I know
You care about me
10 more people do
Yet I can't get rid
Of this feeling
Of doom

I know
I have you
10 more people too
Yet I can't find a person
To talk to
late at night

When you wonder why something happened to you, another way of saying that would be, why hasn’t this happened to someone else? In a way, we’re all saving each other.
If according to Physics,
empty space isn't empty,
my friend,
you're not empty.
If you feel empty,
remember that feelings
aren't true thermometer of reality.
Wake up!
What you need is discovery
of what you've got
and what you've got not,
but,
you're not empty.

Nothing Being Everything..

This key formulation

Which is not a formulation

Brings our finite minds

To the edge of Recognition

Of the extant of Oneness

The very Vastness of

Being..and invites our

Participation..forevermore

Not as a person..but as the

Freedom and Joy of

Nothing Being Everything...!

I had a vision of you and me living happily
To my surprise, my vision became our reality
We did everything together, we were inseparable
We loved what we had and it's undeniable

But slowly the vision so clear to me, in your eyes became blurry
And I had to carry you so you wouldn't trip and you wouldn't leave me
Now I bear the burden of fixing the broken pieces that fell apart
Alone, bruised, wounded, in desperate need of your once loving heart

But the load was too heavy so I had to let you go thinking it'll be better
Little did I know, the chain of memories latched onto me like tether
Now I'm traversing shackled, feeling even heavier each passing day
Wondering why did you have to leave me when everything was okay
Slowly dying insede

I have lived deep
inside the earth
I ache to the core
expose the heat
from my mind’s eye
to weaken each layer
and break through
one-by-one
searching for the surface
where I imagine
meaning lives
never considering
that the surface
may be imaginary
and there is no
final destination
and this is my
destiny to spend
forever burning
through all the truths
He
Broke my wings
So I couldn’t

Fly

So I stole his soul
So he couldn’t

Die

Just because your name
Doesn’t tentatively trip off my tongue
Doesn’t mean it’s not smouldering
My mouth from the inside out
You are the only place I’ll ever belong.

the pain you try to cover up deep inside your heart,
the abuse that you endured just ripped your world apart.
the anger that you cannot shake how ever hard you try.
Day by day it eats at you but doesn't tell you why.
Everyday you mask your hurt afraid that someone just might see,
I'm here to tell you Jesus does and longs to set you free.
What ever it was that happened
you are not to blame, the source of your unhappiness , your ill
unwanted shame.
gently kneel and bow your head , open up your heart.
you don't have to change a thing
Jesus loves you just the way that you are.
if you are hurting , depressed alone . this poem is for you

I exist inside a tiny space of your heart
called my universe I'll never understand.
You blind me with your drunken rage.
I'll never see your stars inside my eyes.
I remember your taste and white heat
burning me as I go down in your flames.
Patty S. Her beauty burned my retina. She left me blind but I still see her in my dreams.

I look into the dark
Open mouth of the beer can
Wondering will I ever crawl out of it.
It's boredom and loneliness that brought me here,
To my ice brewed savior.
I must avoid the no place
Can't drink too much
Just enough to forget about you
And make it through
Another day.

Crystal clear skies and starry nights

Where the beautiful days
Never seem to turn to night

A love that is forever bright.

I watched the moon,
last night,
it danced through,
the tree limbs,
onto my,
bare skin.
I pondered,
if maybe,
you too held,
ballets,
across your chest.
A friend of mine told me
I write when I’m sad
She said it is as if I am in pain
And I said when I write it rains
When I put the pen on paper the clouds get dark
And when I stop
The birds of the sky sings
Coming out to play as the sun is out

Red were the roses, the ones I left on your casket,
Orange were the leaves, the ones in your tree,
Yellow were the bruises, the ones that covered you head-to-toe,
Green were the stains, the ones left on the hems of your jeans,
Blue were your lips, the day you were found in your noose,
Indigo was the night sky, that night that you died,
Violet was that bruise, the one you wore around your neck
by Alice Thyne, but i can relate so much

Rain drops trickling down my face,
as they wash away the tears.
I'll never forget that horrible place,
revolving around my fears.

