A Scarlet Embrace
JAMIL HUSSAIN Jan 10
(Two roses, passionate and peaceful, their love a force that is simultaneously grounding and elevating. Where Valentina is the beautiful, passionate lover, Lucian is the constant protector and source of light. Their love—is as eternal as the blooming of roses, forever intertwined in a dance of devotion, passion, and protection)

Valentina:
Dearest companion of my soul,
How you are the very light that makes me whole!
Your ruby hue, so rich and fine,
Doth bring to mind the sun’s last shine.
When I am near you, all else doth fade,
As though the world in reverence laid.
Oh, let me linger in your arms so near,
For in your presence, I hold no fear.
I am yours, petal by petal, year by year.

Lucian:
Ah, my most beloved, you speak with such grace,
Your words a sweet balm, my heart’s embrace.
Your fragrance, gentle as the morning breeze,
Doth whisper of love’s most tender pleas.
I am but a simple rose in your domain,
Yet in your gaze, I rise again, free of pain.
Your red is more than nature’s design—
It is the very soul of love, divine.

Valentina:
Indeed, dear one, your words touch me so—
As though they were written in the heavens’ glow.
Your fragrance, like a gentle hymn, doth rise,
Filling my heart, my thoughts, my skies.
When I am kissed by the wind’s soft hand,
I dream of you, our love’s sweet land.
Would that I could forever stay,
Bathed in the sweetness of your sway.

Lucian:
How cruel it is that time doth part,
Yet you remain the keeper of my heart.
Your red is not the hue of mere flowered bloom,
But the shade of passion, of love’s sweet room.
With each petal that soft doth fall,
I am reminded of love’s most noble call.
Though our seasons may soon be done,
Know, dearest one, we shall always be one.

Valentina:
Oh, my darling, your words so tenderly spoken
Are the very breath of love, unbroken.
Let us not fret what seasons may bring,
For love transcends time’s fleeting wing.
In your arms, I am not bound by age or fate—
With you, my dear, I shall always wait.
For the red of our hearts shall ever remain,
A symbol of love’s most sweet refrain.

Lucian:
And so we bloom, not for the hour,
But for the gift of love’s full power.
Your fragrance shall live in every breeze,
Whispering sweetly through the trees.
Though our petals may fall, our love is true—
In every bloom, I shall find you.
For in your red, I see the endless sky,
And in your gaze, I shall never die.

Valentina:
Then, my dearest, let us rise above the earth,
And evermore, in love, find our worth.
For though we may fall with the autumn rain,
Our love will bloom, again and again.
In your red, I see the fire of our days,
In your fragrance, the sweetness of all that stays.
Together, dear, let us ever be,
Two roses bound in eternity.

Lucian:
Forever, my love, this bond we shall share,
For your heart and mine are beyond compare.
In the garden of life, where love is sown,
We shall bloom in a glory of our own.
Let others fade, let others fall—
In your red, I am blessed, after all.

Awaken Slowly
JAMIL HUSSAIN Aug 13
O’ Jamil! Arise, arise! The dawn awaits your flame,
Not as a flicker, faint and frail, but a sun none can tame.
Yet haste is the foe of wisdom, the traitor of the soul,
For destinies are not cast in haste, but forged in measured coal.
The mountains bow to none but those who climb with patient feet,
The ocean’s depth is not revealed by waves that blindly beat.
The pen that writes eternal tales moves with a sovereign will,
O’ Jamil, become part of the story, and be written slowly still.

Not by the fleeting breath of time, nor by the tempest’s roar,
But by the silent hand that shapes the clay to something more.
The rose that claims its bloom at once is robbed of sacred pride,
The sun ascends the eastern sky, but only with the tide.

In every heart the latent spark awaits the perfect hour,
To blaze a path through endless night with majesty and power.
But power without patience is but ash upon the breeze —
O’ Jamil! Be steadfast, walk with grace, and bend your will with ease.

Yet know — the flame that softly glows may set the world ablaze,
The gentle seed that falls in soil can birth eternal days.
No storm nor lightning need you chase; within, a sun resides,
A fearless light, a boundless charm, the Self that never hides.

