It's like...
every time the person I love...
lies...
a piece of me...
goes
missing....
I really hate being lied to....
Poetic Artiste Mar 2016
Can we rest on the clouds?
With the world at our feet,
Your presence is all that I need.

Can we talk for hours?
With open ears and hearts?
I don’t want to be judged for my damaged parts.

Can we make love?
With music taking lead?
I only wish to give you all of me.

Can we forget the past?
With our broken hearts and lost years?
I now know I want you...know that I care.

Can I plant my lips on yours?
With my eyes wide open?
I want to see you, feel you, with passion too potent.
Poetic Artiste Nov 2015
Everyone's falling in love,
and I'm left to figure out,
why everyone I love,
leaves.
Fleeting thought.
Poetic Artiste Dec 2015
I spend more time,
Trying to find myself,
Because of you,
I always feel lost.
Poetic Artiste Nov 2015
I wish you
were ready for me,
when I was ready for you.
Poetic Artiste Jun 2016
I could love you forever,
and that still wouldn't be long enough.
Poetic Artiste Mar 2016
Maybe
it

If for one moment,
I let my walls down for love—
Would there be regret?
Poetic Artiste Jul 2014
Your perfect teeth and beautiful smile
Your freckles
Most of all
Your hugs
The feeling of melting in your arms
The smell of your curly hair
The warmth of your mulatto skin
The energy you would bring
The tighter the hold
The deeper I would sink

I Miss You :(

Is the view as gorgeous looking down as it is when I look up towards heaven?

R.I.P Beautiful
The good really do die young :(. You really did give the best hugs <3.
Poetic Artiste Feb 2016
All this time,
and you still
don't
understand
me.

The sweetest words escape a mouth full of lies
You think I am unaware
I see beyond the disguise
I know what love means
I know how love feels
I know the love we have
Just isn’t real

Stuck in the daydream
Of a hopeless romance
We started out perfectly
I thought it would last

The passion addicting
The *** –amazing
Your kisses breathtaking
But I was mistaken...
Your exterior perfection
The interior heartbreaking...

You are not who you say you are
My trust now abused
Drawing an ending sooner than we both knew

No more second
No more third
No more fourth and so on chance
My patience for you has now reached its max

I try to forgive
I try to forget
But you lie and you lie
Again and again
I believe you

The audacity you present
To look me in my eyes and say
I Love you
I Love...you
With a mouth full of lies

The facade of innocence long overdue
This deception now expected
Years you've perfected the craft
A true player’s form
Always sure to cover your tracts

But I was always two steps ahead of you
I had only turned a blind eye
Accepting less than deserved
Now I question why
I am finished now

No more second
No more third
No more fourth and so on Chance

Love does not lie
Love does not cheat
Love does not cause pain to extents I weep on my knees

But still I thought I loved you
I thought I needed you
I wanted you
But you are not the one for me
This love not pure
Tainted, young and naive

I too shall move on
I too shall love again
I too shall be happy and live with sustenance

Fall deeper in love than the earth’s core
Meet someone who digs deeply enough they find my broken soul
They will pick up the pieces to securely heal me
Then I will say honestly
To the love who is true
I Love you.
Sincerely
I. Love. You.

Let go*

If only it were that simple.

I held a key once,
It was beautifully golden,
With diamonds encased in its body,
The mere sight caused thoughts I’d stole it.

I spent an eternity searching,
For the one lock it fits,
But after countless attempts,
--I began to question it.

Will I ever find my match?
Does one truly exist?
Have I been blindly mistaken?
And my mate is opposite of what I think it is?
The one you are supposed to be with is not always the one you think.

I love the way you spread your legs for me,
just enough for me to slip inside,
Your beauty is indescribable,
from your small, perky, *******,
to your smooth, voluptuous thighs,
Succulent *******,
juicy lips,
I can't help myself from holding onto your neck,
this choker does things to me I can't explain,
I want to please you,
hurt you,
why is it that I wish to cause you pleasurable pain?
You don't understand what you do to me...
I can taste you for hours,
Suffocating between your legs,
drowning in your juices,
and I'll never be satisfied.
I crave you,
Your scent,
your touch,
your body,
your lips,
your love.
I want to bask in your ambiance,
As my fingers roam each crevice of your immaculate canvas,
and we collapse into each others arms,
—your gaze locked with mine,
hearing your hushed voice speak,
of how you want this love to last —lifetimes.
All I want is you.
Poetic Artiste Aug 2014
Nature is beauty.
True Beauty—like the sun’s rays,
Gleaming on your skin.
Poetic Artiste Jul 2014
Nothing I ever did was good enough for you
Surprise visits
Unexpected gifts
Handwritten cards I’d mail with a kiss

