Is love just songs
I can't ignore
to contemplate
what love was for

so many days
how many more
it's all a maze
what love was for

my mind escapes
to times before
insinuates
what love was for

I drifted vain
there was no shore
there's only pain
what love was for

I'll never know
adrift amour
it's only you I so
adore

Hi. A friend told me years
ago that this one was wrong.
That it should be what love
'is' for. I saw his point, but
'is' gives the idea of hope,
and the poem has no hope
for love again I think. So
wrong or not, love was.
You just don't have the want,
and I seem to be boring you.
I just can't understand,
why I can't stop adoring you.
I miss you
while you're still around.
I can't get anywhere
without hearing your sounds.
I want nothing else,
all other feelings
have ceased.
I won't let myself stop,
til I feel a release.
You are
the only thing,
I can love anymore.
Though
I should have listened,
What would have changed?
and what for?
I don't want anything,
or anyone else.
This way I feel for you,
is like nothing I've ever felt.
I would give up
all i have
and more.
Just to have you
for one moment,
I'd claw out my core.
I would do anything,
for the girl I adore.

if, while on the other side of the world,
you buy me a book
and post it to me
along with the words
'i read this and i thought of you
and i knew you had to read it too'

then what else is left for me to do
except
         to
           fall
               in
                 love
                       with
                              you.

Genius is forged by passion
It is this which never dies:
Transcendental elation.

So long as one creation
is moved to dance mesmerized,
genius is forged by passion.

Though stone hearts lack expression,
postmoderns aching to try
transcendental elation

Keeping "plebes" from their "mansions."
Speak this opaque truth as lies:
Genius is forged by passion.

The hive mind *******,
at shared expense they deny
transcendental elation.

Our yearning adoration
causes heaven's voice to cry,
Genius is forged by passion!
Transcendental elation.

So humble
and so demure.
Yet . . . . . . .
. . . . you still freak me the ****
out with everything you do.

You amaze me just so
you'll absorb me, I know.
Then we'll both become one.

I've been erased,
now (I'm) no-one.

Poetry by Kaydee.
By giving too much of yourself to
another you become a non-entity,
drifting without a name or an aim.

i feel my cheeks begin to flush again,
as she whispers sweet nothings to me,
feeling so adored and loved,
i can't help but smile,
and close my eyes for a while.
Sometimes you just need to be adored for a little while...

Adore! Adore! Adore...
A prayer for sacrifice never more...

Chimes the bells against the cathedral floor!
Adore! Adore! Adore...

The hardest part is letting you walk out the door
Back to your life
That I know hurts you
That I know exhausts you
That consumes you

I want to be there for you
To take away the hurt
I want you to be yourself again
To be happy
To be free
To say and do what makes you content
Without regret

I adore touching you
Kissing you
Loving you
The taste of your lips on mine
The touch of your tongue on mine
Every caress carves with such intensity
Sometimes too unbearable
Because I want this so much
With you
Your touches
Your closeness
Your warmth
Makes me whole again

I will wait for you
My door remains open
I will let you in
