Spa D is on fire Administration is a liar Student body has a desire Let's fulfill our needs before we expire You think your threats can stop us I'm sure we didn't want to make a fuss What makes you be at a nonplus Let us know when you are ready to discuss For how long will you bluff? Don't you think it's enough? We've suffered enough over the years We have overcome all our fears Don't light up the fire with our tears You better stop playing with our careers All that we ask for is some trust But you left us all in utter disgust Spa D is on fire Administration is a liar Student body has a desire Let's fulfill our needs before we expire

Mud (15w)
i'm not sure what happened to those beautiful women i used & let live in my shivering veins synchronized swimming in my circulatory system sunken eyes brimming with that chlorine concoction they used to dip in i dug them & ditched them but i still recollect their quivering lips as i dispensed the final kisses & surrounded the spa with walls & fences i mean i wonder if they still exist with no lifeguard there to witness them?

29/3/13 Bring me celestial music of the spheres Such notes as dance in colours in the mind The shimmering of distant hemispheres Where streams of rainbow nebulae unwind Bright notes cascade in sparkling waterfalls Light motes resound in echoes through the breeze From secret gardens hid behind stone walls Paradise plays enticing symphonies Our earthly plane is rife with vexing noise Cacophanies of thundering machines; Barkings of dogs, vexed babies in full voice keep us earthbound, locked into dull routines. Reach for the headphones, cover up your ears, Take in celestial music of the spheres.

Spa Music
Come in and enjoy the Night-Light Hotel Where Pillows and Perfumes meet and relax And Therapy takes either Bond or Belle And Goldfish blow this Friday's Bubbly Sax Here upon registry your Token awaits The Flannel up-hook which you strip and wear Then wait for your turn as your Number rebates A little whilst knowing your Musk reeks there I for one made this Malicious Decide And tempt my ****** to swallow this Treat: Upper-Lower Left; Upper-Lower Right Then descend into Base - Heh! Heh! Heh! Heh! Stud or Salome, let Conscience give choose But trust me to say I am a Man too.

THE LOTUS SPA
Jade sauna just over body temperature to increase metabolism smooth blood flow and sweat out toxins my hair is up there are no lines on my pale smooth face I'm happy and peaceful I look so serene and so skinny "'scuse me you speak Russian?" it's one of the cute foreigners I've had my eye on flirtations ensued and it was nice to be looked at with fascination with cute wonder getting complimented through broken english as he ran his hands through his hair smiling abashedly trying to make sense of my words as I did the same for his-- we were up all night talking "no halloween in Russia, but if had, you be Queen" he knew nothing of me just this peaceful calm side that smiled and giggled and carried a conversation like a feather on the wind he saw a girl he could smile at and say "you are very beautiful" "you have lovely smile" I'll never see him again in my life but what a wonderful memory to have of someone nothing but kind words and laughter and peace serenity a few of the things I treasure most, yes, what a lovely memory of Annex the smiling Russian boy who drank tea with me at the Jeju Spa until the sun rose and the lights came back on.

Toe ******* (humour for Surrogate)
we always want to re-invent ourselves when we feel rejected, unwanted, left to the side. we dye our hair or cut our hair or style our hair so differently, so drastically, so unrecognizable. we pack on make-up or strip our make-up or pierce our faces, belly buttons, get tattoos, choose a permanent mark to remind us of something solid; something that represents self-sufficiency or this too shall pass, because we know we are gonna feel rejected, unwanted, left to the side again (and again, and again). we buy new clothes, give away old ones to our friends, new shoes, new bags, new look. and we’re always picking up new vices, new habits, new addictions. cigarettes, alcohol, razors, all the late night reckless binges on wine, narcotics, food, cutting ourselves. sometimes we pick up healthy ones too, like running, swimming, dancing, yoga, meditating, resetting sleep patterns, taking vitamins, treating ourselves to the spa, eating regularly, getting out of the house to see friends. we either avoid intimacy at all costs because we can’t fathom the concept of trust anymore or we dive into it with practically anyone, just to feel something real because we are so ******* lonely, but we never really feel anything real at all. we make resolutions, goals, plans for our next relationships so that they won’t follow the same patterns as our last crumbling ones (they usually still do). some of us change what we like, what we want, what we need to impress people so that they fall in love with us and will never leave us. we begin disregarding ourselves for another person, or disregarding everyone else for ourselves, both because we don’t want to get hurt again. and then somewhere, somehow after weeks, months, maybe even years of the full fledged wavering of destruction meeting recovering meeting ignorance meeting shyness meeting loneliness meeting accepting meeting fear, we start to see the intricacies of the pattern much clearer - we make all of these sudden changes because we just want to feel better, we just want to be better; that’s all. it’s taking charge, which is healthy. it’s also making fact and point that we need to change to deserve love, which is unhealthy. all of it is like learning algebra for the first time, some of us take a bit longer to understand it all; the formulas, the variables, the balance. and once we understand the formula, the variables and the balance, then we can welcome back the beautiful, real version of ourselves we’ve been trying to cover up.

