South by Southwest
I always wanted to go to Paris . . .

. . . listen to Spainish guitars playing love songs in smoky bars . . .

. . . watch young lovers in love and wonder how it felt . . .

. . . dream about how once upon a time a heart could open like a flower in the night . . .

. . . how it felt to have wet lips upon mine , hot breath full of ache and desire on my neck . . .

The wine eases those day's distance in depth that cradle my thoughts

. . . the memories spin to the strings , bleeding away
in the shadows that remain skin deep in sin . . .

I always wanted to go to Paris . . . listen to Spainish guitars playing love songs in smoky bars . . .

Some day I will
He was supposed to survive the war
To crush his enemies and never flinch
Beware of dangers, be always ready
To live the horrors that skin you alive
They make you bleed
The poor man's blood
Pours down the trenches
In dreadful stench
He looks at the skyfall
But never sees it
Behind the curtain
Of blood and tears.
He belongs to nothing
And nothing fears.

Unlike any other poet
I want to write about you
Remember that
Genre: Haiku
Theme: That's it
Note:
Not so far away
Your soul
Is my home

I wish I could say,
that you’re the one I love.
Maybe one day,
I’ll be brave
But for now, I can only pray
That you stay with me
Even if just one more day
But like a dove
You fly away...

Roses,
Highlight my bruises.
Sunflowers,
Illuminate Hidden confessions;

Softly,
Like petals;
I roam from wonder to another
Yet Swiftly
I vanish.

Your blood, red as the moon kissed by eclipse
Your guts, warm and blood tastes like rust
Your lips quivering like petals in wind
Your voice begging mercy for every time you sinned
Your eyes losing light as the dusk blooms into a night

It’s going to be over soon, don’t worry
Just stop breathing, forgive me I’m sorry
Soon I follow right behind you
Once my heartbeat stops too
Double-suicide

this poem is a follow up to ''Our last song'' and ''I feel lonely being alone with you''
It seems like you're on my mind
Your eyes that glow so bright
Your lips so plump and soft
Your hands so soft and smooth

Our memories together flashes
Through my very eyes
Vivid yet so clear
Happy yet so sad

Hidden feelings ruined me
Every fiber of my being
Calls for your presence
I just miss you so **** much

The sirens will play
Blood on the highway
Such hazardous parts:
Our menacing hearts

Reason was blinded
Lust hadn't minded
So hopelessly vexed:
We dreaded what's next

Our schemes were derailed
We tried and we failed
She lives by my pen:
Destroyer of Men

Our schemes had begun
My demons had fun
So surely, I find:
I'm losing my mind

In dreams, she appears
I'm plagued by my fears
In silence, we flee:
Regret, death, and me

So solemn and crossed
I'm helplessly lost
Where once she had fled:
She's trapped in my head...

I lay in exhaust, on the soft forest floor moss
adoring how the tree branches crossed,
I soared the amiss advances and remained lost,
into the frame of my favorite canvas I became tossed

Whether a comma, or colon:
Punctuation slows my rolling
I need no period. When I end
no Capitalization when I begin
Rulelessly I flow my art

Exclamation mark
Are you not the one
Who'll know?
Where a question mark
No longer goes

Warp the structure
Bend the lines
Put in repeat
Let emotion unwind
Make yourself
Your poetry's the best
Be your own ruler
Pass your own test

Take your own road
Where ever it leads
Lover or hater
It's all poetry!

No matter who you are
You have my deepest respect!

Vanity
All is vanity
The meanings of passion
The aesthetic expression
The lines we draw and stay within
Even love is beyond intent
Vanity transcends
Flowing from our pens
And so we breathe again

Fingers of fire
Flaming desire
Flirting with strings
Melted angel wings
Acoustic profanity
Electric insanity
Liquid bricks in your heart
Tearing you apart
A nuclear star
Now that is the sound of a proper guitar!
Nothing quite like it

Dear angel of the night;
the ghost haunting this heart,
devour it.
Let me bleed.
And come morning,
may I breathe.
Written as magnetic poetry
i love you,
and to prove it,
i need to end myself?
it's not  that I'm scared,
but i would die,
not knowing,
if you smiled,
when you knew,
i loved you more than myself
a lot of people **** themselves to show someone how they love them, but if you did you will never be able to know if your love for them, made them smile

I think being raised to follow a god stunted my understanding of love
I had never felt a connection to any god but I was told that I loved him above all else
That he was my rock, my anchor, the one to guide me
They were so wrong.
It’s intense and I can’t seem to ignore it
I feel strange calling it love, I don’t know if that’s what to call it
I know they make me feel so much, all at once
It's scary, and intense
But I’m excited to see what happens
I decided to return after two years... well, nothing like yearning and religious trauma to start anew.

you give her everything
you told me you couldn't give me

small things like
an insta post or bears and movies

maybe M isn’t e over c2
maybe I just wasn’t enough

maybe she’s worth more than
I could ever have hoped
to be.

