We Are Home
The hope in our eyes lit up
As the words from our mouths left
For our written words freed our imagination and creativity to originality of thought and inspirational expression from spirits of nature
—Timothy Charles Carter
Time doesn’t move slow
If you were a butterfly you’d know
Chase the glow
Inspiration
Gentle melody
Flow
Cognition
Ephemeral beauty
Know
Transient light
Moon lit night
Carry it home
Inside and outside of time
Catching leaves on the wind
As i go
Sacred moments
Hope ergo
The deeper i get
The further i go
Depths unknown
Abyssal inspiration
Like melodies flow
Our days here are limited
By how many we do not know
Unlimited inspiration flows
Depth of mind
Peace in spirit
Lovely soul
Time is an ocean that is free to move upon its own tide
The coming and the going always aligned
Truth without knowing
Reflecting endless skies

The Night
The shadows come at night
They make everything feel alright
Who hasn’t ever stopped to think
You can hide away and shrink
Into depths unknown
By yourself all alone
Time ceases to exist
Your own eternal bliss
Nothing seems quite the same
Something magical you can trace
Solidarity with the night
Like a blanket
Now it’s all ok
You never have to be afraid
Something i can see
A cosmic journey from the start
It tears apart your heart
Something different something new

Spirit World
Though your sins may fulfill you in this life
They serve no purpose upon you in the next
Prepare yourself for what will be
Seek mercy for yourself and others
In preparation for what is to come
And in peace you shall reside
For time here is fleeting and ambiguous at best
Though innocence is not needed
Repentance is required
In these moments acceptance shall serve you
Cast judgement aside
In him with him in unity with God the creator you shall remain

Found
Acceptance, humility—they whisper truths in the silence of the night,
Of a life lived with grace in the softest light.
In their constant presence, we find a steady ground,
A sanctuary of the spirit where our true selves are found.

Heaven
Heaven above, the light shines through the animated branches of lively trees. In the loving rays gently moving through, I feel God’s heavenly embrace, as the trees courteously make way for heaven’s love.

Endless Night
No light to guide, no hope to find, In the abyss, l'm confined.
The darkness whispers, cold embrace, In every shadow, I see my face. Bound by chains of endless night, The struggle fades, devoid of light.
The pain, the pain, the beautiful pain, A constant presence, a binding chain.
In depths of obsidian, I remain, The shadows have won, and here I stay.

Jesus
In every act of kindness, in every tear we dry, In every moment we live, in every last goodbye.
Jesus walked not in temples made with stone, But in hearts, where seeds of love are sown.
He taught not of rituals, robes, or creeds, But of helping hands to those in need.

God
God
God doesn’t cause good or bad to happen
God allows good and bad to happen
God allows his creations to cause good or bad to happen
As it serves his purpose to teach us right from wrong
For such is the will of God
Holy God and father in heaven guide me in the truth
Come what may
Though your sins may fulfill you in this life
They serve no purpose upon you in the next
Prepare yourself for what will be
Seek mercy for yourself and others
In preparation for what is to come
And in peace you shall reside
For time here is fleeting and ambiguous at best

In these moments acceptance shall serve you

Eternal Black
In shadows deep, where silence reigns, A ceaseless ache, a binding chain, Through endless nights and weary days,
It weaves its thread in darkened ways.
No dawn to break this somber spell, In hollow depths, where sorrows dwell, A rider on a steed of black,
Through dreams of pain, no turning back.
Each step a whisper, cold and stark, In realms where echoes leave their mark,
No respite found, no solace near, Just endless paths of silent fear.
—Timothy Charles Carter

Within
When storms of life are raging,
And shadows start to play,
Hold tight to your inner calm,
Don’t let it drift away.
For peace is yours to cherish,
A gift that you bestow.
In every breath, in every step,
Let its tranquil waters flow.

Symphonic Universe
Vast expanse of the cosmic sea, Galaxies bloom like ancient trees.
Suns, planets, branches wide, Drawing life from the source inside.
Energy flows, radiant stream, Uniting all in a shared dream.
Leaves of stars, fruits of light, Nourished by cosmic night.
From roots unseen, deep and strong, Life's melody, a timeless song.
Each note a world, each chord a sun, Together in harmony, we are one.

Pain
A constant reminder Of life sustained.
Remain within oneself.
Let go of pleasure.
Live a life chained.
Live the insurmountable,
Your only claim to fame.

Unnoticed
Speak, though the world may not yet hear,
Your voice a melody, unique, clear.
In the symphony of life, each note dear,
The universe listens, always near.