Seeing your coffin,
as white as snow.
You were only young,
it was to early to go!

A weary day for,
a bad occasion.
Crying and weeping,
brings a bad revelation.

I run to your coffin,
falling down to my knees.
Why did you take him!?!
Bring him back please!!!

As they lowered your coffin,
I screamed out with hate.
Three words I've never said,
which was my biggest mistake!

"I love him!",
the first time I realized.
But death is unfair,
and there's no compromise.

We spread flowers upon your,
coffin as dark as death.
But just like you,
I'm now out of breath

your name is
forbidden in
my mouth
or in my heart
because when
i think about
you;

i'll cry a little more,
hurt a little stronger
love a little softer
because you no longer
make me feel sober

i'm drunk on the
memory of you
if only i could chase you with pizza but shots don't work like that

sometimes you just
gotta sit down and write
just grab the apple
and take a bite
just take a leap
into the dark night

if you want to be a poet
you gotta write poems
let the words go
wherever the wind blows em

sometimes your lines will ****
other times blow you away
but stay firm on that writing path
don't be led astray
by laziness and perfectionism
saying you can't do it
don't give in, knock em down
push yourself right through it

let the poem be what it is
let its rhymes ring true
knowing as much
as you're writing the poem
it's also writing you
success comes
through failure
improvement comes
through the grind
go ahead
write bad poems
they'll make you better
in due time

Is a poet still a poet
If they do not write?

A journal gathering dust,
But a yearning to write.
Am I still a poet
Without my inner light?
I'm sorry I haven't written a while! Love you all

One day this beautiful world
Will remain as it is now,
But we'll be not there as we are now
Like flowers bloom in Spring and
Shed in Winter.
The flowers which embellished
The tree oneday, someday
Such flowers will
Leave the tree
In solitude.

Break my bones;
cut my throat.
Pull me open,
learn the ropes.

Breath me in;
taste the fear.
Shank my skin;
stand and cheer.

Kick my head;
let me bleed.
Unbolt my veins;
enjoy the read.

Gouge my eyes;
punch my face.
Wrap me up
in your embrace.
Get to know me like I do you; inside and out.

If you could read my mind,
You’d see a thousand papers
Filled with broken poetries
And deadbeat proses
Full of woeful verses
With mournful pieces
Of unfinished stories
That are yet to be written
And failed to be spoken;
If you could read my mind,
You’d hear horrible screams
And earsplitting weeps
From shattered dreams,
Kept in a nasty notepad,
Scribbled on a bed
Of bloodstained words,
Ringing in my head.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see the shadows
That lurk within me;
You’d hear the bellows,
Screeching the words
“I’m tired,”
“I’m a failure,”
“I’m stupid –”
I know it sounds stupid,
It’s pathetically foolish
And seems like *******.
If you could read my mind,
You’d feel the tears
I had ever failed to cry;
You’d see the people
That make the weak weaker;
You’d see the monsters
That consume my head;
You’d hear the hollers
That failed to be freed;
You’d see the heart
That still bleeds and bleeds.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see the face
I’ve failed to show back then,
The face I’ve faked back then.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see a character
I had ever failed to become
If you could read my mind,
You’d be able to read
A book you never wished
To touch and read,
But sometimes I still wish
Someone could read my mind.

A heart symbol doesn't count

There's no love in that

I want your real response

How did you react?

I shared my poem with you, took a real risk

Opened up my soul, received no closure for it

I don't want to have to beg you not to be brisk

But like bruh please use your words

My fragile soul craves this
I shared a poem with one of my peeps, but they didn't respond, so I wrote a poem about them not responding to my poem.

I love him
I tell myself
I know that
We will be together forever
I don’t believe that
We could be separated
My thoughts tell me that
He’s the love of my life
Sometimes my heart lies and says
I could live an eternity
Without him
Like my friends say
“We’re perfect for each other”
And you can’t tell me
He’s not the one.

Now read from bottom to top.
