crush
An emerald is as green as grass; A ruby red as blood; A sapphire shines as blue as heaven; A flint lies in the mud. A diamond is a brilliant stone, To catch the world's desire; An opal holds a fiery spark; But a flint holds fire.

Jewels
We sit beneath the mango tree You say, “I’ve got to go one day, you see…” I nod and smile for that’s far away… And I know deep down you really want to stay So we talk and learn about our lives Blaze right past all the normal lies I say, “I think I’m gonna miss you some…” You laugh and say, “God, you’re young.” If I’d known then how this was going to go There were more things I would have let you know Like that time we sat under the mango tree And my heart stopped when you first kissed me... While you were packing up your little home I was sitting, waiting by the phone Wondering where I’d gone so wrong Wishing your determinations weren’t so strong… The weeks crawl by and you don’t call I take the frustration out on my bedroom wall We both knew that this had to end But for that short time it was awfully nice to pretend So we meet under the mango tree I stare at you, and you stare back at me You say, “You knew I had to go one day.” I mutter back, “Then I guess there’s nothing more to say.” Then like a tragedy I left you there Unable to hold your penetrating stare There were more things that we both should’ve said But it seems we took the easy road instead The road whose paths would never have to cross So we’d never have to think about what we have lost But sometimes I still pass that mango tree And remember how you used to look at me, Smile about those shining, sapphire eyes, Marvel at the tree’s growing size, Laugh about the brief time we shared And pack away the memories with care

***** Ghost Theory
*In stillness, and splendors of the oceans glint, I casually walked down memory lane, Leaving behind, lovely memories with each passing footprint. Calming sapphire waters, creased upon the shore, Bringing mild sudsy currents, Crashing onto the smooth silky sands, like never before. As sparkling seashells decorated the seaside, Tumbling gently, Upon the tiny creamy sprinkles of grain, as I glanced along the side.*

In Stillness And Splendors Of The Oceans Glint
breathing the turquoise like lavender, and sipping the blue summer. bitter cold clouds glide and morph lava lather, floating whispers cut by sweet pineapple sunshine. soon, a moment, now rhythms ripple the sky like skipping stones we jump the music like puddles splashing in the frequencies. cobalt bass rumbles the earth hungry, pumps the air with springing spirals pushing and pulling the senses, reverberating through cells. heavy mud humming, stomping echoes through our atoms dizzy; balancing tuned body to innate electricity the fizz of circulating lemonade energy. we jump the music like puddles splashing in the frequencies. strawberry melodies spilling ribbons, dolphin leaps of the spaces inbetween beats, lines of colours overlapping, colliding, mixing, merging, blending in with the forest. washing over souls the life fire sparkles like a clear water cleansing harmonies, sound waves crashing against inertia. phosphorescent glow of re-charged love for the world, for being, animation flowing through burnt smoky ashes of sapphire charcoal skies; dimmed radiation of chlorophyll emerald days. the smell of salt, dry bark, fluffy carbon mists, trembling lights softening the eyes' grip on outlines, loosening lies. watching the cycles of patterns tumbling colours through a mill rotating, and the silence of listening when the music comes to an end.

She gave me gloves. Sapphire lets call her I loved how she would roll her eyes close whenever i swore louder or when i- being in the mood of being an arrogant snob Told me to be, mean and so vicious But Lady Sapphire is kind as the depth of the ocean and nice as the sugar and spice of a confused fangirl, Who i believe is precious as the rock i name her from

Sapphire Gloves
A normal kind of guy Just the guy No cosmologist Sans Christian ********* the droplet suns Distant in the blackened sky Gotta 'and'er some The bristled gristle The cryogenic iris Steel teeth gnashing Right-toe left Ardent in an autobiography Good man Soft man Locomoted his GMC to the Sea Thought maybe With precise aim he could undertow away paradise. No pick-me-ups In copper-channels That Ionized the pick-up-truck With archaea iron that ugly duck Reminiscent of the man In all but-- A castaway Stowaway The man who never hesitates Bop upon the interstate Lost within concritical maze Shoring up Going home Giving up Turned to stone Marble chin Solumn grin Chlidren sing Seeking wings How'd he know Where to go Will he see What it means? He's the guy The one with the lollipop lap Licking the syrup off the lip Of a sweet polished sapphire Gin And the kids My god They think he ODYSSEUS And his dog not yet Dead but depressive in the gloom Howling into the midnight grass And the creatures that stalk With their ******* youth Soon their weight will hit the deck And like a noose, Break the joints The planks of which would stress And bend his eyes upon his head. God willing Should he be exhumed His energies excape to the river And float, Penultimate, into the sea.