So sing! Sing loud, O’ beautiful, with courage and delight —
Each step a dance upon the stars, each breath a burning light.
Write not in haste, but with a smile, the story you fulfil —
O’ Jamil, become part of the story, and be written slowly still.

May the vast and endless heavens above,
In their infinite wisdom, surround you with love,
Bestowing upon you blessings most rare,
That fill your days with joy and care.

May victory’s glow, like the dawn’s first light,
Lift your spirit to exquisite height,
And harmony, with its gentle sway,
Guide your steps, come what may.

May peace, like a river calm and deep,
Flow through your soul, and softly keep
Your heart at rest, free from dismay,
As wisdom whispers, lighting your way.

May laughter, like raindrops in the spring,
Dance upon you, and joyfully sing,
And love’s warm embrace, tender and true,
Wrap you in beauty, ever new.

May hope, like the morning’s golden gleam,
Fill your days with each passing dream,
Turning each moment to something bright,
As the stars above keep you in light.

May the garden of love, radiant and fair,
Bloom with colours beyond compare,
Its fragrance, divine, in every breeze,
Carrying with it a life of ease.

May courage, like a flame, steady and bright,
Guide you through dark and uncertain night,
And joy, like the sun, rise high and clear,
Filling your heart with warmth, my dear.

For this soul, in humble reverence, prays,
That your path be blessed through all your days.
A Happy New Year, with love to inspire,
And the stars above lifting you higher.

What a reflection of my soul your heart must hold,
In its depths, my spirit’s secrets are unrolled.
Like a river that winds to the farthest shore,
Your love calls me home, forevermore.

In the quiet of your gaze, the universe lies,
The stars themselves speak through your tender eyes.
Your heart, a sanctuary, where time does cease,
In your embrace, my soul finds peace.

The world is but a shadow, fleeting and small,
But in your love, I find the truth of it all.
Your touch, a balm to my restless mind,
A haven where my spirit is entwined.

What a reflection of my soul your heart must be,
In your love, I see all eternity.
Boundless and pure, like the eternal sky,
Together, we soar, where angels fly.

For in your love, I have found my place,
A home in your heart, a sacred space.
What a reflection of my soul your heart must be,
A mirror of my dreams, forever set free.

Thy beauty was my only form.
It filled the air, it touched the light,
A vision soft, yet pure and bright.

The world did hush, the hours slow,
As I beheld thee, soft aglow.
A moment seized, too swift to keep
In thee, I woke, in thee, I sleep.

And peace of so many hearts
Just like that it steals

O’ you are so brave
And you are so courageous
Your magnificent company
And wounds of life
Just like that it heals

And here charms of your glow
Before me it reveals

Give me your tender lips, and I shall give you breath anew,
A kiss, like dawn’s first light, where skies are always blue.
In silence deep, where shadows cease to roam,
Within your kiss, my spirit finds its home.

Give me your fleeting gaze, and I will weave for you soft dreams,
Of gardens lush, and rivers filled with streams.
In every glance, the world shall gently spin,
And in your eyes, eternity shall begin.

Give me your fragile heart, and I will feed it love so rare,
A love that wanders free, untouched by care.
Like petals falling from a quiet tree,
It shall bloom forever, wild and free.

So give me these, and in return, I’ll offer thee,
A kiss, a dream, a love that will always be.

Ashes and Flames
JAMIL HUSSAIN Mar 26
In my heart, the tears do call,
Each drop that falls, the heavens' thrall.
A whisper soft, a silent cry,
As if the soul would dare to fly.

In my gaze, the storm is stirred,
A spark of truth, a flash, a word.
It bends the soul, ignites the night,
And leads it through the realm of light.

In shadows deep, their secrets weave,
The night, a veil that dawns deceive.
Yet truth remains, though veiled, unseen,
In every hue, in what has been.

It’s not in notes that rise and fall,
But in the silence, beyond them all.
Where stillness breathes, the soul takes seat,
In beats unspoken, soft, complete.

In twilight’s glow, desires fade,
A fleeting flame, now softly laid.
Yet in its ashes, pure and true,
The soul's own fire is born anew

One fine morning, I said to the sun

O’ Sun
What is the secrecy of your light?
Certainly the world is nothing without your sight?

