do I owe the world for keeping me alive
staring at the ceiling, staring up at night
twisting away at my insides
towers of disappointment, my battle cry
The Tears of those that I don't care of
bleed into my subconscious

Maybe this time

Reading can be a painful process
especially to those insipid enough
to dread even the pleasure
of smelling a book
Kau tak akan pernah mengerti bagaimana pedihnya tersenyum seolah semua baik-baik saja ketika aku berada dihadapanmu.

I want you
All of you
The good the bad
Everything in between

But do you want me
For everything I am
Like I want you
For everything you are

I’ve grown attached
But you seem distant
Please let me in
I just want you

look so pretty
falling down
as gently as
the touch of our

but they die
and so does our love
but even in death
they look so pretty
and yet again
so does our love

man's gonna kil you god is the one who keeps you alive
If love is blind
Hate must be sight

I've been so different,
and I've been at my worst beacuase I have had people use me,
lie to me,
stab me
and put me down to the dumps

What are we
doing here anyway
Are we seriously
going to write
some poetry
to save the world
Or not so seriously
to save ourselves
Either way
Let’s get to it

Just a late night rambling!
i think my heart lives in the gap
between her two front teeth

a firefly nestled in sheets
of dark and less than two years
in this world of ours
and she already gleams
my niece owns my soul lol

I want to tell you I miss you
I want to admit my wrongs
I want tell you I love you
I want to see you just because
I want to be the bigger person
But I’m still scared of the aftermath
Don’t want our situation to worsen
Can’t chance losing my other half
I don’t know how to tell you
In a way you’d now understand
We used to do everything together
You used to be my right hand
I miss you more than ever
Feels like I lost my best friend
Please don’t change my meaning of forever
Because our love was never supposed to end

We live in troubled times.
The Amazon is burning and yet
no one will answer for these crimes.
Such is the twenty-first century
when the polar ice caps are melting
and there's no one to answer their plea.
I lust for the grasp of hope's embrace.
The gentle slumber of no further worries.

I crave the eyes in which I will drown,
and restful days within them.
Like a magical night
when everything goes right

And he gets what you mean
you say "This is the Joint!"

When he laughs cuz you're funny
and your jokes are on point

When he asks for your number
and you give it out wrong

When the movement is Music
and you both know the song

When you dare not to care
so you're free to be you

Now he's feeling your vibe
and you're feeling it too

It's a night to remember
but never repeat

Cuz it was what it was
In that hot summer heat
Let it break you
Cut your fingertips
On the shards
Let it change you
Find new edges
And shapes in the glass
Let it remake you
Reflect the damage back
With bloodied mirror fragments
Leave your memory
Deep in their marrow
Haunt the corners of their sight

why do you tease me so
querulous and catty and quirky
the many faces you have
delights so svelte, online media
you write almost tangible
and your beautiful braid-dangles

stupid thoughts, bad cup
pollen from the dandelions
breeze by, heron umbrella
of Autumn's shadow--
the ghosts of never again haunt here
despite you sweetening
the edible tangles
keep your eyes closed love.

"keep your eyes closed love. sometimes all you have to listen is to what the sound of the waves tells you to do"

When I was much younger, beaches were my second favorite places. I still love watching waves as they go by, crashing against each other and the whole process repeating all over again.
A heart always tempted,
Forever that which loves.
Broken hearts lay in the wake.

Insecurity breeds fear,
When nothing has ever proved to be
What you wish it to be.

The world revolves,
So too do its people.
Till one day,
Two hearts meet,
Two hearts beat.
And now all around me they stand,
As I stare down at my feet,
Waiting for someone to walk my way.
Yours Truly
“This is my last time”,
I said 4 times ago
As I paint my brittle fingernails
Red with blood
Somethings deeply wrong with me
If you could read my mind,
You’d see a thousand papers
Filled with broken poetries
And deadbeat proses
Full of woeful verses
With mournful pieces
Of unfinished stories
That are yet to be written
And failed to be spoken;
If you could read my mind,
You’d hear horrible screams
And earsplitting weeps
From shattered dreams,
Kept in a nasty notepad,
Scribbled on a bed
Of bloodstained words,
Ringing in my head.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see the shadows
That lurk within me;
You’d hear the bellows,
Screeching the words
“I’m tired,”
“I’m a failure,”
“I’m stupid –”
I know it sounds stupid,
It’s pathetically foolish
And seems too *******.
If you could read my mind,
You’d feel the tears
I had ever failed to cry;
You’d see the people
That make the weak weaker;
You’d see the monsters
That consume my head;
You’d hear the hollers
That failed to be freed;
You’d see the heart
That still bleeds and bleeds.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see the face
I’ve failed to show back then,
The face I’ve faked back then.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see a character
I had ever failed to become
If you could read my mind,
You’d be able to read
A book you never wished
To touch and read,
But sometimes I still wish
Someone could read my mind.
one little spider fell on my leg
I smacked him off then I said
"Did you nibble?
Did you bite?"
he said no
just a kissed you goodnight
I made this poem for my little cousin
He had pretty eyes
And seductive lips
He told me
That i turn him on
I just laugh it off
But little did he know
He had turn me on first

