on your last day
the sun was shining
and big white clouds ran across the sky

someone held you tight
and told you, "i love you"
admired you
and cherished you

on your last day
all of your love poured out

you inspired
and you soared
you lived
and you died

your love remains
always
I sleep well when I’m high.
Anxiety fades, waves of thoughts ease.
My mind stays so blank sadness is out of the question.
I live well when I’m high.

Under the starry night
I walk this road
There's thousands of them up there
While I'm alone down here
Blind Pew ran aground on a sandbank
and gave thanks to the Lord,
saying,
salvation
was my destination and it looks like
I've finally arrived

and what was Blind Pew doing in a canoe?

Falling's exciting
an adventure to delight in

I am a tiger and a fawn.
The she-wolf that screams to the moon at dusk
And the meadowlark that whistles to the sun at dawn.
I am darkness and I am light
Flipping my tangled hair to the cascading stars at night
Lifting my hands in prayer, releasing the morning birds to flight.
And I will protect them,
These birds of freedom.
I will carve their songs
Deeply into my heart
And set aside a space
Where the cruelty of this world
Cannot, ever, tear them apart.
So laugh my little children,
And sing your songs of glory,
You are safe
You are heard
And you are worthy.

Where do they all go
the unspoken words
Do they melt, into nothingness
burning in the backs of our throats
Or delve into the blue deepness of our thoughts
a sunken treasure
I think they hitch rides
with the hopeless
and the heartbroken
Sitting heavy on shoulders

And I'm walking with the weight of the world
and I'm walking with the weight of the world

Yes they are sad and perhaps they make people sad too

Few say stay away from negative people, their influence is a curse

Yeah they are like blade they cut flesh and create wounds

Yeah, their talking is alike saltwater on that nasty wound.

If they pour their heart out, they are attention seekers
They are a failure because they can't help themselves from drowning in their own mind.

But are these people different from me and you?

Muted voice
A sound unheard
No one will notice

Voice unmuted
Only static
No one wants to hear

So unhappy
Mute or unmuted
No one will hear

The sound is gone
Silence returns
Now visions are shown

Red and black
Colors that blind
Shrouding sight

Sight uncovered
Things wished unseen
The damage is done

Now you know
What is worse to lose?
Your sight or your voice?

So
So,
here we are just about 52 years after my birth.

A birth that I am most thankful for as well as my 6 children that live.

But life... ..
this life here,
it wears on a soul
that now longs
for the dirt.

Truth be told;
I am tired even though
that I know that,
I have more to give.

Selfish and unknowing worth?

Perhaps,
but I now see my life being drained through a sieve.

Look,
I am not complaining about being here.

But if God took me to His kingdom today... ..

I have no fears.

If you could read my mind,
You’d see a thousand papers
Filled with broken poetries
And deadbeat proses
Full of woeful verses
With mournful pieces
Of unfinished stories
That are yet to be written
And failed to be spoken;
If you could read my mind,
You’d hear horrible screams
And earsplitting weeps
From shattered dreams,
Kept in a nasty notepad,
Scribbled on a bed
Of bloodstained words,
Ringing in my head.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see the shadows
That lurk within me;
You’d hear the bellows,
Screeching the words
“I’m tired,”
“I’m a failure,”
“I’m stupid –”
I know it sounds stupid,
It’s pathetically foolish
And seems too *******.
If you could read my mind,
You’d feel the tears
I had ever failed to cry;
You’d see the people
That make the weak weaker;
You’d see the monsters
That consume my head;
You’d hear the hollers
That failed to be freed;
You’d see the heart
That still bleeds and bleeds.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see the face
I’ve failed to show back then,
The face I’ve faked back then.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see a character
I had ever failed to become
If you could read my mind,
You’d be able to read
A book you never wished
To touch and read,
But sometimes I still wish
Someone could read my mind.

No greater feeling than

Sharing our dreams, passionate love, and desires
Trusting each other as we fall in love,
We've learned to say I LOVE YOU,
Your all that matters too me, So take my hands and let's dance under the moonlight,

Our two hearts beating as one
Cherishing life as we become one, Take my hands

I love him
I tell myself
I know that
We will be together forever
I don’t believe that
We could be separated
My thoughts tell me that
He’s the love of my life
Sometimes my heart lies and says
I could live an eternity
Without him
Like my friends say
“We’re perfect for each other”
And you can’t tell me
He’s not the one.

Now read from bottom to top.