What keeps you aflame so vigorously day and night?
You are fed nothing thus what makes you so bright?

__

The Sun replied*

O’ Jamil
Your eyes cannot endure me fully
And yet you question the veil of my mystery

I keep my glow with love of One light
Devotion of which keeps me so bright

O’ Jamil
Create a gleam within your heart
Set yourself ablaze in love of this One light

One day we shall meet by the river’s quiet sweep,
Where blooms, like secrets, in the garden sleep.

On the right, the florist, her hands so soft with care,
Tending to fragile lives that grace the air.

To the left, the trees, so patient, dark, and wide,
Their roots in silence, where the shadows hide.

Their limbs, like whispers, reach toward the sky,
As though they, too, have learned the art of sigh.

Above us, the moon, pale, her glow so still,
A quiet sentinel against the night’s cold chill.

She watches, steady, as our hearts unfold,
In the twilight hour where time turns gold.

We shall meet when time, like rivers, winds,
And silence speaks the language that the heart intends.

Not in a rush, but in a soft, sweet flow,
Where blooms, and trees, and stars bestow.

The river hums a tune so deep,
The flowers bow, the trees do keep.

Their silent watch as we draw near,
A meeting born of calm, sincere.

Poetess:
Behold, thy clay-cup, thou hast in hand,
A vessel frail, yet deep as night’s command.
What secrets dost thou hide beneath thine eyes,
Like stars that flicker ‘cross the midnight skies?

O’ Raise thy crown, sweet poet, rouse thy dream,
For I have waited long by fate’s own seam.
Let not this moment pass with idle grace,
But let us meet, heart's rhythm face to face.

Poet:
Ah, gentle muse, thy words, they pierce my soul,
A tempest swift, yet soft as zephyr’s stroll.
I am but wave upon a boundless sea,
And thou, sweet queen, dost reign o’er earth and me.

Thine eyes, sweet orbs, more fair than dawn’s first light,
Do light my path and chase away the night.
If I be king, thou art my heart’s delight,
A sovereign true, with power pure and bright.

_

Poetess:
O’ poet, thou art but a beggar bold,
Thy heart doth seek but riches more untold.
Yet in thy gaze, there lies a world untamed,
A wild desire that none can ever name.

I, thine empress, doth feel a hunger deep,
A longing that from waking dreams doth creep.
Thy passion calls me, like the moon to tides,
And in thy yearning, my own soul abides.

Poet:
Thy devotion, like a perfume sweet,
Doth fill the air where’er my heart doth beat.
Thy love, a flame that flickers, soft and bright,
Doth set my soul afire in darkest night.

Oh, what is this, this strange and fleeting bliss?
What magic lies within thy tender kiss?
For thou dost hold my heart within thy grasp,
Yet still, I tremble, lost in love’s sweet clasp.

-

Poetess:
Before me, thou dost shine, a moon so fair,
A light that bids my heart to bravely dare.
My soul, it opens like a flower to thee,
In the sweet garden where we both are free.

Thou art the storm, the tempest in my breast,
Yet in thy rage, I find my soul at rest.
For though thou burn’st with passion wild and true,
I, like the ember, long to burn for you.

Poet:
O’ darling muse, thou art the sun and sky,
Thine beauty makes the stars themselves to sigh.
Each glance thou cast, a tender melody,
That sings within the deepest part of me.

In thee, I see the world, both far and near,
A dream made flesh, a vision bright and clear.
Thy love, like honey, drips upon my lips,
And in thy kiss, my soul doth sweetly slip.

-

Poetess:
Thou art a merchant of the finest lore,
Each whispered word doth make my spirit soar.
In every breath, thy name is softly sung,
A lover’s hymn, forever on my tongue.

Oh, let me drown in such sweet ecstasy,
For thou art both my ship and liberty.
In thy embrace, I find my heart’s own bliss,
For in thy love, my soul hath found its kiss.

Poet:
O’ morning dew, thou art a soft caress,
Thy beauty drips with nature’s own finesse.
I would thee hold, with passion’s tender plea,
And let thy love run wild and deep in me.

