There Will Be World Peace
Randy Johnson Dec 2015
There will be world peace but only when Jesus Christ returns.
We will be resurrected whether we are buried in the ground or are ashes in urns.
Everybody will be friendly to each other, racism will be a thing of the past.
Black people, white people and all other races will love each other, it will be a blast.
Nobody will become sick or die ever again.
It will be paradise because there will be no sin.
When Jesus resurrects us, we'll all be young, nobody will ever grow old.
Look in the Bible and  you'll see that these things have been foretold.
But to be able to live in this paradise, many will have to change their sinful ways.
Because if they don't, they will have to face the Lord's wrath on Judgment Day.

Spiritual Food
Randy Johnson Dec 2015
We need spiritual food just as much as physical food.
Jehovah can lift your spirits when you're in a bad mood.
Just ask him to give you faith and to fill you with the Holy Spirit.
Jehovah is listening, if you pray to him about it, he will hear it.
You can receive spiritual food if it's something that you seek.
I receive it by praying and going to church twice a week.
So remember this when you're angry, worried or depressed.
Turning to Jehovah is the way for you to receive true happiness.

Proof Of God's Name
Randy Johnson Dec 2015
Some people may not believe that Jehovah is God's name.
But just look in a Bible and I'll show proof of what I claim.
The Bible tells us that God's name is Jehovah, it's there for everybody to see.
If you want proof that Jehovah is his name, open a Bible and read Exodus 6:3.
Jehovah won't become angry or vengeful if you call him God or Lord, using his true name isn't vital.
But our creator prefers to be called Jehovah because God isn't his name, God is his title.
When we address a preacher as Reverend, that's only his title, his close friends would call him by his name.
Jehovah is the closest friend that I have so I address him as such and I hope others will do the same.
Randy Johnson Dec 2015
We should thank the Lord Jehovah for the time that we've got.
You may live to be a hundred but then again, you may not.
I've seen people die at the young age of forty-five.
If I'm that unlucky, in just one year from now, I'll no longer be alive.
Some people die even younger than that, we never know when we will go.
If you wonder if minor annoyances should get you down, the answer is no.
Each day that we have is so precious and it's what everybody should appreciate.
Treasure your family and friends because every day you have with them is great.

The Kingdom Hall
Randy Johnson Dec 2015
I've been going to a Kingdom Hall and I've become a Jehovah's Witness.
The people are very friendly to each other which means we are blessed.
The Kingdom Halls have different preachers on each Sunday and Tuesday.
Unlike other Denominations, our preachers never receive pay.

At the Kingdom Halls, we are taught that Jehovah is God's name.
Some people tell lies about Jehovah Witnesses and it's a shame.
One lie that people tell is that we don't believe in Jesus.
We are good people, I hope that you'll come to see us.

Unlike other churches, we don't pass around a collection plate.
People at the Kingdom Halls are treated like family, it is great.
Besides listening to the preachers sermons, we study the Bible as well.
When people are untruthful about us, please ignore the lies that they tell.

Naked Pictures
Randy Johnson Dec 2015
I used to look at naked pictures of women but that has come to an end.
I will no longer look at those kind of pictures because it is a sin.
If you look at naked pictures online or in magazines but want to stop, you can too.
It may be hard to stop but if you want to please the Lord, it's what you must do.
I now also please Jehovah by saying Grace and going to Church as well.
When it comes to living in Jehovah's Paradise, I'll be there, I will not fail.
This is a true poem.
Randy Johnson Dec 2015
The last Christmas that we spent together was three years ago.
When you died, it hurt me incredibly, it was a devastating blow.
The love that I felt for you was wonderful, it was extraordinary.
Sadly, to be able to spend another Christmas with you, I would have to spend it in the cemetery.
Christmas isn't as good as it once was because we're not together.
I still carry you in my heart and I promise that I'll love you forever.
Dedicated to Agnes Johnson (1948-2013) who passed away on March 6, 2013.
Randy Johnson Dec 2015
If people ask me if my Christmas will be merry,
My answer to them will be "Not very."
The last Christmas when you were still alive was back in 2012.
My brother and I no longer have you and it's ******* ourselves.

