into a princess

keeping him sane

night sky...

but could do nothing
about it..

They were perfect strangers
connected through words
not knowing the names
separated by worlds
helping each others find

Locked up in the tower,
she waited
till her last breath
to listen to those magical words
that her prince
was supposed to say

to set her free
to let her love
but destined to die alone
she never got to listen
as nobody ever dared
to speak those words !!

All she wanted was to
cry her heart out
but her stubbornness
never allowed her
to shed a single tear
so she changed
her eyes turned into
deep blue oceans
holding their stroms with in
appearing so calm and smooth
her saltish smile
sweeter than honey
never reached her eyes
anymore
her laughter was like
waves smashing
against a glass wall
she reeked sadness
intoxicating millions hearts
who dared to inhale her scent
she was a broken witch
yet they were all under her
everlasting spell !!

when its the monsoon season,
and it rains every other day
your memories dribble down
like rain drops on a window pane
as there is no way out
they pool in the recesses of heart
like rain water pools when there is no drain,
it is then, when all i want is to be a kid again
to jump in that pool
and let the memories splash and splatter
creating a beautiful moment
worthy of living !!

His eyes ...
The most beautiful
shade of emeralds
deep as jungle
holding many secrets
reflecting his emotions
his smile lighting up
the golden flecks
in his iris
like the sunlight dancing
in the lush green meadows
his demons turning
gold flecks into black streaks
like shadows ready to
take over the jungle
but
the moment her hazel eyes
looked into his emerald ones
she knew
she was lost in the deep
jungles
never to be found again !!

Setting down the horizon
the sun kissed the sky
leaving it all alone
saying its good-bye
whimpering at the loss
the sky released a sigh
as the last ray left
darkness came by
holding on to the moon
the sky waited by
for the morning sun to rise
and fill it with a joy...

She was his cinderella
but he was too blind
to see that,
so
she was left alone
to fight for her life
as
in her story
there was no
fairy godmother !!

standing by the ashes
of his burnt wings ...
he got his answers,
why icarus was told
never to fly too low
or too high ...
but love never understands ...
or does it ?? .

Once
A man with broad vision
dreamt...
About the land of pures
Then
a man with excellent leadership skills
stood up to fulfill
the first man's dream
he gathered the scattered people
he fought for what was
righyfully ours
he turned the rouges into NATION
Togather they
suffered

but yet the remained strong
holding each others back

Red for the burning passion
and orange shows emotions

Yellow for the friends i made
and green for peace and truce

Blue showing the calm ocean
that steer my ship slow motion

indigo wings that help me fly
so high in violet sky

Seven colors to paint my life
and hide the blackening rife !!

The first ray
touched the horizon
marking the end
of the dark night
sky shrugged off
the dark attire
blushing a shade of crimson
as the warm rays
of winter sun
lingered on horizon
she stood there
holding her coffee mug
watching sky hide
itself with the
winter mist
as sun whispered
sweet nothings and
made morning sky
blush harder
those were the moments
she loves to steal
everyday
when its just
her
a coffee mug
and
the sunrise !!

Giving up on real world
she decided to fade
starting a new journey
with a hope to find him
in a realm of possibilities !!

Known as the beast,
He actually was the
cursed prince,
his only parts that were human
were his beautiful heart
and the crystal blue eyes
that held so much pain
mixed with hope
to find his Beauty
who, with her True Love,
will break the spell
but
the beauty was too blind
to look beyond his ugly appearence,
to drown in his crystal blue eyes,

to fall in love with his
beautiful heart
the hope in his eyes died one day
the curse grew stronger

Standing on the mountain top,
beneath the evening sky.
I want to light a sky lantern,
and watch it as it fly.
Millions of them floating together;
slowly rising high.
They will make the stars jealous,
brightening up my sky.
i want to capture the light...

her hazel eyes
shine so bright
her beautiful smile
turns dark to light

acting so casual
and never shows

for those who are close

and when she is angry

you might get a hit
if you are not clear

i love this girl

as she is my sister

There she was
lying still on the couch
posing the best she could
with her gaze transfixed
deep into his eyes
basking in the thick silence
that surronded them
the only sound of his charcoal lead
stroking the paper could be heard
His every stroke defined her curve
a little better
His rough hands blending the lines
staining her soul a beautiful shade of charcoal
She could feel him
making sure strokes
thus bringing the woman on paper
to life
she felt her heart slipping ...
slipping from her hand
and on to the paper
the color of her skin fading
and reappearing on his masterpiece
the fullness of her lips
was nothing
as the beauty on his canvas
now owned it
the last thing she felt
was the twinkle of her eyes leaving
adding the final touch
to his creation
and it was when
he broke the eye contact
taking with him
the beauty he sketched  
he left ...
not knowing that
He left the masterpiece behind
on the couch .... !!

there are these feelings
i cant deny

my day is made better

as smile touch my lips
and shines in my eye

and i feel shy

as she felt
herself evaporate !!