A thousand kisses, soft as velvet’s fold,
Lie waiting ‘pon thy lips, so fair and bold.
For thou art all my heart hath ever known,
And in thy love, I find my truest throne.

-

Poetess:
O’ river wild, whose currents doth beguile,
I long to drown within thy love awhile.
Thy waters deep, where none may dare to reach,
Thy waves doth whisper to my soul to teach.

Take me, O’ river, in thy sweet embrace,
And let thy love become my sacred place.
In thee, I long to lose my very mind,
For in thy depths, my heart is sure to find.

Poet:
O’ wine divine, thy sweetness fills my veins,
A draught that doth remove all earthly pains.
Thou art the dawn, the fire, and the sun,
Thine love, the golden thread that makes me one.

In thee, my heart doth burn with love’s true light,
And in thy gaze, I see the world alight.
Thou art my muse, my song, my dream, my art,
The very essence of my beating heart.

-

Poetess:
O’ breath of life, thou art my heart’s own rhyme,
Together, we shall stand against all time.
Thy touch, a sweet and endless lullaby,
That soothes my soul and lifts my spirit high.

Let us not part, but live in endless grace,
For in thy love, I’ve found my rightful place.
Thou art my king, my heart, my guiding star,
In thee, I see all heaven from afar.

Poet:
O’ moon, thou hast my heart, my soul, my name,
In thee, I find my peace, my endless flame.
Thou art my light, my dark, my fate, my truth,
And in thy love, I find eternal youth.

With thee, my muse, I walk through love’s embrace,
For in thine arms, I find my resting place.
Thy heart and mine, a perfect symphony,
Together bound for all eternity.

The Hum of Unity
Jamil:
Where dost thou dwell, O’ queen of bees,
In silence, yet so deep, so free?
Is it by crown, by power’s hand,
That thou dost lead this sacred land?

Queen Bee (Buzzing softly):
Ah, Jamil, not by crown nor might,
But in the pulse of love's own light.
In the heart of the hive, I take my place,
In every breath, in every grace.

I sip from nectar, time's own brew,
A labour's gift, both old and true.
In each drop, a secret calls—
A dance where soul and silence fall.

Jamil:
And what is this dance, where truth is spun,
In each beat of wings, in the rising sun?
Is it love that shapes the rhythm you keep,
Where all things wake, and none shall sleep?

Queen Bee:
Love, like honey, doth life bestow,
In its flavour, light, a dream aglow.
The workers glide—each step a prayer—
Their wings are whispers, soft in air.

In every pulse, no greater, none too small,
We rise, we fall—each answer calls.
Is it I, who reigns in quiet sway,
Or the hum of life that leads the way?

Jamil:
A hum of life? Can power be so pure,
In a rhythm silent, yet so sure?
Is’t the heart, or crown, that holds dominion,
Or is there something beyond our vision?

Queen Bee:
Power lies not in the hand that reigns,
But in the breath that sustains,
In unity's pulse, in silence deep,
Where hidden truths in stillness sleep.

The hive, a mirror, a universe wide,
Where every cell and pulse collide.
In creation’s hum, we rise as one,
In the sacred dance, all hearts are spun.

Jamil:
The dance of One… I feel it, too,
In every breath, in every hue.
But where is the throne, the crown of gold,
In a world so humble, yet so bold?

Queen Bee:
Seek not the throne, nor crown's bright light,
For in humble steps, shines divinity's might.
The soul of the hive, the heart of song,
Is the truth eternal, where all belong.

In love’s embrace, no power is sought,
For in each hum, the truth is taught.
In the smallest grace, the Divine will dwell,
In silence, where all truths swell.

Jamil:
And what of the path, the way to glow?
How dost one dance, and truly know?

Queen Bee:
In rhythm’s hum, in love's sweet breath,
In unity’s dance, we transcend death.
Each step we take, each breath we draw,
Is sacred song, eternal law.

In honeyed light and grace unspoken,
The chains of fear are swiftly broken.
In every soul, in every mind,
The dance of the One is all we find.

Jamil:
So we dance, not by force, but by grace—
In every step, we find our place.
The hive, the pulse, the hum, the song,
In this, we rise, and we belong.

