Pristine silence here
Every sound above muffled
Cosmic beauty under water
The distorted crash
From a body jumping in
Crackles from splashes
A sudden tightness, burning
Sensation from the lungs
Goodbye beauty
Goodbye heaven
Burst through the surface
Gasp as you **** in air
Catch your breath
And sit on the bottom again
Back to beauty
Back to wonder
Once again amazed
Wishing
Hoping
Dreaming
That you could stay forever.

The deafening roar of cheers suddenly blurs
Mind and body become one to compete
My inner warrior awakes and stirs
As I strive my upcoming feat
What I feel when I used to compete :)

he dove in first,
and the blue hugged his hips like a blanket underwater.
it thanked him, blessing his body with its tongue,
as if he was its reason in being blue.
I followed him, only seconds later –
left my conscience with my clothes on the brink of the pool,
joining him in the middle of the deep end.
the water enveloped our bodies, and wrapped him
in its own set of linens, kissing him goodnight and
laying him down to rest.
I watched, as it swallowed him whole. it filled our bones with whispers.
I felt his fingers tug at my toes, and I let my body sink
down to the point where my ears popped
and my joints dislocated, underneath the surface
of the swimming pool.
the hum of the filter sang its own song, echoing from the surface down,
releasing some of the pressure that had built up on my freckled shoulders.
I matched my soul to his, and tried to reassure myself
that even though it was after midnight,
the promise of the day still lingered on our sun-spotted skin.
as rain pelted the top of the water,
it shattered the reflection the moon had created on the glass.
I tried to find your heart in the deep murk,
but unable to find mine first – I sank.

A shot fired across the deck
a weakened hull. A turning tide.
Well, all our anchors hang on chains
and dangle off our changing minds.

I'm not swimming back to shore,
     not this time.
Claw at water, grabbing sand.
Spent all this time with seaburnt eyelids
squinting back at conquered land.

     Squinting back at conquered land.

I am just a paddling rogue
awash in charges, lost at sea.
My toothless mouth just won't stop smiling
as this makeshift life raft starts to leak.

A swimming rat begins to sink

Fire a shot across the deck.
All this ocean and no drinks.
Fire a shot across the deck.
Fire a shot across the deck.

I've only been camping a handful of times and this is the first we've been in about a year and its very nice and the outdoors is very comforting.  The stars in the sky shine so bright tonight, they remind me of my lovers smile. The bugs chirp and make so many noises it keeps me up, at late hours. The weather is hot and its humid so my hair sticks to my face and I sweat. I have to *** so bad but everyone is asleep and the bathrooms are unbearably disgusting. It took us almost an hour to set the tent up and we had hamburgers and hotdogs for dinner. The bonfire was warm. I can't wait to get out and go swimming in the lake later. Camping is alright.
This has no purpose really just felt like getting thoughts out..
I've been rolling,
getting lonely, without trees here to hold me
stars have now exploded a million times, but is it only in my mind
it's only been a moment, I wish I could hold it
but I know time is on my side

Am I even outside
I think I'm walking on the  s

                                                           / I'm feeling pretty HiGh,
I must be dinning on the stars tonight
I see the paper planes go by, they stop to say "h

I have some trees by my side.

Galaxy's* are in my cup,
I'll be swimming here sippin' up,
is it alright if I stay here tonight? I know I AM ON A FLIGHT
I'm here to dance with the moon,
I
  won't

Gold crown of Olympus, hair crown and
Skin gown. First we throw our bodies at
One another. Heaping piles of human soup.
Bold maneuvers, hands and mouths and
Boy meets girl lying down, on top, intertwined.
Skittish moves on a tryst. Wet fingers of freshly
Tendered infinite decibel pleasure screams.
Streamers above a long rooting movement.

Overture of Aphrodite. Sparkling, glitter woman,
Legs pressed tightly to the chest,
Loose appendages intertwined. Intersticed dactyls
In rapture, soothing. Bodies build to one heart's beat.
Two muses fused together. If I wasn't afraid I'd wake you up
I'd slip on my shoes and make a tropical fruit fondue.

Stage two:

Ice cream lover's delight. Opus to brown sugar.
To swimming again, a pursed lurking of lips
In the academy of the pastoral commonwealth.
We eat at our stations of the sublime. Today which was
A day of discord- you nursed me back to the land of the living.

Stage three:

***.

Stage four.

***.

Stage five:

As we earn our pageantry to take
Stride on this Earth, and string a
Great bow of eager success among all of us,
You, me, them. While I continue to
Gaze at you. If not dinner, perhaps a
Cup of tea instead.
Mostly numb May 2014
The way your hand slipped into mine
I'd trace around your wrist
outlining your veins
and it felt like i could stay there forever doing that
but it always came time for me to leave
too early at that
The way you tasted the first time we kissed was salt
and perhaps it was from us swimming a few minutes before
but i can't forget it every time i go in the ocean
but now you're gone and i cant help but remember the simple things
maybe they're stupid but I'd do anything to have it back
I just so happen to be going to the beach now , nostalgia has a funny way of creeping up again
To the east
To the sundered east
Of the deserted Isle
Their lies a wrack
black timbered bones
Scold clinging clams
That harbour there
In the Wrack of the Isle
As she lies down

They say
In hushed wispers
it happened
Many years ago
Men died
Or so they say
But now, no one really knows
It's all been forgotten now
Through foggy years of
Sun and Snow
And dirth the man
Who can name her

The wrack rises
To the waters
To greet the
High airs above
The darlking deep beneath
Where once there was a love
Who can say, now
When looking at the wrack
In its black longingness
That once, it was a brightened
Vessel, fine and new
Filled with laughter
And simple joys

They dive there sometimes
When the tides allow
But divers have to be wary
It's dangerous near
Wrack waters, so easy
To be pulled down and
Within, you go
And once in her shell
The air can not sustain
You, for it is
Not for breathing
Creatures

Remember the shore
They tell
The newcomers
You must remember
Where it is
To the west you
Must go, and so on....
But carefully,
The wrack will
Call at you
Softly, and slow
Breathing liquid fumes
That fill the lungs
And crush the ribs

I swam round her once
It was a heady -
Experience, all shoreline
Was forgotten
I was lured by her
Cracked spars and
Speckled beams
So beautiful
Beneath a shining sea

But I learned there
That no man may
Swim the wrack
Forever, and not forget
Deep death there awaits
And lies down
With you
In a wet grave
So be forwarned
Before you swim
The wrack of the Isle
To the East
The sundered East.
The Wrack, in an imagined sea, near the lonely isle.
