Daddy, I don't tell you often,
how much you mean to me;
Your guidance is a must,
your love, it comes for free.
-
Your wisdom is so vast,
your knowledge stretches on;
I come to you for strength,
you'll never steer me wrong.
-
You've done so much for me,
I cherish the time we spend;
I call you, "My special daddy,"
you are my very best friend.
-
Happy Father's Day dear daddy,
to the best Dad in the world;
I know deep in your heart,
I'm forever your little girl.

Have I told you that I love you,
and you mean the world to me;
Have I told you that I trust you,
and in you I do believe?
~
Have I told you that I'll stand,
forever by your side;
Have I told you that I need you,
and you fill my heart with pride?
~
Have I told you that I cherish you,
in everything you do;
Have I told you that I want you,
no other man will do?
~
Have I told you that I see,
love within your eyes;
Have I told you that our future,
consist of you and I?
Poetress2 Dec 2018
He gives me comfort,
His love is unique;
And when I thirst,
He gives me Drink.
~
He holds my hand,
He gives me peace;
And from my storms,
He shelters me.
~
He helps me stand,
His arms outreached;
And when I cry,
He cradles me.
~
He helps me walk,
He lifts me up;
And for my Soul,
He drank His cup.
~
He died for me,
upon a Cross;
His death for me,
was worth the cost.
Poetress2 Apr 2019
As I began to pray one night,
on bended knee I fell;
A peace I could comprehend,
came o'er me as I knelt.
~
God calmed my weary heart and soul,
as He began to speak;
I listened to each Word He said,
although my Faith was weak.
~
"My Child, I feel how sad you are,
and it makes me saddened too;
But don't dismay, for there are things,
I have for you to do.
~
I wish for you to tell Mankind,
that I'm the great, I AM;
Their lives will be much easier,
if they'd only take my hand.
~
And miracles occur each day,
sometimes in the Midnight hour;
And if they ask Me in their hearts,
they too will have great power!
~
I calmed the Storm, with My own hands,
and their storms I'll calm as well;
Tell them I said to please not fear,
not even the pits of Hell.
~
For they are mine and I am theirs,
they can read this in my Word;
And if they grow, with Me they'll know,
they won't perish with the World.
~
Please tell them that I love them,
and my Love runs oh, so deep;
For every promise, I have made,
I certainly will keep."
~
Everything the Lord had said,
I felt it in my heart;
I promised Him I'd spread His Word,
in doing my own part.

Enveloped within the Womb,
the Fetus
***** her thumb;
Unaware that very soon,
her life will come undone.
-
Her mother doesn't want her,
or believes that she's alive;
All that she believes in,
are Satan's filthy lies.
-
This Fetus has ten fingers,
and ten l'il toes;
Her mother's deep, blue eyes,
and daddy's botton nose.
-
Her eyelashes  are black,
as is the hair on her head;
It is not her own fault,
that mommy wants her dead.
-
And so walks in the Doctor,
scalpel in his hand;
He digs around within the Womb,
Mother's little plan.
-
Now when the scalpel meets her arms,
it slices the right one off;
Through all the pain this Fetus feels,
this child is thinking, "STOP!"
-
It slices and dices this Fetus up,
until there is nothing left;
Then Jesus takes her by the hand,
this one who was Heaven sent.
Poetress2 Apr 2019
One day I'll have a happy home,
somewhere among the Heavenly host;
I'll feel no pain, no quilt lies there,
and Love in abundance, is free to share.
~
I wonder what my Mansions like,
I'm sure it is a miraculous sight;
Walking on the streets of gold,
where people would trade, for their Souls.
~
I'm sure I'll talk to men of old,
Abraham, Paul, Jacob and Job;
I wonder what they will be like,
I'll have the best time of my life.
~
I also know Christ is my Lord,
and I'll go up when that Trumpet blows;
But for now, I'll live my life,
anticipating when I'll see Christ.
Poetress2 Dec 2018
The Devil and his Demons,
were having a party one night;
They were smoking cheap cigars,
and drinking lots of wine.
~
In festive celebration,
of the death of Jesus Christ;
Satan leaned his head back,
laughing with delight.
~
He said to all his Demons,
"We will ne'er worry again;
He'll no longer buffet us,
or remind us of our sins.
~
Evil we'll continue,
he can't stand in our way;
He is gone forever,
oh what a blessed day.
~
Yet little did they know,
that Christ would soon return;
In all His splendid glory,
for the entire world.
~
Satan trembled at this truth,
he thought he'd won for sure;
The party was then over,
a lesson was then learned.
~
Do not mess with God,
you'll never, ever win;
For He is truly powerful,
forgiving men their sins.

Curled up in a tiny ball,
I can not stand,
for fear I'll fall.
-
So much pain,
I must endure,
of which I haven't, found a cure.
