Go on with haste and fly through this undawning memory of love, What is the moon looking up at, perhaps a dance of pulsar stars ? What is the sun looking down at, perhaps the life growing from light? An eternal sinner wanders under their light, with no aim, no goal, All he carries shall be the pride in his heart, with undying love burning as bright as a hyper nova in the nearby young nightsky, Lingering sadness seeps it's way through, to the surface of the moon, forever to be bound in an orbit, overshadowed, shining in lesser light, Yet does it oversee, what beauty it brings to the night, or what it would be if darkness reigned supreme without it and the stars to rise? Enlighting the darkest of nights for us, forgotten it keeps up his duty, For maybe, even if just one is touched by his luminosity it would be enough to keep going, until the time comes to greet the break of dawn The milkyway alike a river of stars, each with their own story to tell, Stars stand with their secret hidden, an orbital parent to many planets The sky is the eternity in a land of pure fantasy and hope after all, A dream which knows no death till its termination draws near, But isn't waking up the commencement of something far greater ? ~ Umi

*I Fell In Love With You I fell in love with you slowly, syllable by syllable, word by word, poem by poem imagining the moon’s dancing affair with stars, twinkle by twinkle. And then all at once like the explosion of a super nova affecting distant galaxies and down to my very soul. ~~~ I fell in love with you gently, the way a dew drop glistens in the morning sun, the way a flower often opens to a moonlit song. ~~~ But like all love worth holding, it turns to fire- raging, uncontrolled, wild and consuming; you have become the flames dancing across my skin, smoldering brightly within my heart turning me into the sweet smell of ash. ~~~ I fell in love with you slowly then quickly, the way a meteor flashes as it skims across the night sky or hearts melt within an ******** sigh. I fell in love with you. Sorry. Aztec Warrior 12.4.15*

POEM 99
His blue eyes are like glacial-lakes, wrapping around his heart till he's chilled to the bone from the cold. A deadly place where treading is no longer permitted. His eyes are transparent and distant as the impersonal clouds passing overhead. Even as I stands before him, reflecting off him. I am still merely a reflection. He knows my face, I reason silently. From the hills of my cheeks, down towards the valley separating my lips. He should recognize it all. Instead a blank expression greets me.     A look of cold, solid insouciance. I'm immediately angry with myself for wanting to justify his indifference's. A reflex I've never been able to expel. The vestigial limb on a skeleton. A party favor from another time forgotten for the newly discovered toy. I twist in the fridged winds wrapping around him. My force giving under the great pressure magnified by his powers. I never wanted to dance upon his breeze. This realization makes me burn hotter. My anger brighter than the northern star. I welcome it, my amounting rage. I embraces it with a raging smile. His glaciers may be cold, immovable at times. A pretentious notion I might freeze. For I am the sun swirling in nova's ring and cannot be affected by his black iced personality.

Black Iced Personality.
a lone star stuck between galaxies, watches the other stars wishing for a super nova to pass waiting for its chance to impress as who can be impressed by the shine, if nobody can see it? maybe they can see they just want to ignore they ignore the last glimmer of personality the universe is never ending, but forever this star is alone, trying to impress, those who can’t see, the hopeless glimmer that wishes to be a shine but that doesn’t want to be annoying.

annoying and alone
Whereabout of the heart, where might it be ? When fury is a feeling which engages your senses, your mind and your soul in a raging outburst of negativity expressed in adrenaline, Everything seems to be one sided, a loop which only fuels your anger with thoughts of unpleasant, disturbing annoyances, making it harder Harder to resist, until alike a super nova, you explode in a viscious rampage with knows no escape, so, where is the heart ? Where is it? A tantrum might be encouraged to grow in size if it's revenge you seek, desire, want to live for to make it expire, with violent passion, Mercy or compassion, forgiveness and simpathy may be forgotten, within the depths of your burning soul, lit ablaze solely by hatred, You may lose your mind, oh beauty of a living existence, becoming alike a lily of murderous intent, spiteful, yet elegant and wonderful, A shivering star, ready to take its opponent down with itself while destroying what used to be so precious, unique and simply sweet, Blemishing the unconscious without thinking of patience or the chance to calm this nuclear meltdown, unfolding in tragedy for us, The pure light of your praying palms might help in this regard, Because his remembrance is what makes furious hearts become calm. ~ Umi