The scent of my perfume on the envelope
My finest cursive written within
My sole purpose was to make you happy
My heart’s content to make you smile

You didn’t believe my actions were genuine
Trapped in the sense of being undeserving
Allowing your subconscious to tear you down
Tale after tale

Pushing me astray
Ruining us deliberately
Instead of letting faith play its role
You drove me away with your denial

Your mission now accomplished
I fell out of love with you
Another shattered heart I have to mend
Bitter heartache is the release of being freed

I had to let you go
Nothing I could tell you would make you believe,
You are worthy of me.
How is it that people always tell me I am too good for them or that they do not deserve me? Why do we settle for less or equal when we could have more? Low Self Esteem gets the best of too many.

I never knew what it felt like to be loved,
the right way,
I had been loved wrong,
until the day I met you.
Everything happens for a reason.

You'll be the only female,
she said,
--my first,
I already knew that was a lie.
Poetic Artiste Oct 2017
I’d stay up all night to avoid the monsters in my dreams,
I didn’t want another night gasping for air,
-afraid to sleep.
It was too much to hide in silence,
There was something crying aloud,
I tried to overcome it,
-I kept the fears to myself.
But most days my mind was cluttered,
And my heart was heavy
The sharp pains in my chest only caused me to be angry.
I wanted a release,
I knew what I needed to do,
But I kept killing myself,
So I wouldn’t lose you.
Sometimes we hold onto things we know we would be happier without. It is not your fault who you fall in love with. It is not your fault if someone treats you unfairly. It is their own. Don’t lose sleep over people who do not care, understand, or love you enough not to hurt you. Someone who truly loves you would never leave you like this.
Poetic Artiste Mar 2016
I catch myself wanting to call out at night,
but I know no one will hear,
because I've push away all those,
who once had shown they cared.
Poetic Artiste Dec 2015
No more Good morning texts,
No more Good nights,
Surely no more kisses.

No more cuddling,
No more care,
No more apologies,
No more trust.

No more surprises,
No more gifts,
No more dinners,
No more ***.

No more love,
No more us,
No more giving,
No more regret.
No more being good to people who do not appreciate the good you do until it is too late.
Poetic Artiste Sep 2014
I once meant everything to you.
I was yours as much as you were mine.
No one could come between us.
No one to jeopardize what was fated to be.
—or so I thought.
It always begins perfectly.
falling in love,
Becoming captivated in embraces, voices, hugs...
Then things turn awry.
Simple issues become large.
Positivity swings to negativity,
Love turns to hate.
Love making turns to meaningless *****.
Warm embraces run cold.
Bonds dwindle into oblivion.
No more cuddling.
No more touch.
No more feelings.
No more love.
Regretfully—No more us.

I once loved your face,
Now I hate the sight of you,
Please just stay away.
Poetic Artiste Oct 2015
Pull me close,
Your grip on my hips,
A hand holding my face,
Slip your tongue into my mouth,
Pull me closer,
Run your hand back thru my hair,
Squeeze me,
Until your tongue makes me moist,
And I have no choice but to take you home,
I am ridden with lust,
I want to feel you,
The need swelling between your thighs,
I want to be exposed,
Penetrate me however you desire,
As long as you please me.
I am indebted to your stroke*.

I want to know every piece of you.
Mind, body, soul,
I want to go deeper than anyone has known.
I want to learn your fears, your dreams—
Your likes—dislikes,
Strengths—weakness.
I want to know you so well,
Your tastes become mine.
1 Minute Freewrite

I could have owned bookcases filled with sentiments of my love for you,
I’d have written journals, diaries and stories on the passage of our love,
Where we met,
The first place we’d left ridden with our pooling scent.
I knew from the first time our eyes connected,
I could strip bare and expose my flaws.
I knew the chemistry was mutual,
That our bond would brew and you’d realize our tie.
I’d learn that you were already broken,
That you believed you were mangled beyond repair,
I’d trust you could free yourself,
That you would soon forgive and understand.
You possessed too many damaged knots.
Years passed and you were still a black hole,
No letter, novel, or journal, could soothe over the darkness within you,
Now I am writing with a broken pencil,
Because you are no longer worth the lead I use.
I could have loved you endlessly,
I now understand,
That I can never love someone,
Who will not forgive the past.