Silly Goose
Once secret lives now noticed.
No longer illusionary to his mind, His perception, perceived perception.
Untwined from hither to tither, It falters, as truth seeks balance.
No longer does it falter, So long as it fosters The essence which began the thought process.
See God, both good and bad, in the image of others.
Hear God, both good and bad, in the messages of others.
Understand what is seen and heard,
And know God more intimately through each other.

Beyond Sense
See without seeing,
Eyes closed, yet visions clear,
Hear without hearing,
Silent whispers we hold dear.
Feel without feeling,
Touch the essence of the soul, Know without knowing, Wisdom making us whole.
Be without being,
In the stillness, find your way,
Transcend the fleeting, In the moment, always stay.

Black and White
Give yourself permission to let go and to hold on tight;
Astute meditation, revolving might.
Every pulse an echo of the constant fight,
To balance the inner darkness and light.

No matter how far you delve into the darkness, do not forget to return to the light.

Stay
Stay close dear soul, in this tempest’s gale,
Where shadows threaten to unravel and assail.
Don’t walk away, for within our shared breath,
Lies the tether that keeps us from the edge of death.
When separation looms, life turns grey,
A canvas devoid of hues, where dreams sway.

Balance
Regain control, as a captain taming the sea,
Steering through storms towards serenity.
This tempest, fierce and wild, shall let loose its hold,
Releasing you from chains, stories untold.
And winds subside, and skies unfold,
Know that within your spirit, courage takes hold.

Seek Mercy not Justice
If you seek justice for yourself and others, you must fear God, for God grants us what we desire. However, if you seek mercy for yourself and others, you need not fear God.

God Within
In the quiet of our hearts, we find A kingdom vast, serene, and kind.
No need to search the skies above, For within us dwells the light of love.
In every breath, in every thought, The presence of the divine is sought.
With open hearts and spirits free, We embrace the truth of eternity.
So let us walk with grace and peace, And let our inner light increase.
For in the kingdom of our soul, We find the path that makes us whole.

Greetings
In the dance of days, where moments fleet, I greet with a smile so sweet. In the whispers of dawn, in the hush of night, I bless your soul, in love's pure light.
For in each greeting, a bond takes flight, A connection deep, beyond mere sight. And in each blessing, wisdom found, A sacred echo, a timeless sound.
So let us greet with hearts so grand, And bless with a gentle, understanding hand. For in this journey, we all withstand, The beauty of life, so vast and grand.

Perceptions
When we view ourselves in a different light,
The chains of doubt lose their binding might.
We're not changing the core of who we are,
But how we see ourselves, from near and far.

The Monster Inside
The monster within seeks the light, In shadows deep, it craves the fight.
Painful gains, a heavy toll, Weakens body, burdens soul.
Freedom whispers, a distant plea,
Yet ingratitude’s reality,
A slave to self, forever bound, In silence, echoes all around.

Love
I love all people
Those i like
Those i do not
To love anyone
You do not need to like them
To love someone means to do no harm to them
Jan 19 · 140
Judge Me
I could easily be All that you think you see
A monster void of light
Indiscriminate in my chosen fight
Unjustifiably me
My only purpose to defeat thee My book you believe you have discovered
By my cover
For you live by your judgement
Of any other
Than those whose purpose you perceive
To be aglow in the light of holy destiny
Jan 18 · 83
Entice Me
Your words so sweet, I oblige thee.
My words flow freely as I confide in thee,
Harmoniously, I shall reside in thee.
Effortlessly we flow,
Through light and shadows we go.
You have become all that I know.

Wind Tells Tales
In the hush of winds,
secrets unfold, Whispers carried on currents, untold.
Gentle voices, like echoes through time,
Speak of lives lived, in prose and rhyme.
Each rustling leaf, a chapter's refrain, People's stories etched upon the plain.
An open hall where prayers resound, Their sacred echoes, forever unbound.
The wind a messenger, weaves its tale, Of love, loss, and dreams that sail.
And as it rushes, then slows its flight, It carries our histories into the night.
Wind’s hold memories, ageless and uncouth.
In their soft murmur, ancient and free, Lies the essence of what once used to be.

In me
Sweet melodies I keep in my mind, They flow as visions, expressions known,
A matrix inside, so sublime,
Territorial glee I find, Within a sea, harmoniously.

Beauty in Thought
The beauty in the flow of thought, Lies in our imagination, softly caught.
A river of dreams, both wild and free, Crafting worlds for us to see.
In silent whispers, ideas bloom, Painting colors in the mind's room.
With every turn, a new creation, Born from pure imagination.
Through valleys deep and mountains high,
Our thoughts take wings and learn to fly.

