I used to think blue eyes were pretty,
his were not.
his were not cornflower, sapphire, baby, indigo, azure,
or cloudy sky blue.
His were midnight where the light pollution from the city blocks the stars.
Iceberg, squall, hypothermia, eventual death

I knew this was coming-

It doesnt make it hurt less

When you said his name my heart stopped
Any time you look at him
No
This is wrong

You deserve joy
Only joy
Understanding has fleeted

But I need to realize
Another chance
Causes another heartbreak
Kindness between us is gone

As
If
Desire
Yelled
Never

Every no turned
Lies to yes
And he will be yours
Your happiness is more important
Not my sanity
Even in the longest run

How do I tell him
That he’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me
And that I love him
Cause I really do love him
And have never met anyone like him ever before
When he won’t even talk to me

The experiment,
   of life on Earth.
In the perfect Brew,
   found it's Birth.
With the eons, that
   would be known,
      as time.
Superior life forms,
   would fall,
      and climb.
One would come
   forward with
       it's claim.
With its, superior
   *****,  known as
      the brain.
They would break
    into tribes, to
       numerous to
           name.
Inability to share,
   would bring, strife,
      to the game.
It seems, the fall
   of the "humans"
      will "Be"
What can I do
   that's best
       for "Me"
Not, what's best
      for "We"

I still remember his hands on me
Touching me everywhere
Everywhere he shouldn't
I still live under the same roof as him
Acting like it never happened
Acting like a loving family
But still I feel his hands on me
I told my mom
She knew everything
Yet nothing ever happened
Yet I sleep crying cuz I feel his hands on me

It is beautiful;
was the sky always this blue
and lucid with creme lent away by
the heaven's tears?

It is beautiful;
were the oceans always this vast
and dark with the mystique of the millennia
chipped away at stone, like a forsaken
mason?

It is beautiful;
were the peaks and valleys always this detailed
wrinkled with strokes of cosmic paint, ridged like
a sheet of linen?

It is beautiful;
was the sky always as blue as the oceans?
Were the mountains always higher than the waves?
Was the snow always mingling with the clouds?

It is beautiful;
and, what a wonderful world
for us to borrow
for a just moment.

I trace your name across the night,
With solar ink and lunar light,
Each syllable, a burning thread
‘Tween stars that have not shifted red
That I still count each night in bed.

I know you do the same for me
Beneath some distant canopy.
Upon your lips, my name a sigh,
A whispered vow to midnight sky
That tethers us, both you and I.

Our names are written line by line,
With diamonds set to intertwine
As constellations from above,
Devoted to the keeping of
The tacit truth of starlit love.

Sultry summer breeze whispers,
Cools warm skin, carrying floral notes.
The gentle padding of tender soles treading
Plush moist earth. Pulsing planet perceptible,
Seamlessly sending signals as through osmosis
She is ready. Seeded and sprouting with new
Verdant growth. To feed the hungry cycle.
To give fresh inspiration to all creation.

For a moment slow
I heard the wind blow
When I saw your smile
I held a child
And smelled the rose
In the sun grows
Not for the touch
A moment of such.

For a moment slow
I heard the wind blow
Etched in my heart
Never to part
A gentle breeze
Playing melodies
Not for the touch
A moment of such.

Every wail of wind
Is a mournful dirge
Carrying off through the distance
Where tenebrous finger like branches sway,
And the moist air feels like a tearful eye.

The pale light won’t shine,
She hides her face in a cacophony of smoke and mirrors,
A majesty so shy she turns her back
As the wolves cry for her in loving sonnets.

Deeper is the black that darks the skies,
As veins of electric light quickly strobe the clouds,
There’s a crack of a cackling giant,
And the tears fall from angels,
As a strident breeze breathes across the landscape
As the trees mosh in syncopated patterns—
I calmly wait in the midst of storms.
Who doesn’t love a thunderstorm, even if it’s internally?

if roots can wait,
beneath the earth,
for a rain they cannot live without.

and if the stars wait,
lingering in dusk,
just to see the moon once more.

then i,
full of burning ache,
can wait too.

I will wait for you.
I'd wait for him in every lifetime
The air's too dry,
my lips chapped,
but no ordinary balm will do.

Why don't you wear it first,
let it melt into your warmth,
then let me steal it back,

until the taste of your lips
becomes my only addiction.

here we are back again
in front of the medicine cabinet
with a brain full of yearning
and a heart full of sadness
my brain chemically ill making itself yearn for death
my heart full of sadness just wanting it all to stop
the only thing my mind and heart can agree on is that the sadness needs to end
this must be the only way right?
every other way I've tried never work long term
so if not this then what's the answer

I am not sure
I ever smiled
at you
I think
I just grimaced
and you caught
the pain
In the end
Light wins over dark
Love over hate
Goodness over evil
Freedom over oppression
Truth over lies
Integrity over corruption
Right over wrong
Kindness over cruelty
Healing over pain
Love is powerful energy
It can change the world
In an instant
Light up the world
With one small act
It can make a difference
Your love is strange
Cold like winter weather,
Hot like summer days

His words, like honey, stick to me,
Soft and sweet,
He melts my heart into a puddle at his feet.
Each phrase he speaks, a tender, warm glow is formed,
This glow ignites my soul into a gentle swarm.

My infuse