It was not my first intention
Courting, that is
Never my strongest of suits
Known to closest my true emotions
I let my colors speak for me

The crispness of my whites
Radiating pure innocence
The warmth and joy of my yellows
Welcoming
My orange hints
Full of desire and energy
The subtleness of my pinks
Portraying my delicacy and grace

Be around a bouquet of me
The sweetest thoughts of the most gentle sentiments
Will arise alone from my aroma

After having met my thorny stems
You are rewarded by my silky texture
My mesmerizing fragrance
The spectrum of my colors entice
I spread my own rainbow across the skies

I tease, I flirt
All to my liking
However seducing
Although said to be a natural
I prefer to be picked
Coat smooth as the most delicate of flowers
Queen of the Garden
Rosa is my name.

Different needs call for different hues
I am divine.
I am romantic.
The presence of me, pleasant
The perfume I emit, calming

Creative minds put me to good use
A trail lines the hall
Crimson flutters leave a path to your bedroom
Delicately placed aloft the best of Egyptian cotton
What better sight of affection to see?
The flush of color to my cheeks when we meet
The thumping of my hearts beat?
Rose petals on the sheets?
From sponge baths to massages
Chocolate dipped scarlet strawberries
Each affair we have is the most superb of quality

My red appearance not the deepest of color
But its beautiful elegance is the most sought after of shades
A symbol of deep burning undying passion
Signifying the most immortal dramatic love
The Red Rose is The Rose of all roses.
Rosa is my name.

My mind is the only part I have left of me....
And for that it is sacred...
My secrets are mine...
I’ve shared few with anybody...
It is more than sharing a story...
These are my deepest, darkest fears and insecurities...
The reasons that make me me...
So much I can’t tell...
So much I can’t say...
So much I refuse to admit...
I can’t risk losing myself by betrayal again.
I know in my heart that I won’t come back from it.

Can we recreate the past,
and recreate the tough years?
Can we leave our misery,
sorry,
anger,
and let the happiness stay?
I only want the good times,
Can I have the chance to let the bad be erased?
Poetic Artiste Oct 2015
I don't want to say it,
Only to regret it again,

She's Tired...
of the broken promises,
and of the broken dreams,

She's tired.
of being unappreciated,
taken for granted and hurt.

of lies rolling off your tongue,
and of the swelling tears,
she'd learn to hide.

She's tired of feeling replaceable,
disappointed and undesired,

of broken hearts,
--broken trust,
and of the emptiness she feels.

She's tired,
of being yours,
when you do not know how to love her.
Are you ever tired of it all?

Had you lived at all?
Well?

I write with my eyes closed,
When feelings are no more than colors,
floating in the darkness of my imagination,
Where fingertips flow fluently across pages,
I can only imagine catch the fallen words,
I write with my eyes closed,
and with an open mind.
Freedom is for my own hands to find.
There are times you believe you are ok. You fool yourself enough the world believes and when you are in the closure of your own being and leave expression solely on feeling free, then and only then will it show you are a little unsteady.

Lustfully creating chemistry in the bedroom,
Day dreams to wet dreams,
May I play out my sinful thoughts on you?

Your body—my favorite leisure.
Cravings unbearable,
The flavor of your lips forever engraved in my memory.

Will the next be better than the first?
Again a chance to savor your sweetness,
—To hear your moans escape.

Your body against my body, rhythmically our hips gyrates.
Desire for your passion—longing for your embrace.
The ******* of my neck—bites I cannot take.

Excitement, I cringe at the presence of you.
Fingers tactically stroking—smear my wetness.
Low gasps when you penetrate.

****** after ******, now allow me to stimulate.
Exposing all of my weaknesses,
I want you—intimately; the best way.

Is your ulterior beauty justified by what my eyes perceive?
Or is that which is held within its own shade of hideousness?
Will appealing faces arrange for my downfall?
—Being captivated solely by how beautiful you are?
Or will reality shatter and return me to my senses?
Will your charm have weakened and my guard have lessened?
Will I shred your layers and be able to see?
Who are you really when I plunge skin deep?
Poetic Artiste Jun 2015

To look back at myself,
And see that I’m healing.
When I thought I’d be broken forever,
But you came into my life,
And provided what I’ve been missing.
Taking steps to being made whole again.

You always knew how to move me,
captivated by your splendor,
I could watch a million skies set and rise,
with your natural beauty.
I feel safe with you,
lying on empty beaches,
with the sand as my pedestal,
and the ocean as my focus,
while your shadow falls over me,
your oranges and pinks touch me,
in ways I never anticipated,
you always knew how I was feeling,
you listened while I whispered my secrets to the winds,
how can I express my gratitude?
I am forever in your favor,
Sunset to sunrise,
I feel myself with you.