I would give anything if I could spend another Christmas with you.
I know that you'd also love to spend another Christmas with me too.
My life would never be the same on the day when you were dead and buried.
I wish you a Merry Christmas, Mom but sadly, my Christmas won't be merry.
Dedicated to Agnes Johnson (1948-2013) who passed away on March 6, 2013. (This poem was written in 2014.)

Merry Christmas, Mom
Randy Johnson Dec 2015
Last Christmas was great because I was able to spend it with you.
But I'll be spending this Christmas alone and it makes me feel so blue.
We each thought the world of one another.
I'm very proud that you were my mother.

You were sweet, smart and so very wise.
I've been devastated because of your demise.
You always said that you loved me and was proud of me but nobody tells me that anymore.
I didn't know just how great you were until I lost you and it makes me feel so sad and poor.

It brought me joy when I called you each day.
But sadly, that pleasure has been taken away.
While you were on Earth, I was so blessed.
Merry Christmas Mom, you were truly the best.
Dedicated to Agnes Johnson (1948-2013) who passed away on March 6, 2013. (This poem was written in 2013.)

Agnes The Applehead
Randy Johnson Dec 2015
Agnes is an Applehead Chihuahua, that's her breed.
She is my canine who I show affection to and feed.
I recently learned that she's four years old, I thought she was a little older.
From time to time Agnes becomes hateful and I have to scold her.
But she's a beautiful dog who I think the world of.
For the rest of her life, she's an animal who I'll love.
Randy Johnson Dec 2015
Children should obey their parents because that was what Jesus did.
Christ our Lord obeyed his parents every command when he was a kid.
Even though Jesus was perfect, he obeyed his imperfect parents because it was the right thing to do.
Children should strive to be like Jesus, they should obey their parents too.
When parents give their children chores and rules, it is for their own good.
If children are wondering if they should obey their parents, yes, they should.
Randy Johnson Dec 2015
Jehovah is our creator and I appreciate the love that he has shown.
I will worship and love the Lord forever even if people break my bones.
People can beat me, stone me and whip me too.
But they can't stop me from loving Jehovah, that's something they will never be able to do.
If people want to persecute and attack me, let them take their best shot.
But if they think that violence will make me stop loving Jehovah, it will not.

Grace
Randy Johnson Nov 2015
I've started saying Grace, I thank Jehovah for my food.
I didn't do that in the past but I've changed my attitude.
Jehovah didn't have to give us taste buds but he wanted eating to be a pleasant experience.
We should all say Grace before we eat every meal, it makes a lot of sense.
People should also thank Jehovah for their possessions and their families.
If we thank the Lord for everything that we have, he is sure to be pleased.
Randy Johnson Nov 2015
We had some visitors that came from outer space.
Those aliens came here to enslave the Human race.
I met the leader and he demanded that I bow down before him.
He said that if I didn't, our galaxy would meet a fate that was grim.
I told that alien **** that I only bow down before the almighty Jehovah.
The alien leader got so mad that he said they would destroy our galaxy by causing a Supernova.
But God wiped out the aliens with bolts of lightning.
Jehovah God was victorious because he is a king.
Jehovah stopped those aliens from causing chaos.
He showed those alien fiends that he is the boss.

My Letter To God
Randy Johnson Nov 2015
I'll do anything you want, I'll obey your every command.
I'll cross countries if you wish, I will go to any land.
I want to be your humble servant, that is true.
I love you deeply and I'll do anything for you.
You are the almighty Jehovah, you and your son are Kings.
When a person serves you, happiness is what it brings.
When it comes to serving somebody, you're the one who I've selected.
I will praise your name now and in the future when I'm resurrected.

Please Don't Kill
Randy Johnson Nov 2015
When some people get really mad at somebody, they want to ****.
Please don't commit ****** no matter how much anger you feel.
Some people think they can get away with ****** but the cops are much more efficient than they think.
Please don't ever take a life because if you do, the cops will most likely end up throwing you in the clink.
No matter how badly a person has treated you, please don't commit ******, there is always a better solution.
It will be very sad if I hear that you've been sent to prison or death row where you'll be facing execution.
If you get so angry that you want to **** somebody, I'm begging you to think twice.
****** is never the answer, if you commit it, you will most likely pay the price.
I've written this poem for anybody who is thinking about committing ******.

