We love our artists
Then why do we punish them so much?
Do we think they need more pain
To create
Or does agony just come with the territory?
I would like to be inspired by
A loving ginger touch
Maybe the smell of the sea
Wonderful sights and delightful beauty
But no. They sit us down instead
And force us to feel.

Be as wise as water
and take the path of least resistance
Be as mean as water
and drown all the sorrows can you find
Be a patient as water
and erode all the mountains over time
and
Be as loving as water
and leave oases of yourself behind

”Infinite galaxies come running down my tear stained cheek.
I’m swept away in this pain.
Cherished memories washed away, always down the drain.
I envy the days where I felt so endless, even when I ached.”

in yesterdays limelight was you
autumn glow sifts through your hair,
the golden sands we surfed

gentle cheeks brushed red
behind rose lenses, smile lines
that fleeting, naive azure

todays fluorescents, headache white
midnight eyes, sunk and hollowed
your lilac touch uncured

Beneath me, touching toes you lie
I don't count anymore, rather endure the crunch and crinkle of pretty patterns now in-flow.

Twisted white sheets beckoned bedfellows before but,
now we writhe in wit and wonder:
knowing when or when it how.

Atop the distanced hill we stare
fixated, on future duty, care
about it then, so far away. But comfort
that it binds us now.
A poem about the future.

bare and vulnerable
hug me til dawn

cover my flaws
caress my scars
kiss me
as if my skin is porcelain
with no lines that says i'm broken

delve yourself into me
let my heart beat for your own
as your own does for me

hand me your love
and pull my pain away
let me taste the eternity
and passionate severity

oh please tell me
that this is not ragged hum
of wild beast when midnight come

tell me you love me
tell me you still love me
in spite my skin
in spite my bare being

I hate happy people,
the smiles on their faces,
their eyes full of freedom,
I hate happy people...

I hate happy people,
they stick hearts with needles,
God, isn't that wicked?
They're laughing, I'm bleeding,
I'm choking, they're breathing,
I'm aching, they're healing,
they're loving, I'm leaving...
*
There are some things I can't explain,
sometimes it's hard to be yourself.
I gotta say I'm born this way:
I only hate what I can't have...
You know, sometimes you just look at others and the most terrible thing comes to your mind: "It will never happen to me..."

bones we are bones and we are forever
imaginations imagination imagining imagination
made from the thoughts of creation to create inside creation
we could fly as the air was buoyant
the earth tree is was in the Arctic
it reached to heaven under the pole star
there light intermingled
and we were all content
all of us
and imagination is infinite so no map of the earth is complete
god is more of a gardener than a god thing
just set it all in motion kinda thing
persistence bravery common sense character
oh she loves character

Healing leaves are now disrobed branches
on the edge of this wilderness.
Many tall Douglas Fir stand sentinel
over 100 foot tall amazing grace — the fleeting leaves
expose the beauty of the moss clad scaffolds
adorned with a lime-grey lichen lace
Nature is my refuge — solid ground to stand
in this harmony and peacefulness.

Shall we go, now?
To that place we so dearly cherish.
Somewhere we have been to before.
Truth be told, it is not that far away.

It could be that couch in the living room,
Where we settled into the night.
Or perhaps the rug underneath it,
Where we can play games and fight.

It could be that small bed,
Creaking in the summer wind.
Or the window where the sun sets,
When we watched as daylight thinned.

It could be the boat we were on,
Braving the storm, dauntless.
Or it could be the sea beneath,
Where we witnessed life flourish, relentless.

It could be up on a mountain,
Between the trees and the absence of light.
Or down by the beach of a small island,
Where we cover our eyes if the sun gets too bright.

It could be somewhere quiet,
Serene, wallowing in tranquility.
Or in the dusty embrace of bustling cities,
Where we would drift in the crowds.

It could be anywhere in the world,
Really, it matters little.
But there is one place we always want to be,
And that is right next to each other.

Perhaps sometimes in anger,
And other times, we'll suffer.
But we'll live together,
And then maybe we'll know,
what it is like to live forever.
On her Birthday, she asked me to write something for her. I haven't wrote poetry for quite a while so this one may prove lacking delicate touches.

I’ve gone through many battles
but never one as exquisitely painful
as the one my body has raged against itself

It’s just dirt
It’s not a garden at all
what is a garden without flowers?
sterile
barren
all I wanted in this life
was to give life

When you arrived you quickly bloomed
But just as quickly
I lost you
now there’s a wilted garden inside me
still, it serves as a reminder
of our time together
and the fact that
I’ll always love you

There’s a universe inside of you,
But I’m just a little star.
Once my light is out,
There'll be none of me.

Washed my hands in ***** water
To cleanse my deepest sins
Caught a ride on a dragonfly
Oh, the places I’ve been
Spent those days in an endless maze
LSD induced
Took my blade and cut my way
Through the issues of my youth

Deaf and blind I knew it all as I shook my angry fist
Clarity met me here at the bottom of life’s pit

Do we cross a point of no return
Do we step beyond to live and learn
If evil’s tempted by all that’s good
Perhaps the scheme is misunderstood
My demon fights for love within
It’s a consuming flame that never ends

As he threw the silver at their feet
He could taste his bitter wicked deed
It festered in his immortal soul
His beliefs became his greatest foe

So dare to put this to the test
And learn to love yourself the best.
Shadows of lost souls roam to and fro or move on.

Have you ever given yourself?
With full heart, exposed.
Have you ever felt love?
Deep inside with no regrets.
Have you ever felt lost?
Your efforts all in vain.
Have you ever shut down?
Feeling nothing but pain.
In the end with no remains.
All things stay the same.
Will you ever play that game?
Is your feeling worth the wait.

Break my bones;
cut my throat.
Pull me open,
learn the ropes.

Breath me in;
taste the fear.
Shank my skin;
stand and cheer.

Kick my head;
let me bleed.
Unbolt my veins;
enjoy the read.

Gouge my eyes;
punch my face.
Wrap me up
in your embrace.
Get to know me like I do you; inside and out.

He needs no introduction
In this game of seduction
He plays and plays, leading women astray
Bringing satisfaction and in return
All he wants is your dedication
They say he’s the salvation
But he’ll lead maidens into temptation
They’ll believe they have found perfection
But little do they know, he has lovers in every location
He leaves the men in frustration
They please themselves with *******
But if a lady sees through these illusions
She’ll shout “YOU ****” in confusion
He softly replies with
“Dear, why would I be a **** if it takes two to make love?”

Apa
Sebenarnya apa aku ini ?
Dan apa kamu itu ?
Dan untuk apa kita ini ?

Tak pernah ada kejelasan
Selalu abu yang kamu berikan.

Sebenarnya bagaimana kita ini ?
Aku ingin melangkah
Aku ingin searah