((MODERN)) Man.
Like a gazelle she ballets with gracefulness Like a ballerina Dancing to Dance of the Little Swans With beauty and grace Oh let me see thy fair face, Sweet sister of mine Let me watch you ballet gracefully Through woods, fields, and meadows She sleeps soundly in a bed of ferns Oh sweet sister of mine With the most prettiest satin wings you ever saw And a pretty pink flowing gown And soft pale pink ballet slippers With the most pristine pink ribbons Tied around her delicate ankles She ballets, Oh sister of mine With a crown of baby rosebuds on her Head And rosettes on her gown She dances with delight, Oh, fair sister of mine She dances even more beautifully And gracefully Than the yellow sunflowers Of gold that waltz in fields and meadows Dance for me, Oh fair sister of mine Dance to me on hills of sublime green Dance, Oh, beautiful sister of mine Ballet for me gracefully like the Lotus ballets upon the sapphire lake Ballet Oh, sweetest sister of mine Waltz for me in a field of dancing flowers Waltz for me, Oh, dear sister of mine I love you, oh, graceful sister of mine ~Marian~

The Dainty Ballerina
191 The Skies can’t keep their secret! They tell it to the Hills— The Hills just tell the Orchards— And they—the Daffodils! A Bird—by chance—that goes that way— Soft overhears the whole— If I should bribe the little Bird— Who knows but she would tell? I think I won’t—however— It’s finer—not to know— If Summer were an Axiom— What sorcery had Snow? So keep your secret—Father! I would not—if I could, Know what the Sapphire Fellows, do, In your new-fashioned world!

The Skies can’t keep their secret!
;heart made of metal, you're too hard to soothe as an iron ***** you coldly shine smooth. n head full of ember, your trickily burnt  fire- With its heat licks my lips, scolding hot with desire. And then Voice made of water, may you speak of unknown rivers lakes- oceans blue Typhoon and cyclone. And soul made of moonstone- may outwardly you shine, Dance, scintillating- a pure serpentine.

Moonstone: opal-pearl-quartz; sapphire-appatite-anglite-focalite
The stars are soft as flowers, and as near; The hills are webs of shadow, slowly spun; No separate leaf or single blade is here-- All blend to one. No moonbeam cuts the air; a sapphire light Rolls lazily. and slips again to rest. There is no edged thing in all this night, Save in my breast.

Midnight
*Just when the sun illuminates, Upon the sapphire skies, And the clouds appear, To slowly dance, side by side. Shimmery, cobalt blue waters, Perform a low sequence, on the seaside, Leaving a bubbling blanket, On the surface of smooth sands, Washing away, pretentiously. Bringing a gentle tropical zephyr, With rhythmic sounds, Echoing, through evergreen pinnate leaves, Swinging gently, into the calming air. Inspiring a magical after glow, With dreams fulfilled, In ecstasy, Leaving a warm and peaceful impression.*

When The Sun Illuminates, Upon The Sapphire Skies II
The sun is shining through the trees Tiny rain-washed bluebells Are growing at my feet Birds are calling to each other Moss is growing on the ground And lichen on the trunks of trees Dappled sunshine lights my path Ferns are showing off their green lace And dewdrops are sparkling on the grass While the sky couldn't be a bluer sapphire hue A path of cherry blossoms in bloom Tower overhead Their sweet fragrance dancing on the breeze A circle of mushrooms Is where the Fairies dance each night That is where I dance too Today is such a lovely day Spent in my enchanted Woodland ~Marian~

The Woodland
People take the world as they see it themselves some see black some see white many see grey as for me? I see it for what it is....technicolored.                                                                                                   Life is far to wonderful and bright too see it as simple black                                        it is too deep and mysterious to be only white it is too exciting and amazing to be described as grey There's a reason that there is color present everywhere. If the world were colorless, so life would be.                                                                                                    But the autumn leaves are crimson and gold and apricot The halls in which we walk are of light saphron and amber                                                        The city streets in which we trod are spurted with shades of periwinkle and magenta The meadows through which we stroll have flowers of violet and buds of rose                                                         The trees with which we have our yuletide celebration are the solemn green   Life is as we see it dont be strapped down to bland colors like                                          grey                     white                              black Life is color Furious Scarlet                             Dejected Sapphire                                                                  Joyful Fuscia                                                                                               Envious Sage                                                                                                                                     Playful Yellow Even as you look in the mirror, colors are shown to you. I see eyes of chocolate                                     cheeks of mauve                                                                          teeth of pearl                                                                                                             lips of ruby                                                                                                                                            skin of gold Even my soul is multicolored in all its numerous facets                                                        Dont let yourself be barred into the cell of neutrality                                                                                                    See life for the rainbow that it truly is.