The Great Teacher
Randy Johnson Nov 2015
Jesus was known as the Great Teacher.
Performing miracles was his best feature.
He taught us how  to enter God's Kingdom and live in paradise.
If we love Jehovah God and live by his rules, that will suffice.

Jesus taught us not to be obsessed by wealth.
He taught us to love our neighbors like ourselves.
Jesus has always obeyed his father because he wants to please him.
Jesus and Jehovah can make us happy even when things are grim.

Jesus taught us the importance of honoring our fathers and mothers.
Jesus served people while he was on Earth and he taught us to also serve others.
Jesus was a remarkable teacher and he's also very wise.
We will live in paradise if we do what's right in God's eyes.

The Flaming Sword
Randy Johnson Nov 2015
Adam and Eve were thrown out of the Garden of Eden because they angered the Lord.
Jehovah blocked the entrance to the Garden of Eden with Angels and a flaming sword.
When it came to trusting somebody, they chose the wrong one to trust.
They chose to trust Satan so they eventually died and returned to dust.
After being exiled, neither they nor their off spring could return.
That teaches people a valuable lesson that we must learn.
We must trust and obey Jehovah instead of Satan or we will not receive our reward.
If we put our faith in God, our paradise won't be blocked by angels or a flaming sword.

Randy Johnson Nov 2015
You're moving in with your girlfriend and many people have congratulated you.
You've asked me to do the same but that is something I can't and won't do.
I won't congratulate you because you and your girlfriend will be living in sin.
I won't condone premarital ***, don't ask for my congratulations ever again.
Yes, I have old-fashioned morals that you consider to be out of date.
I won't congratulate you because you're doing something that God hates.
Randy Johnson Nov 2015
When people do us wrong, Jesus doesn't want us to retaliate.
He is the Son of God so his words are something we should contemplate.
When Jesus was arrested, he didn't retaliate even though people slapped him and punched him with their fists.
When we want to retaliate against others, Jesus wants us to resist.
Jesus wants everybody to live in peace, he wants us to be meek.
When people do us wrong, Jesus wants us to turn the other cheek.

He is my best friend, I praise him day and night.

I hope that you love him because he certainly loves you.
Jehovah can also be your best friend, turning to him makes plenty of sense.
He will always be with you if he has your love and obedience.

What I'm Thankful For
Randy Johnson Nov 2015
I'm thankful because Jehovah God is the most important part of my life.
I'm thankful to have two new friends, Jason Laster and Stephanie, his wife.
I'm also thankful to have my other friends and my brother.
God is always thankful when people are kind to one another.
Randy Johnson Sep 2015
To get on God's good side, we must pray again and again.
We must pray and ask Jehovah to wash away our sins.
We must treat everybody like a sister or a brother.
We must show Jehovah that we love one another.
Heaven is the reward for all of the good people who have died.
We must obey the ten commandments to get on the Lord's good side.

It was the year when my mom was born and that year was 1948.
That was the greatest year of the 20th Century, that's how I feel.
1948 was great but 2013 ****** because of a terrible ordeal.
2013 was a terrible year because that was when Mom died.
After she perished in the hospital, I came home and cried.

The Lord Deserves Our Praise
Randy Johnson Sep 2015
Some people plan to praise the Lord when they go to Heaven but they should praise him now.
Jehovah deserves our praise and gratitude and if he were in front of me, I would bow.
We wouldn't even be here if it hadn't been for Jehovah and for that, he should be praised.
The world is in a bad shape but at some point in the future, he has promised us better days.
When those days come, people will no longer be consumed by hate, greed, anger and sorrow.
We should praise the Lord today, let's not wait until we're in Heaven, let's not even wait until tomorrow.