Queen Bee:
Yes, Jamil, in love’s embrace,
All is One, and all is grace.
The Queen within, the song of time—
The truth of life, in every rhyme.

Embrace the dance, the sweet release,
In the pulse of love, find peace.
For in this hum, in every heart,
We are One, and never apart.

Jamil:
In humble joy, in silent prayer,
We rise as one, in endless care.
And in this truth, this dance so pure,
We find our light, and we endure.

Queen Bee (Faintly humming):
So hum, so dance, in love's embrace,
For all is One, and all is grace.
The Queen within, the heart of song,
The truth of life, where we belong.

In every soul, in every mind,
The eternal dance of love we find.
In unity’s rhythm, we shall soar,
In love, in grace, for evermore.

In love's vast realm, thy heart must carve its place,
For in the currents of time, none find solace in disgrace.

From ashes born, the soul must seek its course,
In a world where fleeting joy is quenched by sorrow’s force.

Let not despair take root within thy soul,
For love’s own fire shall purify and make thee whole.

Rise from the dust, yet not in vain pursuit—
In this age, let wisdom be thy resolute.

For life is not in dreams or idle prayer,
But in the courage found amidst the weight we bear.

The wheel of fortune spins, but not by chance,
In modern days, thy deeds alone give life’s advance.

In the Wake of Her Love
JAMIL HUSSAIN Feb 14
O' heart, you've made my soul both restless and weak,
Yet I cherish this sweet ache and her generosity, unique.

For me, this world of existence is now pure bliss,
Her gentle, beautiful words—these are what I miss.

Those enchanting eyes have seized my very soul,
Her stunning gaze has left me beyond control.

O' heart, may her love’s fragrance endure forevermore,
Guide me onward through this wondrous, yearning tour.

Perhaps these are but fleeting dreams of my affection,
Yet they taste like nectar, divine in its perfection.

O' heart, may her sweetness of love within me stay,
This unique suffering shall never fade away.

Like a hidden malady, endless and unkind,
May this linger, until my soul ascends, refined.

Her final moments have set my heart’s fire ablaze,
Afflictions endure, for this is the torment I crave.

A Fire Unquenched
JAMIL HUSSAIN Mar 19
Within my soul, a flame celestial glows,
A spark unyielding, born where longing flows.
Desires, like fleeting shadows, rise and wane,
Yet one remains—eternal, pure, unstained.

O’ soul! To claim thine own, to stand sublime,
Unbound by fate, untouched by dust or time.
To merge as rivers seek the boundless sea,
To find in love the truth that sets us free.

This is the call that stirs my restless breast,
A thirst unslaked, a fire yet unblessed.
O’ Lord of Light, unchain this heart of mine,
That I in union’s rapture may divine!

The Union of Souls
JAMIL HUSSAIN Dec 2024
O’ Beloved, in the quiet of destiny's hand,
Your heart shall soften, like earth to the land,
The frost of years, the burdens of time,
Shall melt away in love's sublime climb.

Your eyes, once veiled in the mist of night,
Shall turn toward me, guided by inner light,
A gaze that pierces the veils of fear,
Where the Eternal speaks, both far and near.

Your tongue, once silent in the realm of pride,
Shall utter truths no tongue can hide,
Each word a spark, a flame of fire,
That ignites the soul, ascending higher.

And your arms, bound once in sorrow’s chain,
Shall open wide, releasing pain.
In that embrace, the world shall cease,
And we shall find in each other’s peace.

O’ Beloved, in that union true,
We shall dissolve, and be made new.
No longer I, no longer you,
But the One in both, in love’s pure view.

In that moment, we are free,
Beyond the self, beyond the “me.”
For in that love, all forms collapse,
And only the Divine remains, unwrapped.

Audacity of the Heart
JAMIL HUSSAIN Dec 2024
O'
P r e t t i e s t —
I breathe, and life to my desires springs,
Like birds that soar on unseen wings.
With each new breath, my hopes I sow,
A garden where my passions grow.
If, gentle eyes, thou dost decree,
Shall I, with boldness, truly be?
In thee, my soul would rise to see
The world in unrestrained decree.

