The Worlds Farewell
The flowers are greeting me and wishing me the best
The little birds are chirping me “goodbye” up in their nest
My teacher just the day before had quizzed me my last test
I wont be coming home tonight, for i've been laid to rest
this has a slightly morbid note, but it was intended to indicate the serine beauty in life that could end in an instant

Peace At Last
Look off into the distance from a quiet library
Peer outside the window, and let your thoughts fly free
Look past the horizon, and you will truly see
How beautiful and wonderful that great big world will be
Then go down to the river, where once, there sat, just me,
And listen to the birds that chirp their tranquil melody
Then go home to your lover, and drink your herbal tea
And when you go to bed at night, you’ll finally be at peace

Hero v.s. Unknown
My lovely voice can carry, and carry it will
For her voice is scary, and hateful, and shrill
I’ll protect humanity with sounds so pleasant
And drown out her screaming; like a dying pheasant
And i’ll be the hero, and i’ll have the fame
And she’ll go down in history as a woman with no name

Love v.s. Us
Don't give us those puppy dog eyes
We gave you three chances to love us
Don't try to oppress us guys with your fake drawn out dumb love
We are but defenders from your syrin ways
So leave us before you get hurt
We’ll win this battle anyway
We won’t give in this time, or turn

Color Is Your Soul
Color isn't often defined by its being
Its defined by its number one object
Yellow can't be but a gold ring
And grey can't be but a rock yet
Grass is green, and green are trees
And visa-versa can be applied to these
But you can't draw a picture with a tree or a ring
You draw it with your soul
So if you ask what color means
To tell you that is my goal
Color is your soul

Nocturnal Soul
Running at night
With a full moonlight
Its peaceful and bright
But ends with spite
Jogging toward the evening star
Much more tranquil than using a car
But when you get home
With no where to roam
The morning will come too
And with that, the death of you
Then the eve comes again
And you rejoin your fellow friends
And then you are revived again
And then you live your lives as human

A Highway Of Poems
A highway is a path like any other
Don't you know?
A path that you can share with another
Down the road
I will share my path as a highway
For the many
I will share my poems because I think that
I am ready

And when i am done to be placed up above

As you can't “avoid” death
You can be smart and think hard
But you will eventually be laid to rest

The Righteous help
Be a humble spirit
And one day you will find
That being humble and accepting
Will help make up your mind
Only you can defeat your pride
Only you can be the bigger man
And then one day you’ll find a bride
And with that, a helping hand
I wish my poetry to always be simple
I wish for it to be easy to read
But my passion burns too brightly
To express everything with simplicity and heed
I want the world throughout the ages to understand my dismay
I want the people of all types and sizes to contemplate away
I wish my passion to be comprehended
I wish every human to be exposed
But i don't with my poetry to be amended
Or the same fate for my prose
I think all of us here on hello poetry can agree we do this to show expression, which is why despite if some controversial things are said, i would stick to the right to express ourselves regardless
I read her prose about love and what not
And yet what goes through my mind is but a thought
Love is not sacrifice like she says on the page
It is not giving up because you can not be engaged
Love is being whole with someone so close
It is being friendly and being a good host
Its sharing your stories and praising her name
Critically judging as she’ll do the same
But you're both better for “it”
And “it” will be missed

The Glory Hymn
Don't stop now, you’re making good progress
History is being made
Please don't stop, wow, it is a lot of stress, yea
But think of the glory and fame
Carry on child, though your path be harsh
And your life be filled with pain
Carry through the wild, you are a shooting star
And you have a lot to gain

A Poets Burden
Nature salutes me on the front line
Fighting the good fight with poetry sublime
Planting kindness into dark hearts
Preaching my morals is just the start
I will write of the trees, and flowers, and bee’s
I will write of the life, and struggle, and strife
I will write of the role in my poetic lead
I will write of my love and her need to be free
But i am not bias against misery and death
I will write of the soldiers whose fate is met
While i am wise, they give their lives
For freedom and honor and sacrifice

