Birds of a feather, Not unlike me, Love fine weather (When it’s pouring tea). Manners, wine and dining, too. Mantis, llama, kangaroo. Overmade, they do make over. Things so brittle like the rover Sent to Mars, the Milky Way, Bounty, sneaky in its way. Inbetwixt the words they utter, They choose bread over the butter. Frying French and grilling Jerry, Jamming jars of juicy berry. Duty-bound, they bound off duty. Flock together! Fly, my beauties! Plumes all owned. And not one borrowed. Standing still amidst the horror… Jokes aside, and folly ousted, Peace preferred to putrid bloodshed, They, like me, are hard to find… Seems, at last, I’ve lost my mind!

Birds Of A Feather
"Strength in numbers" as the American says The Great Unity (dàtóng) the Chinese prevails "I am because we are" the Ubuntu in Africa We, the Filipinos, we have "Pagkakaisa" Houses lifted and moved through "bayanihan" As solidarity bolstered during typhoon Haiyan By peaceful revolutions, ousted miscreants For we are but red ants and we bite as one

Heaven . . .  Have Mercy . . . Rest, rest, rest, for ye be none, pitiful Fallen One. Quivering bows flow over grave strings bassoons and basset horns ring pounding timpani’s announce: Master of the Holy Choir - -  Renounced - - Vain, fluttering heart sublimely denounced, scorned; fouled, ousted: Horned. Wailing strings, bassoons, basset horns, thundering kettle drums lift angelic voices to glorious requiem. Pleas for Eternal Light’s remain in wings refrain. Heavenly Chorus' cradle to sustain, mercy to soften disdain. The Holy Oracle contests -- to no avail. Siblings’ choir protests. Beauty beyond measure, Angel of pure, Divine tessitura, Absolution for Thee? Foretellers of dark illusion open Holy Scriptures to reveal the drone of Eternal Damnation: trumpets of ill drag Thee to Hell. Deep, ephemeral rhythms exalt dancing strings, seal destinies -- Kiss The Almighty King. Glory be unto His Majestic Reign, Will Supreme, Tremendous, Powerful, Holy Being. Scribes record, recite this dreadful day, condemn Thee: Fallen One. trumpets lament, strings mock this unholy, forbidden way. Bows flutter -- a memoir of redemption. Cries of confusion dissipate   into muffled choirs, murmurings of deliverance. Delicate chants beg for forgiveness; a Soul’s salvation, fusion. To no avail! Turbulent strings strike the Holy Duel in wrath, writhing hatred, majestic wings tumble -- twist to wrenched ****** Death devours, Birth becomes the Fallen One. Angelic dissolution -- distraught, agonized Ethereal, Eternally beautify these ghostly, trembling winds, strings, harpsichord, drums. Voices of brotherhood remembered, cushion Angel’s earthly descent. Breathe into infantile genius heavenly symphonies to sweeten a life trapped, scorned, condemned, mourned Love of God: Amadé

No map traces the street Where those two sleepers are. We have lost track of it. They lie as if under water In a blue, unchanging light, The French window ajar Curtained with yellow lace. Through the narrow crack Odors of wet earth rise. The snail leaves a silver track; Dark thickets hedge the house. We take a backward look. Among petals pale as death And leaves steadfast in shape They sleep on, mouth to mouth. A white mist is going up. The small green nostrils breathe, And they turn in their sleep. Ousted from that warm bed We are a dream they dream. Their eyelids keep up the shade. No harm can come to them. We cast our skins and slide Into another time.

The Sleepers
Here in exile thy is separated Thy kin folk shall see not a sight of me Ousted from thy friends not feeling sated Another door hath been opened for me Others took this wretch into their welcome fold Thy cast to the winds of segregation Treading a path on a road so very cold Thy must suffer in vast alienation With hopes of returning back to kin Thy outlook is uncertain this is so Will their arms accept the one of much sin All is in the air maybe the signs say no Thy ruminates on the outer border Shall past friends give thy an entry order