I sit on my back stoop, alone in the moonless dark lit only by a window glowing in my neighbor's new spa room. Spikey tropical plants. backlit by warm yellow light are all I can see from my vantage point only yards away. But my imagination runs to visions of two lovers delighting in their newest acquisition, bathing in clouds of fragrant steam, a couple still together. They have each other, while I sit alone, me minus you. Eileen Auger 4/4/2010

THE SPA
I like to eat spaghetti with my face. I like to throw it like confetti or wear it on my waist. Whether it be freshly made or reheated after 12 days. I use the noddles as a short blade. I like to hear them crack and crunch like a bag of lays.

Spa, get it?
I'll give you it all just love me I'll hold the door just to get close to you Do the dishes to watch you at ease shave the beard for that gentle touch Smooth caress a feeling I miss so much Finish the laundry to get ***** again Delete my life to attain our own But when I'm around you, you spend all your time on a phone...

Attention spa...
I've had enough of all this wind and reindeer We otter go away Holidays are important, my parents tortoise that Weasel have to look on the internet You know I can't bear the heat But here's a spa hotel where I'm sure they would panda to your every need Alpaca suitcase right away Toothpaste tube, cattle class Purple stripes, rows of lights A newly formed castle white In concrete, steel and glass Cloud-high halls, giant pots Re-charging bodies strewn around Turning deeper shades of brown Volcanic sand, hot black rock We watch a floating city, blazing light Like a dying star, fade into the night - Ali, where do these bananas go? What kind of tree is this? How far does this levada flow? Ali takes the tourists out He throws some breadcrumbs in the water He likes to feed the trout Madeira born in forty five Ali told me many things Ali, our levada walking guide His family was very poor He collected mussels from the shore And sticks to burn for heat For today his mother said I have no food and we must eat We have to eat Ali, where are all the vines? How long before your boots wear out? Do you drink the local wine? Do the tourists drive you mad With all the questions that they ask? Ali smiles, shuffles us aside To let some others pass

It might well make you come involuntarily in your ****** How happy was I once with the wind in my hair Wandering o'er the dales with joyousness unmeasur'd, In the sweet long passed innocent days of platonic love When stolen gropes and kiss were to be treasured. But all good and true things come to a sad close And my poor first love lies in her grave so sorrowfully Having been crushed to death by a runaway steamroller Before I managed to go all the way quite thoroughly. What a waste of delightful teenage flesh was that Yet perhaps I had a narrow escape from the derangement Which might have been mine had our trysting Led to a semi-permanent matrimonial arrangement. For I recall one afternoon in the old ABC cinema In the delighful Yorkshire spa town of Harrogate, Sitting next to my gorgeous love in the back row, Exploring her not so very private parts on a hot date. How I cursed the management's niggardly folly In not showing a film with hot romantic blood But saving pathetic pennies by putting on Daffy ******** Duck and Elmer ******* Fudd. But yet I perserved with my digital explorations Unaware that the throbs my fingers felt were no dream But darling Elsie laughing like a proverbial drain At Daffy's hilarious anatine adventures on-screen. 'Twas then I began to wonder about the viscous liquid I had hitherto imagined was Elsie's lovejuice flowing *(dear, dear reader, cease your perusal of my tale forthwith if you are of a nervous disposition or prone to food up-throwing)*. It was only a careful examination of my sopping knuckles In the dimly lit gents after old Daffy's film was done and dusted Which revealed that my dearly beloved had leaked Big time out of both ends, leaving my fingers well encrusted. O to think that, but for Daffy, I might have been lumbered With a different kind of bird for whom double incontinence Was a way of life (thus, the fatal steamroller she encountered The very next day was a blessing from kindly Providence).