Not knowing, where the universe begins
Or how far, the darkness extends
Can one know, where it actually ends
There’s nothing better
than beautiful photos filled
with special moments

love my family photos I have plenty hanging on my walls at home always makes me smile when I look at them ;❤️
I assume we are scared of death because we don’t want life to end

but Death wants to live too,

The sun has to go away
For the moon the be able to shine .
Ya know?

I love him
I tell myself
I know that
We will be together forever
I don’t believe that
We could be separated
My thoughts tell me that
He’s the love of my life
Sometimes my heart lies and says
I could live an eternity
Without him
Like my friends say
“We’re perfect for each other”
And you can’t tell me
He’s not the one.

Now read from bottom to top.
I've been dreaming about a girl
With silver hair and icy eyes,
With pink lips and good vibes,
With the softest smile and skinny thighs...
She was the sun ray that kissed your face
After the cruel winter haze.
She was the gracious lioness,
Almost like a royal Highness.

But she was just a con
Because, c'mon ,
She told me she loved me,
That she'll never leave me
And then I woke up and she was gone
And I was left alone from dusk 'till dawn.
When you think you just found your true Happiness, then Life waltzes in and gives you a good slap.
I sat atop that ocean wall
Just wanting to end it all
Wondering how far the fall
Then I heard the ocean call
Late at night
Couldn't see a thing
Wondering what this would bring
I heard her there
Standing where I could not see
The one I wanted for eternity
I knew she was not there
But that did not cause despair
I let my eyes close
For I stepped into the dream
For the reality I couldn't see
The one with just you and me
As I jumped into the sea
Finally happy
ting is
your           life
thro             ugh
a ne           edle
and         if
you sew
and time was a bottle
held above the stars
for an instant
if only for a day or a night
a lifetime

falling with our knees into the garden of sighs

lifting your lips up with mine
one prayer smeared all over one fleeting morning
" mine"
poem partly inspired bt a sculpture by Carol Acworth called
'Exploration , Naked Young Lovers Indoor Sculprure'
It's not in my heart
Or my mind
It's beyond my lungs
My veins & my flaws
It's beyond it all
The pain is deep inside
As if my body leads
To the entrance of another world
And it hurts because it's never
Been discovered
It's shiny and new
Full of nature and bloom
My pain lives alone
Beyond my ability to explain
Madalynn Lydeen
The temptation is always hanging over me.
A cloud raining pure amber liquid,
Calling with a siren sound.

"I'll help you forget"

"I'll help you be happy"

"We can have fun"

"Make you feel nice"

"Give you back your laugh"

"Take away the pain"

"Supplement the light"

The cold silence of the night makes my nightmares so much more real.

I am alone.

"Together we will be warm"

That's right.

We will be.
I am far too young to be a ******* alcoholic **** but I guess I was always daddy's little girl

In case no one gets it,
i collect my excerpts
than i spell my prayer.
Spills my personal feelings
and trouble,
longer than i bow
on my knees.

i memorize every shame
and quote it
into a piece of paper,
the same stroke
they did to break
my bones.
Marks down
every of their tone
when i got yelled at,
being degraded.

In case no one gets it,
i use my fingertips to fight.
Being sure of my words,
but never myself.

They can take off my guts,
break down my sanity
into pieces of insecurity.
Yet i’m here to remain bold
until the last spill of ink,
and my pen
can no longer stand.
the battle is in my head

Why is that always the question?
I'll never understand why people see it like that,
Why would it matter whats inside the cup?
I guess everyone is supposed to judge whats on the inside,
instead of out,
Or at least thats what everyone says to do,
But I see it differently,
So when people ask me "is the cup half empty, or half full?"
Isn't it just a cup?

you slip love notes in your bag
because you miss him.

and on those empty nights you grip each one on your heavy heart,
wishing you could just see him.
You think you're smarter
Than me, with
All your bad poetry
This is a part of Melanie Martinez's song 'Alphabet Boy'
Lindsay Hardesty
I pray you become strong
But never hard
I pray you know joy
But also sadness
I pray you always speak the truth
But also know when to bite your tongue
I pray you know how to lose
But also that you win
I pray you have a wild soul
But also stay grounded
Finally I pray you know you are loved
Even through the storms
To my future daughter