Here In Exile (Sonnet)
A horrific thunderbolt hit me right at my chest. Oh! what an assault. A hundred carafes of poison or the thousand rounds of bullets would have hurt less than the pain it caused when you abandoned me. But, I tried to deal with it. ‘Move on’, I urged my inner me. ‘I am not a loser. Quitting is never an option’, I tried to pacify the anguish. It did not aid. The palpable twinge troubled more; aww! my delicate heart. To sweep away the woe, I pact with the ***** Alas! Every sip of the nasty tipple ousted heavy flood from my shuddering eyes. I could tell you , love, that was quite a sight. Still the heart pounding, the excruciating truth, still unsolved. I banged my liquor’s glass in sheer dismay. Sane enough to halt the bleeding from the wound, I searched the bandage. Sadly, the wound was in heart. - Bhaskar Dhakal

Grievous Separation
I have written a million words and fought a hundred battles. I have stood against all enemies in all corners of the world. I have been an agent of destruction and retribution. I have been a despotic symbol of unyielding authority. I have been a god of war and slaughter. But in the face of this new force I am powerless. I stood against the atom bomb, and bent it to my will. I broke the tides of imperialism and nationalism, and soon devoured them too, with my insatiable lust. I have crushed all who have contested against me; no revolution has ever ousted me. And yet. In the face of this new force I am powerless. My atom bomb is enervated. My armies are decrepit. My once iron resolution has melted to lackadaisical fancy. My Tanks, guns, swords and bombs are nothing but flaccid instruments of failed conquest. Because For all my inimical ********** I am rendered prostrate before the empyrean power of joy immeasurable.

Seek refuge in the soul When ousted from all shelters Life spilled out in the open For all to make a mockery The one’s who have enough problems Laziness to mind one’s own fort Gathered here to tear down All the little sanctity you have left Talking about morals Spreading the pathetic immorality Trying to **** you to the nadir Carrying wide chasms themselves Standing far apart from heart and soul Never to meet in this lifetime They take a plunge into the unknown To chastise the outer world Souls are on fire, heart’s chambers locked Suffocating within With all the billowing smoke Creating a haze around the behavior Anger fuels the raging inferno Urging everyone around to burn you Surrounded by an unkind world Seek refuge in your soul Safe haven from the raging insensitivities

Seeking Refuge
When Death resolutely comes Abrupt with his deadly summons Tarry not like a galley slave But like a courteous warrior behave Do not waver and do not droop As if you are to be hung on a loop Never dread lying under the dust With the body in a narrow vault ****** Know, it is only when seeds rot That fresh and florid lives sprout So when it is time to go Strut like an indomitable foe, With swinging hands and head held high To be welcomed by angels of the sky With the music of clanging cymbals And the rising rhythm of sounding bells Into a kingdom, bright and cheerful And a state far radiant and blissful Where the sun shall never set Where blessed souls will joyously meet Where Truth and Beauty preside Where peace and bliss abide Ousted out of terrestrial space You’re enfolded in God’s sweet embrace

The Site Monitor (Acrostic Poem)
My precious You become a beauty Only when you languorously Hug the waists of damsels as cincture Countless are the times, earlobes or ankles Unadorned by you Inflamed me A plain a yellow thread has ousted you nowadays When you swing from an ear, It is indeed fascinating to watch You have even usurped my sleep As a nose-ring, through its keen glitter Costume jewellery has replaced you too, many times Still, my precious, It is when you are pawned That you become real ‘gold ‘ Like the revolutionary Who become more so By getting hanged Like a soldier Who become more of a soldier By getting shot at the border My precious, my precious My precious pledged gold.

A 22 carat poem on gold
Hot, salty tears, muddled, with the bitter, icy spray, enveloped by the Atlantic, desposed by pedigree. Peoples, of all lifetimes, swiftly, abducted from their blood, with lament, embraces ripped apart, sin left disguised, ousted love. Lumber structures, like cages, repressing their last breaths, left few ongoing in the waves, desposed by traitorous men. Forceful souls, whose tongue called out, reshaped their gruesome plight, to overthrow the tides and toils, who, ousted them at the site. Desde África, a Cuba, y entonces a América, los abogados se lucharon, y tomaron un caso de libertad. Para un barco se llama Amistad, todos los malhechos son, la gente Mende querían justicia, y tomaron parte por el mundo.

