Why should I live this coming moment now?
What difference would my presence make??
Will this world be gifted anything by me???

There might be a big alibis to my situation.
They will all have their conniving reasons..
Those are just manifestations interrelated...

Desperately
Wishing only to feel I will seek
For the sake of being able to keep
My feelings alive and at peace
Like an undisturbed meadow I sleep

In the presence of shimmering lights
That have risen from flowers to be
Tiny torches which light up the night so that my eyes could see

Be it only the shadowing trees
Or the neighboring meadows at ease
My eyelids will wither and seep
To the base of my hollowing cheeks

In my ears are the rustling leaves
Singing softly of lingering peace
So like the last autumn breeze
Would you blow through my life
Bring me peace

Wake me up to the sound of the trees
Hear the hum of your heart as it beats
In a pattern known only to me
In my mind you were always with me

Standing by hoping that we could be
In the moonlight in which we could see
The bright stars in the sky and the fires of the far galaxies

Dry your eyes on the willows which weep
Hear my voice in the summery breeze
For it’s here you will find every remnant of me
Every word which I wrote on the leaves

And perhaps in due time you will see
Tiny torches afire like me
How they fade and ignite every night
Though my light never burned aimlessly
This (in my humble opinion) is probably my first truly noteworthy verse. I wrote the first seventeen lines on a whim last July, but only recently added onto it and finished the verse. Initially, I was so struck by the flow of this vision, that I was almost hesitant to continue writing it. But after a bit of labor, here it is. All thirty-two lines all nice and neat, and a video overlay to match. Please enjoy, like, comment, repost, and/or just do your thing:

they dance around the issue at hand
like two sparrows around a breadcrumb
and unaware of the cracks in their tiny hearts
they shed their fragile feathers, one by one
until neither of them can fly away

and then the fleeting hours
go through the pains
and the tiny bits of happiness
on repeat

i'm glad they don't just leave

Someone knocked on my door the other day
A woman I didn’t recognize
Long limps, tiny frame
Her eyes pierced right through me and it hurt
Her fingers were ice-cold when she touched me
Pushing me away to enter the room
She examined the kitchen, the sink, the fridge
And I could only wonder what she was looking for
For a second I thought that she might be hungry
But her lips were pressed so tightly together
That I forgot about it immediately
When she looked into the mirror she saw me standing right behind her
And in a state of both frustration and excitement
I kicked against the glass with my foot
And it was not the glass,
But the woman,
That broke.

tiny as a seed,
but there's a life inside of me.

such a tiny town
with slim ***** streets
children playing in the rain
their clothes ragged
but their smiles pristine
old men with their toothless grins
telling stories from the past
old women sweeping with straw brooms
yelling at the neighbors dogs
babies cries heard
through an open window
and the smell of fresh bread in the air
I love this tiny town

a bug flew into my windshield yesterday
and i wanted to scream
because it resembled you

but i see you everywhere
in the flowers in the trees in the breeze
in my dreams

all the tiny insects look like you
All scattered around
Some lined up
Some thrown around
Sandals and tennis shoes
Flats and flip-flops
Big shoes and tiny shoes
Showing the busy life
Of  family
Coming and going

You hold the earth suspended
A sphere so small
It sinks
into a whirl of stars
which shrinks
in company of untouched swirls
to disappear
amid a tractless sea of galaxy
For who can mark it's edges?
Or conjure up an image?

This all flowed out from Ancient mouth
who lives like New each day
He told the sun it's striking place
the moon it's place to stay
And on and on, the suns do spin
the moons bathe dust in light
With fire in the morning
and milk the food of night
He asks them all to sing again
to dance with all their might
til they have shaken my own house
and fulfilled the earth's delight