O'
W i s h i n g —
Within my heart, each beat doth tell,
A thousand loves that in me dwell.
Each pulse a longing, soft and true,
A yearning deep for none but you.
If thy modesty, like morning light,
Beams soft upon this endless night,
Shall I, unashamed, pursue the way,
And in thy presence, bold display?

Lost in You
Spellbound by your gaze, I am lost in the trance,
A deep, timeless pull, as if I’ve no chance.
In the depths of your eyes, the world fades away,
Where heaven and earth meet, in a single display.

Your gaze, a quiet storm, a force that enchants,
A universe in every glance, where my heart dances.
Each flicker of light, each silent decree,
A whispered promise, an eternity for me.

But it’s your lips, my love, where I truly surrender,
Possessed by their touch, their warmth, their splendour.
Each kiss a spell, casting shadows on time,
I lose myself in them, in rhythm, in rhyme.

In your lips, I find a forbidden bliss,
A hunger so deep, a burning, sweet kiss.
Possessed by their allure, I crave no escape,
In their softness, my soul takes shape.

You are the magic, the fire, the night,
The intoxicating pull that feels so right.
Spellbound by your gaze, possessed by your lips,
I’m lost in your love, in your sweet, endless grips.

May the universe,
In its boundless grace,
Bless you, O’ friend,
With joy in every place.

May success greet you,
Like the dawn’s first light,
Guiding your path,
And making each day bright.

May happiness fill you,
Like rivers that flow,
With laughter and cheer,
Wherever you go.

May love surround you,
Like the stars in the sky,
Forever its warmth,
Shining never to die.

May your heart be light,
And your burdens be few,
With peace in your soul,
And your dreams coming true.

May joy be your companion,
At each step you take,
And success in your ventures,
No matter what’s at stake.

May the garden of love,
Where blooms the divine,
Be yours to wander,
In this life so fine.

O' soul, this prayer,
I offer to you,
May your days be bright,
With blessings anew.

Merry Christmas

Your adorable footprints,
Etched on the earth's soft clay,
Whisper of joy in a delicate ballet.
Each step a hymn, each breath a prayer,
A song of hope woven through the air.

With every stride, the heavens rejoice,
The wind carries your sacred voice.
In the dance of light, where shadows depart,
You leave a trace upon every heart.

O’ blessed soul, whose path we trace,
In your footsteps, we find our grace.
For in your journey, we too shall know,
The joy of walking where love does flow.

Whispers of the Beloved
JAMIL HUSSAIN Dec 2024
With joy, I stand,
As you slip from my hand,
A shadow, a veil, so faint, so fine,
Fading like dusk at the close of time.

Yet in absence, I call—
Come forth within me, in all,
To nestle, to bloom,
In my heart’s hallowed room.

O’ radiant spark, so fair,
Manifest love, and fill the air,
Let me hold thee, soft and bright,
A treasure in endless night.

Lips of Love
Do lips have ears to catch the sound,
Do lips have eyes where visions drown?
Do lips hold hearts that softly beat,
In every whisper, every greet?

Do lips, with honey, sweetly blend,
A taste of dreams that never end?
Do lips, with saffron’s gentle hue,
Hold secrets deep, both rich and true?

Do lips have souls, a spark, a flame,
That kindles love, that calls your name?
How do these lips, with power untold,
Weave magic warm and tender, bold?

With every sigh, with every kiss,
They stir the heart to boundless bliss.
Like roses soft, with petals pure,
Their fragrance lingers, sweet and sure.

Kisses, the secret to life’s delight,
A spark of heaven in the quiet night.
A touch that holds the universe still,
Binding souls with an unspoken thrill.

Valentine’s joy, with love so bright,
Fills the heart and lights the night.
A gift of passion, a tender vow,
A promise of forever, here and now.

So tell me, seeker, with longing true,
What ancient force lies hid from view?
For in these lips, both soft and pure,
Lies love’s own secret, rich and sure.
A sweetness, like saffron, finely spun,
In every kiss, a world begun.