Mom's Heart
Randy Johnson Sep 2015
When I was born in 1971, she was a great mother right from the start.
Mom was a warm and caring person because she had a good heart.
Her heart was as big as the East Coast.
Her death really hurt me because we were so close.
I didn't know what I had until I saw that it was something that the Lord would be taking.
When Mom died, there was no power on Earth that could stop my heart from breaking.
She was a caring Christian who helped others.
Mom's heart was what made her a great mother.
She was devoted to God, she read the entire Bible twice.
When I say that she loved the Lord, I am being precise.
It was very painful to say goodbye when Mom's life came to an end.
When somebody came into her life, they always became her friend.

God Is A Scientist
Randy Johnson Sep 2015
God created all life on Earth and that's the definition of science.
God is there for us and we can always count on him for reliance.
When I tell you that God is a scientist, I'm not trying to deceive.
He knew the secret of life when he gave us hearts that pump blood and lungs that allow us to breathe.
God has the greatest scientific mind in all of creation.
That is a stone cold fact, it is not an observation.
It was science when God put the birds in the sky and the fish in the seas.
It was science when God caused tiny seeds to grow into large trees.
God put his scientific skills to work when he created the sky, oceans, animals and Mankind.
I am grateful to Jehovah because he's wonderful and because of his incredible scientific mind.

Ten Reasons Why I Love God
Randy Johnson Aug 2015
I love Jehovah and I'll love him for all of my days.

1. I love him because he cares.
2. I love him because he's fair.
3. I love him because he's noble and just.
4. I love him because he's one who we can trust.
5. I love him because he's always around.
6. I love him because he won't let me down.
7. I love him because he does not lie.

The best thing that money is good for is that it tells us that God is who we should trust.

I became a lucky man on the day when I adopted her.
Having Agnes for a pet is better than being wealthy, that's what I believe.
That's how I feel even though it's something that others may not perceive.

Some people believe in Darwin's theory but I don't.
These people want me to believe Darwin but I won't.
I can't believe in Darwin's theory because it goes against what the Bible teaches us.
If I have to choose somebody to believe, I choose God because he's the one I trust.
Darwin wanted us to believe that we evolved from apes.
Darwin was only a man and men can make mistakes.
But God is perfect, he never has and never will make a mistake.
I'm sorry but Darwin's theory is something that I must forsake

Vengeance Of God - Part 2
Randy Johnson Jun 2015
He was a man of God but that **** didn't care in the least.
That animal walked into a Parish and murdered the Priest.
When he was arrested, he said that he killed the Priest because he hated God.
People were very unhappy because of what he did, they sure didn't applaud.
He was convicted of first degree ****** and sentenced to life in jail.
But God didn't want him to be in prison, he wanted him to be in Hell.
God made that man become ill and he gave him Staph Infection.
He suffered tremendously and then he died of that affliction.
Now he's burning in Hell and he's begging God to let him out.
But he can't escape his torment no matter how loud he shouts.
As his flesh burns, he wishes that he hadn't killed that Priest.
Now he will spend eternity with Satan who is the Beast.

Son Of God
Randy Johnson Jun 2015
He's the Son of God and he was the greatest man who ever lived.
He's compassionate and he has always been willing to forgive.
He's the Son of God and his blood was collected in the Holy Grail.
Jesus died for Mankind's sins, he died so that we won't go to Hell.
He's the Son of God and his death brought a lot of tears.
They nailed him to the cross and impaled him with a spear.
He's the Son of God and in certain bibles, his words appear in red.
He was in agony as he was crucified and then sadly, he was dead.
He's the Son of God and he rose from his tomb after he died.
They couldn't end Christ's existence even though they tried.
He's the Son of God and he could resurrect the dead and make the blind see.
Because he's so wonderful, he means a lot to you and he means a lot to me.

Number One
Randy Johnson Jun 2015
You were always number one, never number two.
I'm your son and I was very fortunate to have you.
You cared more about others than you did for yourself and that is rare.
It took your death to show me how hard life can be and how unfair.
Because you chose to be a homemaker, I was able to spend much more time with you and that made me glad.
Because of you, I admire women who are homemakers and I don't care if that makes Feminists mad.
When people see me, they see a man who is proud to be your son.
You always came first in my life, you were always number one.
Dedicated to Agnes Johnson (1948-2013) who passed away on March 6, 2013.