My beautiful sunflower,
of warm, yellow joy -
infectious - as sunshine
beams across our faces.

An abundance of petals,
golden in the light.
Growing toward the sun,
striving for perfection.

Our beautiful sunflower,
nurtured and thriving,
growing through my heart, warm
with happiness and love.
happiness of being in love? feels gross to read it now haha

Why
Why have I not see the truth behind the words that I can't see? I know they're there but I can not feel them and I feel so lost. I feel like I'm stuck in the middle of the desert, aching for water and love. aching for any type of life. I need people so understand why I can not feel the love and compassion I'm getting.

I do not feel I deserve it so I do not accept it...

sometimes I can't sleep because I'm stuck thinking about life and why it's so unfair.

why, why, why?

To my Brothers,
To my Kings,
remember that your crown will always shine endlessly
remember the strength endure with each tuck and fold you make
even through the darkest times from humanity's hits, your crown may seem to unravel but I promise it will never fall.
because...
remember the touch of our mothers and grandmothers as they comb and braid our thick, dark hair; ever so gently yet with the greatest strength of them all.
remember the smell and touch of their hands as the oils they use to wrap around each strand of hair with love and care; nourishing your roots.
a perfect foundation built for your crown to sit so effortlessly placed by our fathers and grandfathers in solidarity in between our shoulders.

Time flies by so fast then its past

Remember special moments always last

So make some memories to treasure

Each day have and give some pleasure

So when second chances do come by

To love again say yes reach for the sky

Because I love the moments in time

When you're with me and you are mine

Cherish and relish everyday while you can

Precious are the moments when love is the plan
make every moment count

Him
His face
The sight brings a smile to yours
His eyes
You can stare into them forever
His lips
You wish you can kiss them
His hands
You wish you can intertwine them with yours
His mind
It intrigues you
His soul
You can love it for eternity
His heart
It doesn't belong to you

forbidden in
my mouth
or in my heart
because when
i think about
you;

i'll cry a little more,
hurt a little stronger
love a little softer
because you no longer
make me feel sober

i'm drunk on the
memory of you
if only i could chase you with pizza but shots don't work like that

REY
If you could read my mind,
You’d see a thousand papers
Filled with broken poetries
And deadbeat proses
Full of woeful verses
With mournful pieces
Of unfinished stories
That are yet to be written
And failed to be spoken;
If you could read my mind,
You’d hear horrible screams
And earsplitting weeps
From shattered dreams,
Kept in a nasty notepad,
Scribbled on a bed
Of bloodstained words,
Ringing in my head.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see the shadows
That lurk within me;
You’d hear the bellows,
Screeching the words
“I’m tired,”
“I’m a failure,”
“I’m stupid –”
I know it sounds stupid,
It’s pathetically foolish
And seems like *******.
If you could read my mind,
You’d feel the tears
I had ever failed to cry;
You’d see the people
That make the weak weaker;
You’d see the monsters
That consume my head;
You’d hear the hollers
That failed to be freed;
You’d see the heart
That still bleeds and bleeds.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see the face
I’ve failed to show back then,
The face I’ve faked back then.
If you could read my mind,
You’d see a character
I had ever failed to become
If you could read my mind,
You’d be able to read
A book you never wished
To touch and read,
But sometimes I still wish
Someone could read my mind.
The Moon must have kissed her
—before I
and the moon must have missed her
—more than I
fore her love only came to me, in waves,
and I'd beg

for mercy

my love
my love come back to me
but she was meant for the sea
and I—
could not follow.
So in her divine love,
the love of life and light to follow
she carved out paths for me
and brackish water set us free

I love him
I tell myself
I know that
We will be together forever
I don’t believe that
We could be separated
My thoughts tell me that
He’s the love of my life
Sometimes my heart lies and says
I could live an eternity
Without him
Like my friends say
“We’re perfect for each other”
And you can’t tell me
He’s not the one.

Now read from bottom to top.

Let my silence teach you

what my words

did not
This year, do not explain yourself (especially repeatedly) to someone who does not listen. Let your silence be your response. Let your happiness be your response. Let your peace be your authenticity.