Fit of rage
You know, there's always a song that takes me back To a year, so long before It's not always a top ten song That hits my very core It just grabs me and transports me Back in time while standing still It might take me to a good place Release a memory I should **** But, my soundtrack is different It's not just music in my mind There's sounds that make my playlist up Sounds of a different kind A baseball smacking leather God, that sets me free Some good, some bad, some coaching Some involve my ******* up knee The click on every eight track When it switches channels to play on Brings back those early mornings when the house cleaning was done But, music, yes the music makes a large part of my list Some take me back to dances And the girls I never kissed The good songs stretch my senses Make me smell things from the past The memories still linger While the music didn't last Sirens, car wrecks, yelling Have their place on my list too It's not music to most people It made my list though, who knew? A sound as small as raindrops Take me back to a morning when I stood on line with a hundred others Brave women and brave men Cornwallis, Nova Scotia rain and U2 take me on a track To basic training on the east coast Wow, that's 25 years back A car crash and a siren Takes me to when I met my wife This was on the television when Princess Di, she lost her life So, my soundtrack is eclectic It's not just music fuels my trips It might be a golf ball bouncing That takes me through a time warp slip A song, that's just too easy Everyone has one of those But, can you travel back, oh, 30 years When someone blows their nose? There's more sounds that effect me But, those I think I'll hide I will write about them later And I will take you on that ride In 50 years of living Lots of sounds have hit my ears We'll sit and chat about them One day over a few beers....

Light the lanterns and watch them float higher. Can I pick out a few stars and hold them? Can I bask in their light and their fire? Tonight I vow these stars will not grow dim. The dark blue sky is an endless canvas. I plan to paint my life in its blank space. The cold, brisk air brings about a clearness My mind empties as I walk my own pace. The music that comes through my headphones gives Me a purpose and the darkness of the Night gives me the strength and want to forgive. City lights cannot vie with a nova. The sun will come tomorrow but I will Be looking for the first star from the sill.

Night Sky Sonnet
Constallations, a septette for shining stars Seven in number, aline like no other, a fusion sign in melting white, Caught in stellar evolution in the arts of the nuclear, they expand, Red giants, the final step in their life, before they either blow the layer off gently tossing it into the depth of space, or they go out with a bang The fall of these great stars, gifting light which is likely to grow life, A nova which drags their orbital children to the deepest abyss releasing enough energy for a heavenly meltdown breaking hell loose Stars, standing upon the pillars of creaton planted in there like trees, Polaris, burn bright in white till you blow up, hell fire don't go out, In line, with the others, you form a radiant great, or rather big dipper, Oh you blazing fixed star, northern, luminous and majestic, shine on, Let this dream fill you up with energy, rumbling deep inside, still you are satisfied, with the reactions, with speed much greater than sound, A force which would easily break the earths ground, shatter it within moments of a violent dance of might and power beyond any reason, For the millions, the septentrion shall shine on in a changing dipper, Until the moment they die. ~ Umi

Only a single star remains in the entire universe to support life to roughly twenty seven trillion passengers on the USS Star Eater. The Star Eater was governed by Captain Frederick Patterson. He has thirty seven years to find the solution to this problem with the help of an Artificial Intelligence known as Galactic Overseer Digitus otherwise known as the acronym G.O.D, given to it because of its mass intelligence and processing power. But the machine could not find a solution to this problem, it spent many years ciphering a solution but it never found it. Because only a human knew the answer. Is what was hoped, Captain Frederick never found a solution. Many years passed and the last star was almost dead. It was predicted to go Nova in a matter of days. Out of desperation, Captain Frederick order their core reactors to keep their AI, God, alive so he could perhaps find a solution. That was the final order he gave before suffocating and freezing to death. The USS Star Eater laid dormant with no signs off life besides the presence of the God. Years passed and nothing happened, still dormant. Finally after one hundred and thirty two days, the God found a solution. God put it’s work together and said only four words as he created a new world, “Let there be light!” And a world within their world was created. A world on the atomic size with enough energy to sustain it until their world could form a find a solution to the death of the world. And they finally found the solution.

