This is who you are. Beautiful— No. You are not. You are Ugly. To be specific You are a girl full of insecurities. You are a girl full of envy in veins— Yes. You are. Are you Self worth? Are you Confident? You are not. Are you the girl who always compare herself to others? Are you the girl who cannot standout? Are you the girl who cannot make her own light? Yes you are. Are you loved? No. You are not wanted.

This is who you are (A reverse poetry)
I dreamed a dream, A beautiful dream That was a dream of love, of passions coming straight from the core (of my heart) Of emotions, that would never go sour That was a dream of care, of devotion and prayer Of feelings which will make the eyes full of tear. A dream of courage, of getting rid of the saggy evil wreckage (of my mind) Without becoming my inner demons hostage A dream of gratitude, coming out of the shell of solitude A dream where begins the end of solitary confinement, The journey of all new excitement A dream of endless emotions The eternity of its mystification A dream where you speak your heart out Even when you are in crowd, you just standout Once the eyes opened, The whole thing shattered with a scream And that was the end of my beautiful dream

I think I had an epiphany last night I tried to sum up how I felt but it didn't sound right Descriptions come easy to me When I have no attachments I'm good at building up emotions If I'm supplied with the fragments From an outside source If the path is paved I'm willing to take the course How can I make my claim to fame When I can't standout Without becoming the same I need everyone else to convince me I'm sane As I confess my inner motives They become lost in vain

STANDOUT......
i blend into crowds there's nothing overly standout-y about me i'm not that ugly i'm not that pretty i'm average height brown eyes, hair, white skin crossing the border a little on width i don't call much attention to myself but even when i do i do some strange things because no one looks at me and if they do, i'm oblivious because i'm not looking at them i'm average but you saw something amazing in me and somehow you fell for me as i feel for you we stand out together now

By Jennifersoter Ezewi I found a place: Where plagiarism fears its license. A place where works attracts its audience. It is a place of publicity: Where reviews encourage its own. The assemblage of legends. It is a place of refuge: Where works standout. A place of honour: Where applause exchange glances. It is the latest place: A very safe place Wherein we say 'hello!'

Violet violence, of all the purple eyes you gave. So absolute of who you truly are, as compared to common looks. As in your youth, you grew up tough, fighting yourself and the many around. The standout in the crowd, the down under of always being upside down. You're sweet to some, of really the lucky few, and the many boys trying to pick your heart, Some of which their sweet nothings never came through. Making you roll your eyes, as there's this awkwardness in the room. Your subconscious knows of someone better. You won't find it now, but it doesn't mean you'll wait for love forever. It seems so hard to smile, with all the cracks under your skin. You're an open book, but not one to let everybody in. Your family that uses your character in vein; as all of their actions seems to crawl under your skin. Friends that somehow disappoint you constantly; watch how you'll be taking that blame. How things go wrong, and they're quick to call your name. Oh how the quiet violence, is a shade of purple. That goes nowhere, but just in a continuous circle. Going over your head, as the constant jump over that hurdle. The prettiest of the bunch, they all take a bite out of you, and save you later for lunch. The money you earn, goes to burn. The successes you own, isn't yours alone. You just wait your turn, for someone else to get what you deserved. It all works on your nerves. _It's all your fault for being so down to Earth._

Why do people keep the lid so tight. Never loosening up their life. Always trying to impress. Always trying to standout. Never looking at the simple things in life. Never clearing their thought just thinking of the next move. People need to stop sometimes and smell the roses, liturally speaking, just relax. Life is to short to sweat the small things. The big things deal with them as you must. But by all means, be your own person and dream. When you dream dreams big and you should never fail.

life's challenges
*they come too easy, they come too cheap, each sparkle on my city's sidewalks, each glistening preserved, retrieved, lifted to my ***** wallet tucked~away, treasure for safekeeping, slow pleasured contemplation could not fail to find them, for all standout in four dimensionality, some are long, some are deep, some are wide, yet all possess speaking souls, to leave unattended, unheard, an act of criminality years needed for the making, moments only for the transcribing, each a black ruby, or a street sand pearl, none more valuable than another, each unique, each precious, differently some escape, shed their earthbound chains, float atmospherically for keen eyes to grasp, need a single finger to twirl, instill within, they come too easy, come too cheap, yet each poem written, more costly than the next*

