I am hopeful but I am not in my own reality,
What is real? Are you? Am I? Is life?
Will anybody ever know?
That's why I love the ocean,
The only place I feel safe.

Its nothing and everything,
It's an energy constantly moving,
It's a vast abyss but a calling,
I feel though I belong there,
I hear it calling my name.

I am nothing but to some or something I am everything,
To some I exist and to others i do not,
I am part of the universe that is required, I am its energy,
Yet I still don't know who I am.

how do you know
how can you tell
is it something you want
can you tell by the smell
are you willing to take on
a mission this vast
you have to be ready
you have to be fast
what is it really
why is it there
we really don't know
and really don't care
these words are just jibberish
and don't mean a thing
they're there for a reason
and that is word bling....

Well I though a little word bling would brighten everyone’s day...

The body of knowledge is vast,
Just like our spirits,
But the closeness of our hearts,
Is more significant,
Than any sea of thought.
Something I found in my notes for psychology class, written down a long time ago, I really hope that I didn't just plagiarize here .

Yellow and lime
Distinct in rhyme
Have raised their heads before their time
Wordsworth's words sought in kind

Intent rearranged as the gaze has changed with age
Do Daffodils cheer me up?
Not so vast in a public park

For experience raises expectations
or am I the holder of a colder heart
further inline set to depart

A voice stored inside reminds
with a twinkle in his eye that
'Variety is the spice of life'

i
have
longed
to drown
in the vastness
that the world has to
offer; i am waiting patiently, for
the moon to call me, for it to reach for my
hand and pull me towards the sky that i have
longed to touch; i am swimming in the waves of
forgotten promises, of memories that have collected
dust, of unexamined dreams in the heads of children;
oh, if only you knew how much i have longed to press
my palms against the softness of the clouds above
me; for i am just a drop of water in the vast
sea, a speck of dust in the great, big sky,
and i have much to venture.
my first shape poem!

The eyes of God must look down in ecstasy
When He sees all He's made.
In the reaches beyond comprehension
His astral fingers stretch
Into the emptiness of wonders once born
And colossi long since dead
As the glowing limbs of seraphim
Stretch across the stars
Bringing light and wonder new to places oh so far.

Every morning I put words together
The words are supposed to have meaning
The meanings are to be felt by you
The feelings of the words should be personal to you
Each of you looks at the words from a different view
The view is vast and endless
And so it goes on....
The endless and vast world of words

What do you feel?

there's this old crow,

comes around most mornings to perch in
the momma pine who
sowed her chil'ren
down *****.

The crow seems to speak through a bluetooth
of nature

he caws asif conversing, re-plying layers
of nuance on my mileau.

Listen, I say to him,
I want you to be my friend.

He sits, quiet.
Not disturbing my peace.

I take that for a yes.
Peace, be still

This pain in my chest is frightening.
The strain of arrest tightening.
I can feel deep down inside of me .
Openly discovering .
Natural habits I couldn't see .
What does it take to believe?
In the light ,
Before the darkness is only perceived.
Clouds of hate with rains that come with a fee.
Every day the spitting image of blasphemy.
It's likely ,
I've gaven every part of me .
Nothing left but a empty blue sea .
Not a boat in sight to save me .
I try so hard to stay afloat of all my dreams.
But soon to be dragged down to the depths
Underneath what is known as our society.

floating...
white noise...
coldness...
so bright...

numbness...
closed eyes...
speechless...
too much...

white clouds...
vast skies...
bound here...
can't fly...

smiling...
hurting...
frozen...
lying...

moving..
stillness...
turning...
falling...

so weak...
so sick...
so meek...
so wrong...

"be busy"...
"be something"...
I get it...
I'm nothing...

nowhere to go...
running away...
I wish for...
a gentle place...

dreamless...
wretched...
childish...
end this...

"move on"...
"can't die"...
who decided that...

breathing,
drowning;

loving,
killing;

crying,
living;

crowded,
lonely;

what's the difference