Many days I spent running after somnambulist shadows Which sometimes seems as closer as my heart. And it sometimes looks stumper and hoax. The word of thy mysterious gazing at me. Many times I went to you to ask for. But I was failed and knee to your stubborn. Your adamant makes me afar infinite miles from you. Everything what you have seems ruth to me – And that ousted me from your heart forever. Thousand more times I tried to disclose The meaning of my amorous feelings for you. Thousand more times I kissed you through the wind. I don’t know those are reached at you or not.   I feel you always and all time – When the blue stars shiver in the distance sky. When the mid-night wind sings around. In middle of the night of Spring when leafs fall down. I can hear your delicate voice always and everywhere. Though I know in my heart, you’re no longer. I forgot the Class, Society, Religion, Country and Community. And I made a drastic mistake.

Many days I spent running after somnambulist shadows
There you go, breaking my heart, There you go, tearing me apart. Accusing me of an uncommitted sin, Celebrating, over me, your imaginary win. With a whole heart, I had loved you, We were always one, now you separated us in two. You ousted me from your heart, saying the love was an illusion , Were you speaking of the same love, which was once unconditional? There you go. leaving me alone, There you go, reasons now unknown. Without uttering a word from your lips, Leaving me to bear the silence's whips. Breaking the first rule of our love, the trust in it, There , on the mighty throne of betrayal, you sit. And you assume yourself as the one who was betrayed, By the lady who made you her everything, the lady, whom you now degrade. There you go, without any answers, There you go, changing into a naysayer. Releasing me , at last , of our shared love, Of all the sadness, smiles, hope and woes.

There You Go
Your eyes are dark They hide your darkness within Waiting to be ousted Your lips are red like a rose Full and bee stung Your pose inviting me to take a bite Come to me and be a creature of the night I’d like to kiss your neck with butterfly bites Hold you tight In a death grip Lead you to the undeath with breathless sighs of love Deep within your soul as you stare into my ageless eyes I’ll hold you tight as I bite Caress you as you fall As the death calls I’ll let you feed on me Finally when you are sleeping I'll take you to my tomb I’ll be your groom you my bride We will hide from the sun that you need no more Then when the pale moon rises we will hand in hand Under its light I’ll be your eyes your sight The most important light in your eternity Nothing will touch you my eternal red rose As this is the life you chose When you invited me to take a bite.

Vampires invitation
If the present is a gift Then I'll just keep it, Past reveals secrets, The future doesn't cease it, Exist in an infinite abyss, Tomorrow is myth amidst a mist, A barrage of nothingness, A mirage A persuasive oasis, A collage of plans that never pan out, Tunnel vision the peripherals stand out, Ousted It's a miracle hands down, How we prepare for the next day Its always right now, Like now or never, In retrospect now is never, Understand that forever never arrives, So make best of the moment, The real money is time, So spend to own it!!

The Future of Nothingness
Her eyes stare out Into emptily brimming space At the lives that run before her Almost touching, seeming to reach out But never crossing paths Oblivious to her presence She sits, surrrounded by surreality By the irony of her twisted fate To be so close to human touch, to the relief of shared laughter and tears And still, trapped in a tomb of solitude Unmoved by a smile that sneaks Across her face as a stranger smiles back For such is transient, never to be realized As a bigger part, of eternity Slowly, gently, tendrils of her being Creep toward another soul Cautiously approach, then close around Only to be severed Ousted by a stronger spirit And then she saw, a glimmer of light That closed in on her, swallowed her whole And she lived in the rays of starlight For a time Twice, in four hundreds of days The lambency would engulf her With the clemency of company And then shut her in darkness And now she stays, alone in a crowd The silence is deafening As her heart screams out For the starlight to touch Her hand once again

A Future of Nothingness
I was blinded by the sky today it stared at me, without a blink, so I did the same, just to avoid missing the very moment, when it would speak about you. But it fooled me: it took away my sight ousted the breath of my soul far, far away and uncoupled me from the hope of the living. But I still remained, stayed to listen to the wind, asked the sun to swallow me and prayed for you to recognize me this way.

Abide
Waiting -I seem to be doing lots of that- I’d swear there’s smoke trapped under my lungs My gut’s caught on fire Consumes me Red hot coal, Two bags of air ousted By toxic smoke building up, Fragrant like tobacco Wild like wood. I often dream about Driving a knife into my stomach Just a pop and an excess of smoke filling the room No blood at all. I’ll open the windows Turn off the fire alarm. I’ll leave the wound open. A gaping, smoking wound is more dignified Than screaming in the flames.