~ Weeping hydrangeas spill sapphire tears falling, drenching grey scale gardens suspended, free flowing a mobile of distractions on tiny threads scattered above clouded daydreams Worded floating silent streams, spinning slowly, creating phrases on whirlwind petals, browned edges frame whispered wonderings sans answers upon somber breezes of yesterday’s questions or A cappella Hydrangeas send harmonic petals floating upon melodic wind chime breezes, suspended soft concerto clouds on love sonnet strings tuned to a spring day, as flowering symphonies, acoustic mobiles of emotion bloom within a garden of daffodils dreams in unison with lyrical compositions of nature’s enchanting song

Two poetic hydrangea mobiles ~ happy or sad, take your pick
It has been a while since we've spoken I have been tugging on a broken line May be too gone this time, Lord Been too low to be grounded My demons dancing in a conga line I am surrounded You made me in your image But what if I don't like what I see? Is that insulting? Is that absurd? I made almost all my angels flee It keeps me knocking on heavens door So tell me, are you listening?? I'm not feeling assured They say you turn water into wine, But none of that tonight I can settle for a bitter cup of coffee, For a bitter state of mind To keep me up so I won't dream of Grandparents who can't walk Or my lifelong companion In a wild dogs jaw Or an angry pair of sapphire eyes I know I've failed them all Water into wine, maybe two or three Will make me numb enough to remind me Of what their love was like, Like the warm screams secreting From my windpipe, do you hear me now? Can you listen to me tonight??? I know I can be cowardly disciple, even a sheep In lions clothing- wasn't your book written for People like me No, I don't want to be Self loathing, another fallen angel You lose hope in, don't let me go Off the deep end, let the bitterness I've been sipping on be sweetened Please

Dear God (remastered)
Hush, lullay. Your treasures all Encrust with rust, Your trinket pleasures fall To dust. Beneath the sapphire arch, Upon the grassy floor, Is nothing more To hold, And play is over-old. Your eyes In sleepy fever gleam, Their lids droop To their dream. You wander late alone, The flesh frets on the bone, Your love fails in your breast, Here is the pillow. Rest.

Lullaby
come to me like nocturnes creeping and wake me with sweet kisses like a tongue of sapphire ash and sharp teeth to drink from hollowed throat willing and we shall love, and love, and love like melting candles blessed

Nocturns Creeping
star, sapphire of the water, sapphire of love, the moon, throws off her jacket, bares her flesh in the autumn rain, leaves melt to the floor, streams of gold and amber start to blur, surreal landscape, mooring rope of golden rain, as you kiss me i slope into your corners, unwind like the night’s sapphire dew, mesmerized by the dark waters of your touch, mesmerized by your love.

love poem.... “where love is.... the water and a star"
One ***** cocktail and Two games of pool Taking treasured walks our hands entwined Sharing our precious time Stealing glances in your sapphire eyes You stared into my fire Plant your protection onto me Waiting for our souls to entwine Our bodies fill with adoration For we deserve and desire To always remember We are destined to be A night we spent you and me On a crescent moon Forever, and for eternity

A unlovable story
(For D. M. C.) The little man with the vague beard and guise Pulled at the wicket. "Come inside!" he said, "I'll show you all we've got now -- it was size You wanted? -- oh, dry colors! Well" -- he led To a dim alley lined with musty bins, And pulled one fiercely. Violent and bold A sudden tempest of mad, shrieking sins Scarlet screamed out above the battered gold Of tins and picture-frames. I held my breath. He tugged another hard -- and sapphire skies Spread in vast quietude, serene as death, O'er waves like crackled turquoise -- and my eyes Burnt with the blinding brilliance of calm sea! "We're selling that lot there out cheap!" said he.