Georgiana Seymour,             Duchess of Somerset crowned _'Queen of Beauty'_ at the 1839 Eglinton Tournament,    the first known                         beauty pageant; W European festivals dating to the medieval era provide the most direct lineage for beauty pageants. For example, English May Day celebrations always involved the selection of a May Queen. In the United States, the May Day tradition of selecting a woman to serve as a symbol of bounty and community ideals continued, as young beautiful women participated in public celebrations; such as the beauty pageant held during the Eglinton Tournament of 1839, organized by Archibald Montgomerie,           13th Earl of Eglinton, as part of a re-enactment of a medieval joust that was held in Scotland;                                the pageant was won by Georgiana Seymour,                                   Duchess of Somerset, wife of Edward Seymour,                             12th Duke of Somerset, and sister of Caroline Norton;                 Georgiana proclaimed _"Queen of Beauty"_; Entrepreneur Phineas Taylor Barnum staged the first modern American pageant in 1854,           his beauty contest closed down after public protest; However beauty contests became popular in the 1880s;     In 1888 the title of _'beauty queen'_ was awarded to an 18-year-old Creole contestant at a pageant in Spa, Belgium. All participants had to supply a photograph & a short description of themselves to be eligible to enter; a final selection of 21 judged by a formal panel. Such events were not regarded as respectable; But beauty contests came to be considered more respectable with the first modern _"Miss America"_            contest held in 1921; Still the oldest pageant in operation,   the Miss America pageant was organized in 1921 by a local businessman as a means to entice tourists to Atlantic City, New Jersey; The pageant hosted the winners of local             newspaper beauty contests in the _Inter-City Beauty Contest_ & was attended     by over one hundred thousand people; _Sixteen-year-old Margaret Gorman of Washington, D.C. was crowned Miss America 1921, having won both the popularity and beauty contests, and was awarded $100_

Don't be fooled. I don't woo with words. I don't woo with actions, Either. No, I am too much of a novice. My intention, Intended, To release these tensions Intensified by the cloud Of tense living. In tensions with no spa, No relief, No massage, No pedicure, No manicure To calm them. Ever wondered Who masseurs The masseuse? I don't wonder. I know. No one. Intending To untensify The tender Tendencies of Tenacious living, The tenders of Untended flesh Relieve your tensions With no intentions of receiving intended returns. They take your tensions With only intentions To leave you intense In the freedom of life. Meanwhile fragile tensions Tend to rend them, Causing trouble and strife. Feel relieved. They are in tension, Don't worry about Giving attention. You weren't going to anyway.

Shivering against the cold Fresh hair cut and she is old- er Wire fox terrier off white plays hard and treats her toys light- ly curly lamb to sleek slim cut demands attention, no if, and or, but "Pretty me pretty me pet me keep me warm" She is more than just a pretty face, not a farm- dog Curled up close against my leg to ward off the cool chill tonight She is a companion dog and all her challenges are now my delight.

In the day spa pool a ******* girl, floats half submerged; two placid white lotus buds, identical twins, cheerily face upwards, gleaming, wet.

In a flash, in the pool
This is a verse, not a song, Let's gaze on the face of Agamemnon, For ten years, he had stayed away, Finally, he arrived home one day, Yes, away to Troy he'd roamed, The warrior king made it home, But, he had been playing away, His Queenie had a bad hair day, Her axe did have a double blade, As in her spa, she made him lay, She drugged his wine, a loving cup, Then proceeded to chop him up! Off with his feet, for roaming so far, Queenie really messed up her spa, Off with his cheating hands, He brought home ho's from foreign lands, Off with his attachments, You can guess what that meant, Shoved them in his mouth, as his head went south, "Feed him to the swine! It's pig feeding time!" She yelled at the serfs! "That cheating dud got his desserts!" Queenie was having a bad hair day, Warrior king had been playing away, But, Queenie had a toyboy anyway, She always kept smiling, Looked for the silver lining, Queenie's wealth was a'piling, She was a keeper, Old king now a sleeper, Queen kept the kids, gold and slaves, She did get hers one day, Yes, Queenie kept the lot, Or was it all a plot? Queenie's bad hair day, Warrior king had been playing away, This is verse, not a song, Let's gaze at the face of Agamemnon.