-
Raindrops land upon my roof,
my desperationneeds no proof;
My sorrow sticks to me like glue,
I do not know,
what I will do.
-
Cries of help,
always unheard;
I do not speak,
a single word.
-
Don't take offence,
if I don't speak;
For some it comes,
so easily.
Poetress2 Apr 2019
After the nightly news,
she faces the ***** wall;
She ***** her wrinkled thumb,
as she curls up in a ball.
~
She knows what's soon to come,
it happens every night;
When the nightly news is over,
this small child's full of fright.
~
And just like all the nights before,
they come into her room;
She has to reassure herself,
"This will all be over soon."
~
Her breathing becomes shallow,
"Perhaps they'll think I'm dead;"
"Your being such a good, little girl,"
is the only words they said.
~
Motionless she lays there,
as they touch her baby soft skin;
She feels overwhelmingly ill,
guilty and shamed from within.
~
When they are finished using her,
they leave without saying a word;
She shakes as she cradles her Teddy,
this precious three-year old girl.
Poetress2 Apr 2019
When she was but a child,
she built a man-made shell;
And there she would retreat,
on her many trips to Hell.
~
No animosity or strife,
did ever reside there;
She was at peace within it,
no expectations or cares.
~
She felt peaceful and secure,
as she rid herself of the Beast;
Who tortured her, every night,
before she went to sleep.
~
There was no chance for escaping,
for it came without a sound;
And in the quiet of the night,
her teardrops hit the ground.
~
At least she had her tomb,
a place where no one came;
If not for her safe place to hide,
she might have gone insane!
Poetress2 Jul 2019
When the Sun goes down,
at the end of the day;
I think about,
how much I've strayed.
-
I ask God's forgiveness,
for all of my sins;
And at times I don't know,
just where to begin.
-
God's Grace is sufficient,
to bare all my pain;
And to ease my heart,
in my sorrow and shame.
-
He reaches down,
puts my feet on the
floor;
How could I ask,
for anything more?
Poetress2 Jan 2019
Within the soft, sweet coolness,
of a gentle, Summer's breeze;
I heard my God speak to me,
and I quickly hit my knees.
~
How could this living God,
who created everything;
See past all my mistakes,
and truly forgive me?
~
And in the darkness of myself,
I no longer felt alone;
For I knew He walked beside me,
where ever I may roam.
~
'Tis then I prayed, "Oh Father,
please ease my fears and woes;
Be with me on my journeys,
where ever I may roam.
~
If not for Your great love,
Your mercy and Your grace;
I would be a nothing,
among the Human race."
~
Then I asked, "Dear Father,
how could this truly be;
That the good you see within me,
is never what I see?"
~
My heart then filled with joy,
and a peace came over me;
For I knew within my heart,
that Jesus set me free.
Poetress2 Dec 2018
When I first came to the Lord,
I had so much to learn;
My heart was overjoyed,
my mind, oh how it yearned.
~
I spoke to God quite often,
and listened with intent;
At all He had to tell me,
my Soul was quite content.
~
My love continued to grow,
as I spent more time with Him;
He saved me from myself,
He saved me from my sins.
~
The more I learned about Him,
the more my faith did grow;
The more in which I learned,
the less I didn't know.
~
Now He walks beside me,
He'll never let me go;
I am shielded by His love,
a love I've never known.

Horses are gorgeous,
as their Mane flows in the wind.
I love to ride them.
Poetress2 Aug 2019
How do I move a Mountain, when I can't even budge a Tree?
-
How do I stay afloat, when I can't even swim?
-
How do I tame a Lion,
when my own Dog bites?
-
How do I mend,
when I'm broken inside?
-
How do I dream, when I can't even sleep?
-
How do I love,
when my heart has been torn from my chest?
Poetress2 Dec 2018
However do I tell you,
how much you mean to me;
I fear that you will laugh,
or maybe set me free.
~
This love I feel for you,
is rare in many ways;
I fear that if I tell you,
you'll turn and run away.
~
I adore all things about you,
since the day when we first met;
I'll cherish you forever,
on this you can always bet.
~
For when I am without you,
I feel so sad inside;
It's as if you are the only thing,
that's keeping me alive.
~
I pray I'll find the strength,
to say these things to you;
But for now I'll continue,
to cherish all you do.
Poetress2 Mar 2019
He is our God,
the great, "I AM;"
Who created us,
'fore time began.
~
He cares for us,
as nobody could;
He's accepted us,
when no one would.
~
He's watched us grow,
He's watched us play;
And He never once,
turned His face away.
~
The great, "I AM,"
deserves our praise;
Not only on Sundays,
but everyday.
Poetress2 Dec 2018
Overcome with tragedy,
my life's been torn apart;
All I've known is sadness,
'til broken is my heart.
~
I knew who I should call,
to help in my dismay;
I called out to my Jesus,
and He had this to say.