In the quiet of a moonlit night, Jamil stands still, surrounded by the whispers of his own heart. Each eye—each voice within him—begins to speak, each sharing its own perspective on love. They reveal the depths of their thoughts, all of them united in one truth: that love, in its countless forms, is the most profound and intricate experience one can know. And so, Jamil listens, his heart wide open, as the eyes of his soul speak to him in rhymes and rhythms, each offering their own vision of love.

Starry Eyes:
“Love is the light that whispers on high,
A glimmer that dances in the midnight sky.
Infinite, silent, it guides with grace,
A celestial touch in time and space.”

Caring Eyes:
“Love is the warmth in a tender embrace,
A healing touch, a soft, kind face.
It’s the quiet that soothes, the gentle hand,
A steady heart that helps you stand.”

Practical Eyes:
“Love is built on time’s steady beat,
A promise kept, a vow complete.
It’s not in fleeting passion’s fire,
But in quiet work and hearts that aspire.”

Jealous Eyes:
“Love is a treasure, delicate and rare,
To guard it close with tender care.
A flame that flickers, a spark to keep,
Guard it well, lest it fall too deep.”

Fierce Eyes:
“Love is a storm that cannot be tamed,
A fire that burns, an unquenchable flame.
It sears the soul, it takes no pause,
Love is the wildest of untamed laws.”

Shy Eyes:
“Love is a whisper, soft and shy,
A glance, a smile, a secret sigh.
It blooms in silence, like a flower in the dark,
Hidden, yet bright, with a silent spark.”

Broken Eyes:
“Love can break, but still it mends,
A crack in the heart that time defends.
From the ruins, it rises anew,
Love’s strength is born from pain we knew.”

Open Eyes:
“Love is endless, wild and free,
A dance of joy, a storm at sea.
It is both light and dark combined,
A journey, unbound, for hearts to find.”

Lustful Eyes:
“Love is the heat, the touch, the fire,
A blaze that burns with fierce desire.
It flares up sudden, wild and free,
A breathless chase, a symphony.”

Gorgeous Eyes:
“Love is beauty, a divine creation,
A canvas of light, a sweet temptation.
It’s the art that makes the soul take flight,
A vision that dazzles, pure and bright.”

Jamil:
“Now I see, love’s many hues,
A fire, a whisper, a moment that renews.
It is fierce and soft, in every part,
A dance of soul, a work of art.”

Through Earthly Eyes
JAMIL HUSSAIN May 27
O’ if the rose were given leave to sigh,
Or if the ocean wept for beauty’s sake,
Such tears would flood the ramparts of the sky,
And bid the sleeping stars in awe awake.
Yet thou, unknowing, passest through the dawn,
A muse unbound, in mortal semblance drawn.

So let the heavens bend to kiss thy tread,
And night adorn thee with her silver thread;
For in thy gaze, this fleeting world doth see
A glimpse of what the soul was born to be.
And I, a poet lost in mortal guise,
Have glimpsed the infinite through earthly eyes.

Though time may fade the bloom from beauty’s cheek,
Its echo in thy light shall ever speak.

A Queen Bee’s Prayer
In the name of God, I rise and soar,
O’ Lord of mercy, I seek Your door.
In royal nectar, Your light I sip,
Guiding my heart with every dip.

O’ Sustainer of souls, O’ Source of grace,
I answer Your call, to run my race.
Through fields of bloom, my wings take flight,
In Your name, I embrace the light.

O’ Most Merciful, O’ Compassionate One,
In Your love, my fears come undone.
With every beat, I feel Your hand,
Guiding my hive at Your command.

O’ Creator of bee and bloom,
In Your garden, there’s no gloom.
Grant me wisdom, pure and clear,
To lead with love, and not with fear.

In Your name, I hum and glide,
A queen, yet humble, by Your side.
With every drop, I find my power,
A gift from You, my sacred flower.

With every beat, my wings unfold,
In unity, our story told.
We serve in love, we share in prayer,
Our hearts entwined, Your mercy there.

O’ Nourisher, O’ Keeper of light,
Guide me through the day and night.
Let justice reign and mercy flow,
As through Your wisdom, we gently grow.