TS Eliot said, “Paris is a strong stimulant.” It is - but it has nothing on Manhattan. If Paris is a Café Crème espresso at a café-en-terrasse under the stars. Manhattan is a ‘Black Tie Bawls’ cocktail at The Crown bar (the skyline!). We were going to relax - in Manhattan, instead, keep those seat belts fastened. Lisa said, one night, “Want to go out for a bit?” Since then, I’ll admit, our nights have been lit.  We have ten days, and we’ve decided to try every Michelin-starred restaurant we can (there are 68 in NYC). So far, we’ve been to Eleven Madison Park, Le Bernardin and Per Se. This was Lisa’s idea. The food is delicious - if you like a corn-flake with something on it or a steak the size of a bouillon cube ($250 per person with cocktails and dessert). As we left ‘Per Se’ I asked, “Can we get something to eat now? I’m starved.” I was only ½ kidding. It’s MY idea to visit every beautix rooftop bar in Manhattan (there are exactly10). So far, we’ve been to, ‘The Peninsula,’ ‘230-Fith’’ and ‘NoMad’ - we’ve only been at these tasks for three nights. We’re doing other things too. We’re going to Broadway shows (& Juliet, the Great Gatsby, Oh Mary!, Wicked) and to see Idina Menzel (Wicked, Frozen) in concert and a John Oliver and Seth Meyers comedy show next Monday. We do these, as in - Dinner, show, rooftop bar. OH, and we’re dancin’ like we’re sentient - no cap. Our sordid troup, is Lisa and Dave (her boo), Charles & Ms Charles, Lisa’s folks (Karen and Michael) and Lisa’s little sister Leeza and Meeeee. Luckily, we have one of my Grandmère’s conglomerate, executive secretarial minions (François) booking reservations for us. He’s got ‘contacts.’ Yeah, we’re drivin’ full speed towards summer’s end - “fo-shizzle” (to quote Snoop Dogg). We figure we can rest, a few days, in New Haven. Wasn’t Snoop fire at the Olympics? . . dance club songs, for this one: One Kiss by Calvin Harris & Dua Lipa Lipstick by Kungs Espresso by Sabrina Carpenter [E] Levitating by Dua Lipa . . slang… café-en-terrasse = terrace cafe Black Tie Bawls = (cocktail) Blavod black ***** lemon, and Bawls energy drink. beautix = top drawer, rizz No cap = no lie fo-shizzle = for sure fire = great, a standout [E] = explicit

Covered man, By the pool, Screaming at, His favorite rock. Says his rock, Is not all talk, But when it comes down to it, It still can't walk. Screams his rock is a fool, Believing it is something it isn't. A super powered demon rocker ladies man, Please just shut up. You aren't the pretty pictures, Hanging on your wall. A small grain of sand on the shore, That is all you are. Can't you see the problem? Don't you know your wrong? How are you content with being one of those blades of grass, On their lawns? A grain of sand for their castle. A tear drop in their moat. A penny in the sea of million dollars, A person who doesn't want to standout. Don't be someone who you aren't already, I promise you someone out there will shower you with confetti, Because of who you are.

Both the brave and cowardly are fearful, but only the brave exhibit a courageous act Both the man of faith and dispair go through a test run, but solely the man of faith prevails Petrified with what might come around deep in your darkest hour, vulnerable, as emotions erupt in a rush and danger crawls fiercely closer. the sweat, anger and all the panic engulfs your senses, but still, the world carries on. When the broken and sinking heart rises above it's bottomless troubles, pain and joy, gain and loss follows in mixed manifestations, courage will standout and peace rise against doubt and uncertainty, Strength will share the pain of your loved ones, but only courage will make you feel your own. In solitary, fear will always show it's face, do not shiver, stand your guard, do not surrender, endure the pressure for it is in solitary that the strong will make a cut in this heartless world. Better is a single act of daring mighty things and fail, than to fail before you try and live amongst those who neither enjoy nor suffer much, those who live in between defeat and victory.

Courage over fear
Gimme a break from the long day at work. A piece of mind that doesn't fly by soon as it starts. Not of discrimination but of a demanding boss. Time but a snap of a bar. Gimme a break from negative interpretation. In terms of being under appreciated. A smile that encourages the rest of the day to come that much faster. The commercial before we continue our regular scheduled programming. Gimme a break before our stature completely seperates. If only for a moment. To savor a taste stumbled upon in bulk. Complex in the pieces we give of ourselves. Chocolate covered us wrapped in orange. Fully appreciated in standout appearance. The smile brought to my mouth.

Standout /ˈstandaʊt/
This would be poetic I'm sure if I actually meant something Sometimes even I don't know What this is about Or maybe I do know I write and write The first two lines And go no farther A secret smile in the dark The patterns in my eyes standout to you No. That's not right It's midnight How cliché A dreamer closes her eyes...... Let me guess, for the last time? War torn valleys color red With hate and disgust A blood haze in the eyes Of everything living Your fight against me? Only light was distant like the stars The stars cowered behind the form of The dark masses of clouds Just like the light in you Hides from the black in your soul How original This is hopeless No, it's not Why? Because you're still writing Aren't you suppose to be my writer's block I am Oh never mind Why can't I put these ideas into words? You have many questions I'll answer one Because you're ideas are not fully formed
