i've had a lifetime debacle
yet you came, my miracle
i thank heavens for the serendipity
let me show you our little infinity.
Bee Feb 2018
I would re-name the planets after galaxies in your eyes.
The stars finally know what it feels like to burn with envy.
There are constellations tracing the soft skin of your back.
Following dips and curves, I would draw maps with *******
of everything that matters.

Freshman science taught us about untouched miracles;
and just like that-
the ultraviolet cosmic phenomenon
fixed us to spiral arms in far-away planetary
nebulas, like the ringed Cat’s Eye.

The milky skies whispered
so that only we could hear,
"Heaven's dust will fall"
You feared last night you could hear the earth
cracking under the weight of the universe,

paralyzed with a crippling guilt
you'll only see the stars after they've died.
Neighboring nova would spectate
our telescopic wavelengths-
needing the prisms to reflect on

our kaleidoscope refractions.
No matter the efforts of a tangible spectrum,
one could never quite touch our frequency.
Between lazy and lively,
our whitecap love remained visibly invisible.

Our infrared vessel to space, raced clusters of runaway stars
past post-distant intergalactic bodies,
shooting through beasts, astrologies, gods.
We window shopped stellar bursts of dust clouds
above our clouds, a gravity shelter.

Meteors became our faithful companions
glowing gassy flowers of dusty debris.
The pressure (we couldn’t touch) generates combustion;
atoms gazing psychedelic pinks, greens,
soothing tones of aquamarines.

Ever since then you've been the glittering
black hole, heaving me in.
The only thing I’m able to taste is
the way your luminous Milky Way kiss
gives gifts of halos to terrestrial light rays.

But the flavor of your lips are the
battalions inspiring the star shining front lines-
Integrity a marathon taking laps
to the moon
to Pluto and back, the long way.

Blizzards of stars rewrite our language
in the moon beams,
guiding us past lost letters to Pluto.
How do you sleep among dancing stars
while the rest of the universe watches?

I made my home in your eyes
and you made your home in the sky.

...the stardust sprinkled into my eyes
left my eyes stranded with hope
my skin still feels the stagnant lack
I need a miracle

the piggy bank of love springs I had was stolen
I called her a best friend,
she cut a piece of my heart and served me a meal
I need a miracle

the clouds look dark, spitting more hope
it leaves me expecting,
do dreams come true?

the stardust sprinkled into my eyes
left my eyes stranded with hope
the desert doesn't rain
I need a miracle

I used to think
you were a miracle.
Now I know.
Sometimes,
even a curse
can disguise itself.
"people come into your life either as a blessing or a lesson."

There is a lot

I have to ask for.

A lot I have to pray.

Knowing love is not enough

To live a life.

I’d rather ask for respect.

I’d rather ask for understanding.

I’d rather have a heart that adores me.

I’d rather have a heart that feels my pain.

I’d rather ask for friendship.

I’d rather beg for care.

Love is meant to be all this.

But somehow it isn’t.

Tonight I won’t ask for all

That I have lost to love.

Tonight I won’t ask

For a change of heart, a miracle.

For tonight, sleep will be enough.

Is that too much to ask?

Miracles never happen
Wishes don't come true
Promises get broken
But I am still wading through

Words of comfort
Rain in my ears
Laughter behind my back
I've been bearing for years

I look at myself
And question my reflection
What's wrong with my existence?
Why is there a mark on my action?

Helping others is not a crime
Making a sad face smile
After a long day
Like putting a little effort awhile

Believe in yourself
So the best will shine from you
Have hope and faith
Love will someday find you...

Spilling thoughts.
Blessed week.

Penetrated depths expanding
Like sun rays opening across the horizon
I wave to say hello
To infinity in form

The Light of your smile
Surpasses any idea
the mind could conjure up
Of who you may be

Your eyes laugh with wonder
And open me wide
With a hidden breath alone
You inspire

The essence of Life
The Heart-Rays of Pure Innocence
Echo in the limitless sky
Ever opening into you

Be free
Love, as you are
I want to See you
Love beyond form

"The Body Eclectic"

Sons and daughters of the cosmos we stand
       touched together light vibrations
       adherent
Space emanating consciousness
       consciousness emitting space
       one cause
       without contradiction
Effect arises and becomes
       co-creator shaper
       and shaped
       roiling to laws
       self born
Gravity not other separate but
one side view of me      you
       rock      the heavens
       coiling together emptiness
       to forms transient
       moving no stopping
       of the process flow exists
       wonderment continual
Words but crippled leprous fingers
pointing tool only don't get lost
       seeing the path as
       God Journeys End Reality
Metaphors i write crafting melody
       perhaps some may hear
this effort for my own progress
       to i don't know where
       a here now out
       of the mirror
In the beginning naught
       but the naught void
       not even rays
       clear light
       no need
       all is all in all
What is past present comprehension
       happens none the less
       human views unneeded
       for genesis gnosis
       that which is began
       begins
       omniscience fading fast
       under wavelets minuscule
       almost not
Bump bump cling bump bump cling
       physics births itself
       space time sentience
       primordial wisdom
one step down up sideways in
       ten directions expanding growth
       nothing happening
       out of the ordinary
Miracle a name for beauty
       not comprehended
       i you we fish elephants
       star
One by one no such thing
       separate a myth
       invented
Oscillations stream genes
       now are
       before weren't
       again will not be
Particles particles
       ever new particles
       fabricate particles
       waves
Us the body eclectic
Despite all we've been through
You still believe the lies
The figmented truth they sell us
In neatly folded towels
Ironed sheets and fresh linen
Tempting us with home
A seemingly harmless word
Dragging us under
Sinking us deep
Those words held memories
Drilled into our bones
Buried in the recesses of hearts
While we wander the streets
Clutching to our rags
Nursing broken dreams
Scampering like mice in the night
Tugging at loose ends
On the pieces of frayed cloth
For the unspoken promises
The light at the end of the tunnel
The reward from the journey
You didn't believe me
When I said survival is for the fittest
But you have seen for yourself
There are no such things as miracles