The words she scribbled
were not about her

they concealed a part of her soul

they were her horcrux !!
For all her life
she waited for someone
who'd read all
of her writings
to find her pieces
and put them together
to make her whole
but no one ever tried
so she lived
entrapped in her
horcruxes
as a prisoner of immortality !!

Sitting by her window
alone in a dimly lit room
fixing her gaze
on the midnight moon
feeling the thickness of night growing
she had that strong urge
to read
his unwritten story ...

One black night
thinking about reality of life
she, unknowingly let her mind
wander
in the forbidden land
ruled by darkness,
the place where demons lurk
and attack every thought
trespassing the territory
the next morning
she found her thoughts
wounded
bleeding
dying
at that moment she realised
this is the reality of life!!
But it was so late
that nothing could be done,
she now was the
prisoner of the forbidden
kingdom...
and that was her
EVER AFTER !!

They were just strangers
but due to some
unknown reasons
The pull of his black eyes
raised tides
in her ocean blue ones...
He felt himself drowning
in her storm struk eyes
discovering the depths
of her ocean blue eyes...
But,
before he could emerge
on surface
she blinked
and walked away
taking a part of his soul
with her
entrapped in her
storm struck eyes!!

she was just a random girl
for the world outside
no one knew her real face
the one she always hide

they  made sure to make her think
that she can never dance
blocking for her all the paths;
she never got her chance

They thought of her as just a girl
a girl with broken smile
without reading her mystic eyes
that told her secret while

picking up the heart's rhythm
she decided to dance
ignoring what they made her think
she tried to take her chance

the moment when she moved her feet
everlasting spell was cast
mesmerizied by her rebellious moves
they fall for her real fast

flowing towards a melodious realm
she made her moves advanced
never missing a single beat
she danced and danced and danced

the music filled her as she danced
with eternal peace ...
the world then witnessed
her real worth
she was the masterpiece !!

Sky blushed a lighter shade of crimson,
as sun kissed the horizon.

He kissed
the sleeping beauty
to break the sleeping curse
but
she never woke up
as it was never about the kiss
but the
true love ~

It's all about the game
the game of speaking words
if said right on time
one could conquer worlds

words that could hurt
words that could heal
words that could help you
forget what you feel

beware of the words
they could make you fall
for the deadly trap
abandoned by them all

playing with the words
is a dangerous act
but they were both players
best of the best !!

I have this problem
where i find it difficult
to reconnect with
the real world;
after reading a good book
or
after listining to good music
because they are just
that much intoxicating
leading you to another world
into a euphoric realm
where you can't stop smiling
and everything feels so good
as if you are under a spell ..
You never want to get rid of ...

I'm tired
pretending to be strong
playing "i don't care" game
hiding behind happy masks
faking beautiful smiles
putting on the "good girl" facade
living my life their way
stopping the tears from flowing
building my walls higher and higher
When all i want to do is
to Scream
to Yell
to let my tears
roll down my cheeks
to let them know
that i exist
to live my life my way
to let my heart, beat
on a new rhythm
but then
i'm scared
of the consequences
of the destruction
i will bring
and its then
i take in a deep breath
and let the silence
take over.

She was sitting by
her window
in her silent room
watching the moon
and the night sky
the sight made her smile
her smile brighter than
the moon light
she kept her gaze locked
on the full moon
as she willingly
ignored the consequences
The moon's pull raised tides
in her brain
giving her thoughts
a voice
so that they were
noticed by world
and then they
called her
LUNATIC !!

When madness starts to breed
And soul cripples with need
Dance to the rhythm of fire
and let the feet bleed

When fire burns with passion
and madness starts to ashen
dance and dance and dance
till fire unites with ocean !!

I hope that one day
fate will bring someone
in my life
with whom
i'll live my
"Happy Everafter"
Who will love me
when my face
will be wrinkled
and i'll be no longer
beautiful
who will have
to loudly ask
for his glasses
as i may not be
wearing my hearing aids
Who will just smile
and tell me
where my stick is
as i may suffer
from a slight dementia
and
who'll just hold
my hand and
reassure me
that it was just a cat
running on the roof
of OUR house
and there is
nothing to worry about !!