Sweet
A delightful treat,
It lingers on the tongue.
To peaceful visions I succumb, A gentle balance of taste and desire.
From this sacred space, I shall proceed,
The sweet is all that I seek.

Melting Dissonance
Melting, dissonance, encroaching, Vaporous, unknowing, Slipping through time, now approaching, A melody of words, flowing.
In the haze of twilight's breath, Moments blend, dissolve, and fade, Unseen whispers, silent death, In the shadows, light is made.
Vapor trails of thoughts unspoken, Echoes of a distant chime, Fragments of a dream, unbroken, Dancing on the edge of time.
Understanding without knowing, In the | stillness, truth is found, A symphony of life, bestowing, Harmony in chaos bound.
Just one of my daydreams

Poets
In the realm of words, we weave our
fate,
Meanings shift, as contexts create.
Purpose and usage, a delicate dance, Lives described, in every glance.
From our lips, spells are cast,
Echoes of the present, shadows of the past.
We build and break, with every phrase, In this spellbound world, we set ablaze.
Subjugated to the words we choose, To uplift, to bind, or to bruise.
Spellcasters all, in this grand play, With words, we shape the night and day.

Every fall
Every time I fall, I think of you,
No matter how I fall, no matter when I do.
In moments of despair, It is you that i find there,
Your presence fills the air, no emotions can compare to me with you.
When I stumble and the world feels cold,
Your memory is a warmth, a hand to hold.

Realign
Take a breath, let stillness be your guide, even in labor, peace resides. Moments of rest heal and impart, A balm of quietude for the weary heart.
In this respite, you find a sacred space, a pause unconfined, Where heart and mind, in tranquil bind, Recover strength, become realigned.

A Vicious cycle
In the dance of body and mind, intertwined, Distort the body, the mind’s path unwinds. Disrupt the mind, the body’s rhythm breaks, A cycle of chaos, each part it takes.
Western medicine, with its potent pills, Prescribes for the body, yet the mind it fills. Natural processes, disrupted and torn, A dependence on pharmaceuticals is born.
The body’s whispers, now muffled and weak, The mind’s clarity, a distant peak. In this cycle, we seek to find, A balance of body, a harmony of mind.
Holistic paths, a gentle embrace, To heal the body, the mind’s grace.

Blackened
Blackened
In shadows deep, where silence reigns, A journey marked by unseen chains.
Through corridors of night we tread, Seeking solace in the dread.
The echoes linger, cold and stark, In every heart, a lasting mark. To depths unknown, we cast our gaze, In twilight's grip, we lose our ways.
Enticed by voids, we break the ties, In newfound space, where darkness lies.
With every step, a story traced, In haste we move, yet time erased.

Breathe In, Breathe Out
Breathe in, breathe out, a gentle flow,
Shifts in posture, let the tension go.
Adjust the level, find your place,
Acceptance blooms in this sacred space.
Pain may linger, but here we stand,
With open hearts and open hands.
Acceptance goes a long, long way,
In this place, we find our stay.

Jesus
“Mercy,” He said, is the higher call, a gift of grace offered to all.
For justice measures and gives each part, But mercy heals the broken heart.
It sees the sinner not just the sin, And invites repentance to begin.
“Blessed are the merciful,” He proclaimed, For they shall receive the same. Not an eye for an eye, nor a tooth for a tooth, But love that seeks the deeper truth.
For in each act of forgiveness shown, the seeds of a greater love are sown. And in this love, we find release, from bonds of bitterness to peace.
So let us walk the merciful mile, With open hearts and a gentle smile. For in mercy’s embrace, we truly find, The justice that’s compassionate and kind.

The Words
The words, the words, they’re everywhere,
Run away from them, but to where?
I see and hear them, night and day,
Every awakened moment, here to stay.
Make sense of them I must,
To gain my own undying trust.
In lands where ancient echoes call,
'Neath olive trees that stand so tall,
The question lingers, heavy, cast,
Israel God's chosen or self chosen—vast.

A land that's waged a war, it seems,
Against both civilians and Hamas streams,
No line drawn 'twixt  darkness or light,
A struggle that endures through night.

The Palestinian people bear the toll,
Of a conflict that consumes the whole,
Paying the price of an unfocused hate,
In a history's shadow, they contemplate.

As though blinded by the night so deep,
Where tears of mothers silently weep,
For peace, for solace, for wounds to mend,
For a dawn where all hearts can blend.