~
"Dear, sweet child of mine,
do not be dismayed;
Lay your burdens on me,
each one I'll gladly take.
~
And when I see you crying,
I'll dry the tears you shed;
I never will forsake you,
you're one of my dear friends.
~
If you should lose your way,
I'll guide you with my love;
Lost you'll never be,
I'll be watching from above.
~
God cares for you so much,
He sent His only Son;
Salvation I did offer,
to you and everyone.
~
People laughed at me,
just as they do to you;
I loved them anyway,
and forgave all they did do.
~
So do not be afraid,
for I have been there too;
People turned away from me,
they simply had no clue.
~
So go to sleep my dearest,
wipe all your fears away;
Tomorrow will be better,
just trust in what I say."
Poetress2 Apr 2019
Her Mother doesn't want her,
her Daddy, just the same;
They think she is a burden,
she's the only one to blame.
~
When bedtime has arrived,
they send her to her bed;
No hugs or kisses for her,
no, "Sweet dreams" ever said.
~
A hug she would delight in,
someone to hold her tight;
The words, "We love you so much,"
only exist within her mind.
~
She craves what she has not,
someone to love her so;
But all she ever feels,
is their touch, so icy cold
Poetress2 Sep 2019
I gently kiss,
your voluptuous lips,
and I find myself,
in total bliss.
-
The love in your eyes,
bares no disguise;
Neither does it come,
with deceipt or lies.
-
You tightly hold,
me in your
arms;
Where I feel safe,
and free from harm.
-
When we go to bed,
I lay upon your chest,
how could I ask for more;
A loving man,
who understands,
exactly what loves for.
Poetress2 Apr 2019
As I wander aimlessly,
within this life I know;
I wonder if the dreams I have,
will truly ever grow.
~
It seems so easy for me,
to stray from God's own plan;
For me to have a life, fulfilled,
at times I think I can't.
~
I am a Christian, bought by Christ,
and still it makes no sense;
That I commit sins everyday,
of this I've no defense.
~
Somedays I feel unsaved and lost,
though I know this can't be true;
For Jesus lives inside of me,
His Spirit is my proof.
~
Poetress2 Dec 2019
These four walls,
can't hold me back;
For it's not courage,
that I lack.
-
I stay because,
I'm needed here;
I always want,
them to be near.
-
And though I'm needed, everyday;
I need them too,
in my own way.
Poetress2 Apr 2019
There was a little girl,
I knew so long ago;
What happened to this child,
I truly did not know.
~
I felt so badly for her,
as I watched her in her room;
She never laughed or smiled,
inside her small cocoon.
~
She simply sat there gazing,
had she ever been defiled;
I wondered as she sat there,
so timid and so mild.
~
She was a mini-me,
of this I knew for sure;
For she behaved like me,
after being made impure.
~
I turned my head away,
I couldn't watch no more;
I said a small prayer for her,
this little one of four.
Poetress2 Apr 2019
Don't you know who I am?  I am your Wife...to be cherished and admired by you.
I can't be something I'm not!  I am me...that's who I was born to be...I can't be who you want.
I'm not a Victorias Model, not a Super Model, not even pretty by any standards.  I've gained some weight, and I have more wrinkles now then when you met me.
I'm sorry for growing old...sorry for not looking better...sorry for not being who you should be in love with.
I am not sorry being me.  It's who I am.  If you can't see that, then I suppose you'll just have to carry out your miserable life with me....or get a Divorce!
Poetress2 Apr 2019
Within the stillness of that night,
when nothing seemed to be quite right;
They came to me with veins of ice,
and at that time, I was only nine.
~
What they wanted, I knew too well,
the shame, the pain, the guilt, the Hell;
My pulse went up, my heart, it fell,
they made me promise not to tell.
~
What could they possibly want with me,
I didn't understand, I couldn't see;
The horror drove me to my knees,
and I quietly cried out my small plea.
~
My call, it fell upon deaf ears,
as it had done, all of these years;
This wasn't the first time they brought fear,
nor the first time that I cried my tears.
~
"Won't you please just go away,"
this I wished, this I prayed;
But to no avail, they continued to play,
I felt that I was on display.
~
Just like the other nights before,
my body ached, and I was sore;
I didn't feel alive no more,
as I picked myself up off the floor.
~
When they were finished, they let me be,
alone again, just the walls and me;
I was shaking from my head to my feet,
they left me impure, and incomplete.
Poetress2 Jun 2019
Why do I do bad things,
when I wake up every day;
Could be my sinfull nature,
to play in Jesus name?
-
I try to do the right things,
watch the words I dare to say;
But inside of my mind,
in Jesus name I play.
-
I rarely read my Bible,
other things get in my way;
I think the reason why's because,
in Jesus name I play.
-
I pray to God for a refreshed heart,
one that will not sway;
But I will not recieve it,
if in Jesus name I play.
