When tears stream down,
He was there.
He gave her a reason to smile.
A reason to care.

She was carried on His shoulder
and seated on His lap.
Her little body shook
as He made her laugh.

When real life kicked in
with her real dad.
She went to her heavenly father
for this was the real one she had.

Sometimes God puts a comma
because your story is not over.
Sometimes He puts a period,
but He will give you closure.

Nightmares trembled in her head.
Her heart drummed and her feet raced.
She wanted the dream to end
and to stop being chased.
She screamed as she bounced from her bed.
The little girl jumped and ran to her mom.
Her face was red from streaming tears
and they dripped off her face as she tried to be calm.
Her mother wrapped her arms around her daughter
and hushed her to sleep.
Cradling her small, fragile face
and brushing her tears with just one sweep.
Slowly the little one calmed down to bed
and she lay with her on her chest.
Feeling her heart start to settle,
she closed her eyes now for a rest.

This earth                                    
can have you                  
drift into the sea.          
Searching,
wandering
for an answer.
When you are lost,
call on God,
He will make you free.

Blossoms bellow down.
Down
a
dusky
road.
Scarlet petals
on
the
ground.
Tiny
sprinkles
splashed
and
showed.

Looking out the window
she wishes on a star.
Closing her sapphire eyes,
and wishing they weren't so far.

Longing that a wish
could fix problems she had.
Wondering if star powder
could erase the bad..

Shooting stars
wandering to and fro.
She watched and wondered
where those stars go.

she glared at her
as she disappeared
from her life,
and maybe from her memory...

she never felt loved,
this was a hurt,
but not as much
as it could be...

she lived her life
like any normal kid,
thought of you a little,
not much from day to day.

If you didn't want her then,
she won't want you now,
you left her,
now she will steer you away

Under that smile
lies hurt and pain.
Under that smile,
everything's the same.

she trembles and thinks.
Under that smile,
everything is blink.

it may seem cold,

she has a beautiful soul.

She mustered up the mahogany
clouds and the salmon skies.
A raving reflection on the limpid lake
highlighting the hue in her hazy eyes.

Her tiny toes tickled the tide
brushing back bursts of the bay.
Whirring winds welcomed her hair
to the amplified air it stayed.

Deep daylight drowns dully
into the surrender of the sunset sea.
She steps up as she struts on the span,
her flat feet, and hovering hair are free.

Mellow blossoms carry
rose scented smells.
The cherry tree settles
with its crayola petals.

Red chrysanthemums
scattered throughout the field
surrounded by the tree
created so beautifully.

Colors so florid
in the midst of the sky.
Birds soar this colorful welkin.
Delicacy made from Heaven.

If I walked a little,
would I walk at all?
If I tried a little,
would someone take my fall?

If I spoke out,
would anyone hear me?
If I made the goal,
would anyone cheer me?

If I made a mistake,
would you help or accuse me?
If I hurt myself,
would you lift or abuse me?

People should never need to hear if
when they are in need.
Reach out in love
in order for someone to succeed.

She lay in the soft green grasses
surrounded by shady, shabby trees.
She closes her eyes and hears
the sounds of the forest.

She opens her eyes to fern vines
hanging above on the trees.
Her eyes intake all of nature.
All the greens and many colors.
She smiles and enjoys the day
in the forest exploring.

We all grow.
Pain may hit you,

or broken.
Growth puts you
where you need to be.
Hard time approach,
but you always get through...

There are some days
you feel kinda down.
When you are staring below,
you should look around.
There are a million petals
glistening violet hues.
There is vibrant green grasses
shimmering with the morning dew.
Butterflies are spreading
their wide, flashing wings.
Blue birds are chirping
along as the spring sings.
So admire the beauty.
Let it open your heart.
Once you are refreshed,
then that is a start.

Her petite body sat on the bench.
She waited for mother to be done.
As her mother picked all pretty flowers,
she sat patiently glazing at each one.

Her white dress glimmered
with her rosy red matching the flowers.
Her thoughts and imagination
grew within the second hour.

Soon interrupted in her thinking
came a small, soft ball of fur.
Its ears perked as it rubbed her dress
and soon began to purr.

Her small, smooth hand
brushed lightly against the kitty.
Her fur was quite warm and mellow,
and her sunshine eyes were so pretty.

Mother was now done,
and the girl took her new furry cat.
She grabbed her mother's hand,
and they carried the blossoms back.

She has hope
even when seemed lost.
She wanted to be happy
no matter the cost.

Her thoughts were dark
even in the brightest of times.
She tried to look and feel okay,
but her heart just couldn't shine.

She still has hope
but she will find it in her own way.
She doesn't have to find just anything
to brighten up her day.

Across the wavy seas
I see everything.
On this boulder
I stand amazed
along with the breeze.

Skies so potent and scenic,
The trip took awhile,
but I made it
and it was worth it,
but should never be repeated.

Every rock covered in green
leads to a path
and curvy roads
that leads to castles
ever so beautiful and foreseen.

I lift my hands.
I bow on my knees.
I look up high
and sing melodies.

My heart beats for your praise
and I shout out your name.
I feel like nothing,
but you still love me the same.

My eyes fill with tears
and they fall on my face.
You pick me up
and take me to our special place.

I seek you
as you shine your light.
You keep me safe
from the darkness of the night.

I stand by You
and not by myself.
You wrap me in your arms
and I don't want to be anywhere else

where angels are flying

City lights glitter and flicker

Trees are blowing with the wind
and house lights shut down.
Darkness fills the world
and I glisten on the ground.

like a salt filled bath.

unraveling sheer chutes of hope.

Almighty's shining spotlight
hanging in Picotee sky.
Magical and radiant
messengers roam and angelify.

The Lord's house powerfully
sustained and stood.
A calming and Celeste night
begat winter's blessings on the wood.

Hearts in love,
but sometimes in pain.
The sun will shine,
but there will be rain.

Some fruit so sweet,
but some can be bitter.
Sometimes you win,
yet sometimes a quitter.

Life shows promise,
but yet sadness.

eyes not a bit sleepy,
no sheep with their flock.

at last she goes to sleep
after quite a long bit,
but this is her sleep schedule
and she can't quit.

When we were together,
we took flight.
We discovered every inch
and every sight.
Under you wing
I feet secure
until one day
our flight had a detour.
Your fluttering wings
no longer fluttered with mine.
You floated away
and my wings began to decline.
I felt scissors slowly
cut against my back
causing me to fall
and my flight lost track.
My wings were gone
as I fell from the sky.
Losing my heart
and my ability to fly.

Her heart beated with the music
as she listened to every word.
Some meaningful
and some disturb
but her heart knew
it rang with each song
ever heard.

Every story
she read
shuffled in her mind.
From when
she was little
to even this time.
Her mind
has grown
to greatest heights.
Ideas blown
from bulbs
shining the brightest lights.

so creative
and collecting storage.

so content
on exploring this knowledge.
