I cough words
onto a page,
and hold it up to the world.
They call it art, they call it poetry.

I don't care anymore
Since this is the only language
My heart can truly speak
Since it seems like caring for you
Or caring for us
Only chockes your precious freedom.

You want me to change
Yet when I plea for you to do the same
You make me feel worse.

So I don't care if we crash
I don't care if you cheat
I don't care if you hurt

I will simply don't care.

I am nothing to begin with
I am the end of everything

I am the creator
I will be the destroyer

I am the escape
I am the Maze
I am the question
I am the answer

Try to control me
I am the controller
Try to destroy me
I am in the destroyer

Everything is born from me
Everything will fall into me
I am the one beyond time
I am the one that is trapped inside
Accept me for who I am
I am the CHAOS
OOO
Just trying something new

You played me like a poker game
Your love was a bad hand of cards
“Bet it all”
Said the dealer
“Be my queen of hearts”
I handed myself over
Hoping I’d be enough
I wish I could’ve seen it
I wish I called your bluff

I made a promise
A promise to myself
A promise to stay
A promise to live
A promise to be OK

I broke that promise
The promise to myself
I tryed to leave
I don't want to be live
I am not OK

I have a promise
A promise to my friends
A promise to stay
A promise to live
A promise to be OK

I still brake that promise
The promies to my friends
I want to leave
I don't want to live
I am not OK

I will never keep the promise
The promise to myself
The promise to my friends
The promise to stay
The promise to live
The promise to be OK

I am stay
I live
But I'm not OK
I will never be OK
But that is OK

My periods turn to semicolons
My suicide notes to poetry
My goodbyes become hellos
The blades turn to sunflowers
And the bullets, a rose
My heart still is broken
But the pieces have been found
Death isn’t for me anymore
What is, in the here and now
I still don’t feel enough
But I am alive
And that’s enough to say
Today is not the day I die.
I cry my tears alone
I feel my pain deep inside
The hurt runs through me
I truly stand alone
What I knew is gone
The rules have changed

I am on my own
My muse has left me
The joy of writing disappeared
Leaving a vacuum of nothingness
I feel lost not knowing how to express myself
Feeling misunderstood
Afraid to speak
I am on my own

only the right one

i  remember when we met by the harbour light
with the moon above lighting up the night
we would sit together counting stars above
the night when we met when we fell in love

how we held each with the moon so bright
in each others arms by the harbour light
looking at the clouds as they go floating bye
in the sky above floating way up high.

all these special things are in my memory
for ever in my heart they will always be
memories to cherish that i will always see
of the harbour lights where you first met me

watching all the ships as they sailed away
heading out to sea as they left the bay
in each others arms with the moon so bright
where we fell in love by the harbour light

all these special things are in my memory
for ever in my heart they will always be
memories to cherish that i will always see
of the harbour lights where you first met me

Because the earth’s round
Doesn’t mean it’s  having a ball.

Because waves crash
Doesn’t mean that they aren’t in control.

Because the sea is deep
Doesn’t mean that it’s thoughtful

Because land meets the sea
Doesn’t mean that they agree

Because you float my boat
Doesn’t make me the captain.
Five little ten worders to ponder.

When the sun is down
The moon comes around to try & hug her
Night & day are lovers
Forever chasing each other
An endless endeavour like no other
They are meant for one another
Hiding their feelings behind the Earth's cover
During dusk & dawn, they blend their colours
It's their love they utter
The moon adores the sun more during summer
In awe of her in her element
Surrounded by stars, he stays celibate
Astounded by her being above par
Far above, yet still with benevolence
No one comes close, they're irrelevant
Shines so bright, she must be heaven sent

Perfection one of scary subject.
Behind perfection empty world is stash.
Behind perfection nothing but explosion bolt.
Which slowly twist my world inside.

Perfection in the imperfection.
Perfection in each deepest scar.
Perfection but who said that imperfection...
In every moment that I living now.

Perfection under beauty masks.
Behind perfection nothing but,
low coefficient of past reflections.
Behind perfection lies of bombs.
Behind perfection nothing but ignorance.
Behind perfection low confidence are tuck.
I just don’t like to wash the dishes, I’m tired of washing the dishes every day, so for 2 days I’m no longer washing the dishes, yes I’m not perfect, so what? I hate dishes, I angry about them, where they came from???

If you could read my mind,
You’d see a thousand papers
Filled with broken poetries
And deadbeat proses
Full of woeful verses
With mournful pieces
Of unfinished stories
That are yet to be written
And failed to be spoken;
If you could read my mind,
You’d hear horrible screams
And earsplitting weeps
From shattered dreams,
Kept in a nasty notepad,
Scribbled on a bed
Of bloodstained words,
Ringing in my head.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see the shadows
That lurk within me;
You’d hear the bellows,
Screeching the words
“I’m tired,”
“I’m a failure,”
“I’m stupid –”
I know it sounds stupid,
It’s pathetically foolish
And seems too *******.
If you could read my mind,
You’d feel the tears
I had ever failed to cry;
You’d see the people
That make the weak weaker;
You’d see the monsters
That consume my head;
You’d hear the hollers
That failed to be freed;
You’d see the heart
That still bleeds and bleeds.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see the face
I’ve failed to show back then,
The face I’ve faked back then.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see a character
I had ever failed to become
If you could read my mind,
You’d be able to read
A book you never wished
To touch and read,
But sometimes I still wish
Someone could read my mind.

I want to forget
I want to lose myself
I want to relinquish control
I want to feel the giddy bliss
I want to relax
I just want a **** drink
Or several... or... ten...
But they won’t let me yet
I don’t get the privilege
Have to sit through the pain
While you all enjoy your vices
I don’t care if it destroys me
I can’t stand being sober

I love him
I tell myself
I know that
We will be together forever
I don’t believe that
We could be separated
My thoughts tell me that
He’s the love of my life
Sometimes my heart lies and says
I could live an eternity
Without him
Like my friends say
“We’re perfect for each other”
And you can’t tell me
He’s not the one.

Now read from bottom to top.

For I'm the one who's hurting,
I'm just healing myself.

Spring will have it's way
as Winter puts
its bristling souvenir
of empty bed to rest
behind the eyes
of blue birds
asleep in the sun

as I watch her
in her chair
pen in hand
a light beyond
the rainy rose
my bleak plantings
turned to bloom
as I listen
to her songs

He looked at me,
The way the sky looks at the rain,
Waiting for patiently for the relief.
Hands intertwining around my waist like vines,
Every touch felt.
Warm lips pressed against mine that has been worn.
Heal them I say as if they have been broken so many times before.
I love you,
I love you.
Our love is inevitable.

I'm spiralling out of control
My head is heavy and my mind's low
On trust and selfless belief.
Too much time I've spent wondering if
your heart was looking for someone
Or it is set and the battle was won.
Spending years on a fantasy, going insane
I am cautiously walking a dangerous lane
Have to quit you, get better, I know
I don't know if I'm ready to.. go.