O’ Source of sweetness, pure and deep,
In Your embrace, we wake from sleep.
A thousand hearts, a thousand lives,
Together in Your mercy thrives.

Let my reign be kind, with wisdom bright,
Reflecting stars that shine so light.
In every flutter, in every prayer,
I am Your servant, everywhere.

In the name of God, I soar and sing,
A queen, a bee, on golden wing.
Humbly I serve, in love and trust,
In You alone, I place my trust.

Thy Breath, My Cup
JAMIL HUSSAIN Jun 17
When thy lips did kiss, I questioned not,
Nor sought for wine, nor heaven’s thought.

A tremble stirred through time’s still face,
And reason fled without a trace.

What need have I of chaliced gold,
When breath of thine makes rapture bold?

I spoke no verse — the world grew dumb,
One sigh from thee, and stars were numb.

They call me mad, by flame possessed,
Yet only ash has truly rest.

Thou kissed — and night forgot its name,
The moon turned pale, the sun grew tame.

I dwell in hush, where echoes sleep,
Half-living still, in silence deep.

A kiss — and silence found its cry,
Its voice unloosed beneath thy sky.

The Seeker's Quest
JAMIL HUSSAIN Dec 2024
In the garden of your love, I roam,
A seeker lost, yet never lone.
I search for you, O’ moon so bright,
Hidden in the veil of night.

The wind whispers your name, so sweet,
Through ancient paths where shadows meet,
You hide in places deep and pure,
Yet every trace is my allure.

Like a flame that dances in the dark,
You flicker, tease, and leave a mark—
I chase you, but you slip away,
Like dawn’s first light at break of day.

O’ beloved, what is this game?
Why hide from me, who feels the same?
Are we not one beneath the skin?
In every breath, I seek within.

The rose blooms, but hides its heart,
Yet in its fragrance, I depart—
To follow you through realms untold,
Where love’s pure fire is made of gold.

I run, I search, through every space,
But you, like light, can’t be replaced.
In your hiding, I find my quest,
For only in seeking, we are blessed.

When will you come, O’ soul so near?
I chase your shadow, feel your fear.
But in your flight, I know you yearn,
For I am love, and I return.

O’, let this game of hide and seek,
Reveal the truth, make hearts unique.
For in your hiding, I find me,
And in our love, we are set free.

So come, my love, and end this night,
Let us unite in the sacred light.
For though you hide and I may seek,
The heart will always find what it speaks.

Radiance of Love
One dawn, as the earth was bathed in light, I stood in awe beneath the sky so bright, and with heart ablaze, I asked the Sun:
──────────────────
O' Sun, whose light makes the day begun,
What secret makes you blaze, a golden run?
Without your gaze, the world would be blind,
What stirs your flame, so pure, so kind?

You burn with fire, yet ask for no feast,
What makes you glow, O' radiant beast?
Your light endures, so steady and strong,
What is it that keeps you burning all along?

──────────────────

And the Sun, with wisdom deep and vast, spoke, as though time itself would breathe its last, with each word that echoed across the sky:
──────────────────
O' Jamil,
Your eyes are small to witness all I reveal,
Yet still, you seek what the soul can feel.
I burn not from hunger, nor earthly need,
But from love of the One, from whom all things proceed.

Know this, O' Seeker, the souls before you,
They too knew the light, the love, so true—
That love is the fire, the soul's true spark,
The eternal flame that lights the dark.

The wound, O' Jamil, is where the light enters,
Through love's embrace, the soul it centers.
I burn not for glory, nor for pride,
But from the One, with whom I reside.

The earth would perish without the Sun’s kiss,
A truth so profound, a cosmic bliss.
Within your heart, let love arise,
And in its glow, you’ll touch the skies.

The cup of light, O' Jamil, is never full,
It overflows from the One, boundless and beautiful.
Drink deeply, O' Seeker, from this divine cup,
For in its light, your soul will rise up.

The moment you seek is now in your grasp,
In love’s embrace, all truth will unclasp.
O' Jamil, let your heart’s fire burn,
In love's warm light, you shall return.

The souls before you have shown the way,
Let love be your light, each and every day.
For when your heart is alight with fire,
You too shall join the eternal choir.