Noise v.s. Solitude
Its loud in here and my mind is failing
No matter the cheer, my body is bailing
I can't stand the noise, and i can't stand the crowd
It wasn't my choice and i am not proud
I'm wishing for peace and solitude too
But i’ll only receive loud noises from you

Neverending Song
Sing to me but make it sweet
Verse one, then chorus, then repeat
Sing to me a beautiful sound
Verse two, then chorus, then back around
Sing to me your melody
Verse three, then chorus, and back to the beginning

Look and listen
Listen… can't you hear it?
The song in the back of your head!
Listen… can’t you hear it?
Those melodic sounds aren't dead!
Look… can't you see it?
The love once felt, not lost!
Look… can’t you see it?
She is not completely gone!

With Her And Away
I've been with her
And i've been away
It always feels quicker
When its always the same
Nothing has changed
And nothing ever will
She was once a young lover
And lives on in my little girl

No More Secrets
Secrets can't be kept forever
They’ll one day soon escape
The poetry of a widowed lover
May be freed from its closed cage
And i will cease to beg and plead for moral inspiration
And she will cease to oppress me
And my quest for emotional station

Hate v.s. Righteousness
Dont lift a finger to help your adversary
See where this doctrine will get you
Your enemy will only assist you rarely
So why should you ever assist them too?
Because he as a man (or herself a woman)
Does not hate you so much
That he, or she, is willing to pound his or her humanity into the dust

Show Me
Show me a word that explains how i feel
Is it guilt, or love, or sorrow, or nil?
Show me an emotion to guide me through life
Whether it be peace, or passion, or pride
Show me a moral i can understand
Be it of religion, or of my fellow man
And then show me death, show me closure, let me reap
But send me not to heaven, nor down into the deep
Send me to sleep

Stay young
Don't ever get emotional
Don't try to be mature
Try to stay a child for as long as you can endure
Surrender yourself to innocence
Be a playful soul
Try to stay a child for adulthood takes its toll
Be friendly, but be shy
Be arrogant, but be blissful
Try to stay a child for your friends will love you more so
Dont keep track of debts or dues
Let live your life of love
Pardon your pride and passion too
And admire what comes from above
i wrote a poem portraying the defects of modern human, and i believe this to be one of the solutions, expressed in my own words

And success, my graduation

My restitution will be sublime

Forgive Yourself
Forgive yourself, even when they won't
For they dont always understand
When words are tossed about like stones
And you don't know if you can
When lies are spread like a wild fire
When your friends are blinded by fear
Even when you’re indescribably tired
And you can even manage a tear
Forgive yourself, Even when they don't
Your old life will be back soon
Nothing is unforgivable
Oh! And be humble and righteous too!
this is my favorite of all the poetry i've written because it applies so often, and leads to a better life

Forget Her
Righteousness won't always be there
Anger will stay true
Sometimes love can't be repaired
No matter what, just learn to be you
One day when you're old and gray
And your life is at a close
Your memories will toss out the day
You left her in the cold
move on as a last resort, and when you do, forgive yourself for doing so

Its not about death or sacrifice
Its not about fortune, its not about fame
Its not about glory or spreading my name
Its not about honor, Its not about peace
Its not about fighting or any of these
Its about being righteous

They never seem to mention the clouds

I will talk of the ocean and stars
And all of the comforts that command them

Yet love may be my enemy still,

When you read it so often
It’s inscribed into your soul

End at the end
Share it with your fellow men

And they’ll pass it on
So that all of the world can hear its sweet song

She can scorn when i show her love,

And i again, will love her forevermore

Moving On
Dawn is to dusk
How i may be with my love
I doth not wait for her
Dare i say i move on?
I maybe going nowhere
But she moves much too fast
I may think to quicken my tempo
Where she will only crash
Revive me when i send for hell
I don't deserve this hate
I'm capable of good as well
Please i must be saved
Hear me and my Scornful cry
I dont deserve to die…