The next life will greet you when the last grain of sand drops, within the magical hourglass inside our makers' thoughts. Layer after layer; we shed our fear till the ego is found, drowned by the light of a supernova, shattered loud with a glorious sound. Death ends the circle of life, our bodies will be vaporized. Hold my hand and close your eyes, hug me tight but do not run, for tonight the skies ignite in the glory of our supernova sun.

Super Nova
In Stardust, Is where can hopes be born, But also, where a star has died, violently, explosively, shining out light so brilliant it would roar if it hit the atmosphere, illuminate it, It is hot, alike the purgatory with a sweet look to gaze at if you observe the planetary nebulae by a far, far distance of course, The dreams of the nova remnant, spread across space, left is but a small piece of dense matter, pulsating light cast by it's fast spin, It is but a pulsar, or rather this old lady could be called one of the many lighthouses of our beloved widely beautiful universe, Shining brilliantly even after death, isn't that what we all desire ? If sadness clouds your judgement and you have nowhere to run, And if you feel lonely in a starlit sky, worrying about the past long gone, losing yourself to your recurring, cruel thoughts, Just remember, that you too, once were part of a bright, shining star which once too used to brighten up the dark, cold night for one else. ~ Umi

In Stardust
Small and observant, this girl child already loves her solitude. Dark eyes taking in everything for much later, long hair a little mussed-up, tumbling over feet pyjamas, she stands quietly in the doorway of her little bedroom. Across old parquet floors, into spare white rooms she gazes at the grown-ups in their party clothes, secretly planning that someday she will be one of them. Plain white origami birds, suspended from the high vintage ceilings, hand-made from her poet-mother's typing paper, are the only decorations. The soft, indirect lighting, all invented by her father out of simple things, creates a perfect visual tone. This quiet inventor has also chosen jazz he loves to animate the evening for his friends. These grown-ups in their party clothes, yellows, greens and reds, puffy skirts, stiletto heels, men in simple suits, white shirts, thin black ties, talented painters, holocaust survivors, intellectuals, talking, laughing, smoking too much, martini glasses in hand. What stayed with her most was the music, and the way it brought the whole world right to her. Jazz from here in her native city, Soft, sultry Bossa Nova that her soul knew even better. Only some of what she saw that night became the life she chose. The intimacy of observing, of silently forming words around what she saw, talking and laughing with friends, loving passionately, getting scorched to the bone, and the music, the music.... The music would always stay with her, leading her across wide expanses of this beautiful old world to the parts of it that she would someday taste, and see. Her life would become the stretching wide open of her heart. To love it all, to write about it all. to give this back, someday, to the music, and to this big, beautiful old world.

She was unlike any celestial body I've ever seen She flew like a comet But shined like the sun Eyes like spiral galaxies and a voice that filled the endless void Beauty like gravity drawing you in Personality like a super nova She was my outer space Now I'm just left staring at the stars

Her Celestial Body
I saved another planet today. (superhero) I am kind of like Batman, because I don't have any super powers. I'm just a super nova. I'll outshine all of these galaxies. I could be your shock wave. If only it weren't for these black holes...

Spark a legumes
That golden sunrise against the summer horizon, Bursting through the purest of sky blues calming and secure, was easy to get lost in. Like the shades in your eyes that day, a whole spectrum. An entire world in your depths, filled with seas and landscapes. Where I wish to scale it's mountains and deep dive it's oceans. And then I catch myself swimming. Swimming towards an indigo. Your indigo. I was getting lost in it's twilight, Like a super nova from an exploded star. A color that wakes up all of my sense you brushed upon my lips, Painting in shades that the world envies to create. It just lingered there, absorbing into my skin coloring every word I say. Swirling in a mist, a color that orbits over me now.

