subject to before eventual Self-realisation.
The warp and woof of the universe is one of infinite existence
expressing itself as time, space and matter through persistence.

How can I explain or even decide for you
what you really should or should not do.
It is all simply just a matter of wise choice
so easy after heeding that true inner voice.

There is a brighter light than reason that shines within the mind
guiding beyond where reason cannot go or when reason is blind.
The light of reason looks at the cause and effect or action and its reaction
but the brighter light perceives the nature of things without any distraction.

If you go or if you'll stay
tomorrow is another day.
The sun will shine up in the sky
as all the clouds go rolling by.

'To err is to be human' is a saying spoken often enough
in one way or another to those people who get a rebuff.
It's a gentle chiding for errors done we can all safely accept,
so common in fact that nobody around claims to be an adept.

Some people in life you'll meet may think and say that ignorance is bliss,
while some others around will refute the idea as nonsense and so dismiss.
They may also add that if we don't know about something it probably wont hurt
but, if we do know, it can make a world of difference and thus any danger avert.

There are certain things I have read and seen
which also part of my experience have been.
You may not ever believe what I have to tell
but then you wouldn't be expected to as well.

Do the right thing my friend and let your mind be at peace
and with some soulful prayers the light there will increase.
Our whole life in the world is made up of actions good and bad
but if we do the right thing we'll rarely have a cause to be sad.

It takes some disillusionment and ****** distress
for anyone to abstain from bad habits of excess.
Some people are caught up very early in life and
so can't get beyond them without a helping hand.

When at the right time those winds of love sweep you off your feet
you'll have come across someone whom you were destined to meet.
A life together may then be as a many coloured and fragrant flower
that can verily enrich the world around it like a long awaited shower.

For what does the sun rise and for what then does it set?
is it not for Heavenly Love which it cannot ever forget?
The moon and stars are also subject and don't seek a release
until that love beckons them to find rest in its ***** of peace.
