By instinct, I deeply sense
the ocean moves of love,
in her heart and respond,
as if, by nature's prompt.
In each wave we combine,
as the force and water mass .

Though looked stunned
in his expression,
                       the dead man
                       was pleased
with all arrangements
perfectly done.
Only cause of worry
even then, was the
reason of death cited
in the papers: Pollution!
"Frivolous, isn't it?
Not even a solid reason,
for returning to the pavillion.
Inglorious, what else,
though this as a cause
is getting more and more popular
in these days of global warming"

a thought free of body floats around,
unheard by anyone.

"Stop!
stop immediately
who needs this mess?
clean up the mess at once,
stop the bus immediately
stop the last bus, and get in
don't miss the last bus by any chance"

shaving naked
in front of a mirror,
i try to figure out
the boy whose freedom demanded,
jumping from the high branch of a tree,
to the tumultuos river below,
naked as a jay bird;
and
hear the hum
of passing time,
like a river in spate
in search of the sea of  the tranquility.

In a preternatural stupor
a dream seduced me to believe
that out of sheer
cosmic boredom
infinity generates,
this ever expanding universe
all by itself, decided
to turn inside out.

Why not, I thought
a great time indeed for us,
at last, to see God play dice!

Stars and planets came unstuck,
dangling like ripe globular fruits
or fancy lamps,
hung from a ceiling, if you like
while sky, the blue outer skin,
that helped us to make some sense
of the whole business of universe
went completely missing,
from our eye shot.
Days and nights,
what a happy anarchy!
have no order with
lot of colors thrown in
between varying hours.

Paupur poet;
mendicant on our streets,
shaman of words and images;
**a million doller metaphor, kept buzzing in his head.
I used to see him everyday on the street, this poet as well as  panhandler, impeccably dressed, whose  searing poetic images  set fire to our hearts. Though recognized even  by the man on the street, as one of the great poets of Malayalam language in our times , he just didn't care for anything except his daily communion with muse and *****.Some times we saw him on the high street with his sweet heart, a *******.When he died right there on the side of the main road , evening sun vainly trying to resurrect  failing light of his eyes, the state machinery  rushed to give him an honorable funeral. What followed was an absurd drama nonpaeril. Finally when the minister of culture,  was free from all other obligations, and the police band ready  and guns for salute were brought, his still body was three days old frozen stiff in the morgue. Then a  media hue and cry followed. He was to receive a prestigious award in few days, it came to light. If this tragic events had  one positive effect  on me it was this : my writer's block of few years vanished, it ended with  my writing, 'Three poems on the death of a wanderer poet' See poems:    thebrowncritique.blogspot.in/2010_12_01_archive.html
In memory of poet.A.Ayyappan, who was indeed a missionary of poetry all through his life and even in death.

asked "Aren't you for ever?"
hers was a story of horror,

Gallivanter river, we'll reach there together,
at the confluence, the tranquil ocean iridescent
where every being is together, you, me and others,
transcending  limits, one incessant flow of consciousness.

Every time, such laughter ends in wiping  tear drops,
is it from thickly laden darkness, comedy non stop springs out?
Demons that relentlessly hunt and  hurt deep,  pushes one
to make jokes and compulsively laugh out loud, till tear glands dry up.
He was making all roll in laughter, they forgot even to wipe tears
and what do they see when they look up the stage asking for more?

Oh! the comedian had a deadly secret, that he hid from the world
he attempted to repair what went wrong, still the laughter was painful,

before the show was over Robin Williams pulled down the curtain himself.
Remember  all those extended hours of laugh riot with thanks
"Your mind is a terrible thing to waste" he said

A frizzy blue black shadow, there you hold,
curtaining off the door to the pleasure garden,
in my frenzied day dreams, it seems like  everglades
where your chiseled alabaster legs smugly join in.

It would take many shapes in my hazy dreams
when my ***** imagination, for you  is in an overdrive,
at times it's a soft  winged butterfly flitting around your *****
intermittently sitting on your thighs, inching slowly upwards,
how it takes my breath away! in each of it's tickling move.
Excited I ogle,  and just then it assumes the look of a face,
with such inviting succulent lips,  I fully lose my patience
at first the kiss is soft, a fervency takes over, then, I slip in to a trance
erotically charged and ecstatic,  I hear you moan, when I  explode!

Scattered, dilapidated
       ancient monuments,
       pieces of a puzzle,
       a mute challenge,
       to someone
       who plays a mysterious game,
       unfathomable to us,

A lone girl in hot pants
      stands perplexed,
on the incongruity of it all,
      in that vast complex,
a tourist, with an uncertain interest.

(A curious element,
      introduced, apparently by a child,
     playing a cosmic game,
     sitting somewhere in universe)

Light dims as sun goes down,
     and the scene sinks
     in to an unknown storehouse.

a jumble to sort out later,
by budding time, within an emerging star,
      in an unknown distant galaxy.

We watch silently,
      standing here, in Qutb complex,
      temporary witnesses to eternity's games.
       It looks so  deceptively simple,
       like an ordinary evening
       in Delhi.

A stroll amidst the monuments of  Delhi would  take you not only to past centuries, but also
reveal glimpses of eternity, if you can read the symbolism

Even  profit minded corporates, yell out,"Be socially conscious, conserve"