Indigo
Furnace is dead, cogs have stopped turning. With all destroyed, my workshop is gone. Against me my own creations he has been using. With everyone killed and dead, I have been left alone. Master of the science of steel, So strong and with a gifted arm, With power so great even, still To evil I could do no harm. I can't fight it Can't beat it Defeat it Can't shield those I have loved with such pride Will the world have respite? I won't rest 'till I make the greatest blade: A sword with the power to tear the skies! The greatest that Man has ever made: One that will bring tears to the gods' eyes. I will steal the essence of the Sun! And with the power of a nova Will imbue it. When it will be done, Then the darkness will be over. I will weld it And mold it And hone it And hold it Hold it ever so tight A sword of burning light! But, still, even with such a lofty sword, How could I fight the evil that has crept Into our lives? No, I must find its true lord: The Hero that the sword will truly accept. I must not succumb to its call, its lure! This sword's destiny must not be tainted By any unworthy hand - to make sure That from evil the world will be mended. I won't steal it Will seal it Conceal it And only reveal it When the time will be right May the stars be my guides... After the longest of journeys, following gods' will, It has finally been revealed, finally been shown: The visage of the metallic daughter of Steel, The only that is worthy for this sword to own. Made by the man who ended all I have loved, With eyes grim, under slavery of the dark, With snideness, back to me my sword she had shoved: "Why shouldn't I melt its greatness for its parts?" Will you refuse it And diffuse it And discard it Disregard it Your duty to wield all of its might To undo the wrong that once was right? Take courage to your heart, fair soldier! And listen to me as I will say it thus: Stand firmly before a mirror and just stare her In the eyes, as those eyes do scream: "Liberate us!" Take the word of an inventor and a swordsmith: Leave the world of comfort where things are nice and fine. In your heart there'll be a fire forever lit, If you will only believe: "The power is mine!" You will fight it And beat it Defeat it Complete the Conquest of your greatest fright You will travail through the night!

the Nephelaen mediatrix sings fating an ambrosia synchrony of tones she volves her telic tepals ripe: areoles ensorcelled under alate nomes she heralds petrichoric quench with nova womb to subtend violet ray in stellar bloom, noema web: sensate fontanels in spite of dessication's wrench are concresced atmospheric balms of evanescent nervure, calyces displayed to sky-crossed home, unpillared and ovoid .

She dresses up in moonbeams For a feeling that she likes Wears stardust as her makeup Shines throughout the night Saturn's rings hold her hair in place As she shoots across the sky The galaxy has not been the same Since this solar breeze arrived She comes on like a comet A nova in disguise Shear brilliance leaves you baffled A wonder to the eyes The girl who dresses up in moonbeams Leaving trails across the night

The Girl Who Dresses Up (In Moonbeams)
It was a throwback party Of the Bossa Nova Staying up late until The dance was over. The Latin beat pounding, The music was everything It was so happy sounding. Bossa Nova was king. It is the cousin to samba And in Brazil it is the way To party with your amigos Partying the night away. Dancing like the music Lives inside your soul. Much livelier than cha cha Twice as hot as rock and roll. It was a throwback party Of the Bossa Nova Staying up late until The dance was over. Time to wear **** clothing Girls in dresses up so high Men in calças they can dance in Oba! How the hours fly. Music, sometimes words And a strong and ***** beat Drive away the daily worries And put the rhythm in the feet. It was a throwback party Of the Bossa Nova Staying up late until The dance was over. The Latin beat pounding, The music was everything It was so happy sounding. Bossa Nova was king.

"Epic of Soulmate"
Half of a stale croissant, A cupcake with no icing, Partially consumed slice of cold pizza, A special computer file, Called old and cold, Some files nothing more Than titles on a snowy screen. A smorgasbord of delicacies, A mason jar with a lidded hole To keep the prisoners alive but in, The insides of my refrigerator brain. Where the partial poem pastries reside. Some jots and dashes get microwaved, Served up instantly, hot n' piping, Read me read me now for I am Ready to be served. Ah, the others, miserable creatures in a Special Victims Unit, In a ward where the doctor has no more Release forms to sign, Dream on, awaiting a super nova, A comet tail, a torn screen window corner, To engineer an escape. Kitty, my kitty, Give me your tired, poor scraps of prose Yearning to be free, I have a place for them, where They will reside unhappy, but free, In good company, Waiting for the day they get to see the Statue of Liberty. Until that day, when, Your happy love poems yearning to be whole, Say, "now I have the ending," To let them breathe... Now I have the closure, That is the opening, I will guard them closely, As if they were fragments of mine own Blood, sweat and tears.
