i am a lock

and i have spent so long
pretending
the key
wasn't in my hands

that i
can't find it anymore.

THE KEY
There are many keys to a door
Without the keys
you can't secure-keep
Or open to great possibilities
You're yet to reach
Do your best in the present
To get the key of the future

Education is Key
to the door of a great future
The basic necessity that bridges the gap between the poor and rich
I may not be rich today
But with this key
I will be rich someday
invest wisely in education
Don't let this precious gift
Be a deprivation
For with it we'd be
Key-Leaders of the future
Education- my pride:
is the KEY

u could see the brokenness in me.
u could see the darkness behind this mask.
u could see that i tried, yet i fail then lying on the ground, given up.
u could see i was overwhelmed.
u could see i was trying to fight against the war in my head.

the pain,
the suffering,
i am hurt.
u could see that.
u wanted me to trust u,
u wanted me to open up to u,
u said u could help.

when i gave u the keys to this locked door,
u ran up to me,
u held me up when i fell.
u shooed away what was there crowding and surrounding me.
u held up the sword and told me to stand behind u, u wanted to help me fight.
but we fought together,
and it was almost over.

now i’m picking up shattered glass.
one pricked your hand, u bled,
but u continued.

i hoped u didn’t see the glass bead tears under those light.
the light that u brought into this darkness.
i’m really thankful that u helped me,
if only it wasn’t over so soon.
could u stay with me?
i want u to, please?
i... i—,, 92&/@/&/&
i— love you.

I stumbled on a rusted key
pushed by curiosity
I tried it,
fiercely breaking
locks
with
no luck
of unlock

one day,
I

my
neck
and       felt
my             chest
open up
Move your head further, the key is in front of you.

If I focus hard enough can I truly disappear?
Just so my intentions are clear
It’s not that I don’t want to be here
But why be in one place when I can be everywhere?

As wealth is better off spread through the masses
So is a soul when the human form passes

Perhaps there’s a way as the body still lives
To set the soul free like the grudge that forgives

Just as love and hate come from the same place
To every life given, a death will give chase

Sow your love’s seeds as far as you can
With a smile on the street or a shake of a hand

If you keep it inside you’ll never be free
Only through love can I become We

There were rainbow colors in the skies
=
She had clouds in her eyes
=
She saw things with colors no ones ever seen before
=
She had keys to every door.
=
All of them except for his heart
=
And it slowly tore her apart
=
It tore her to pieces
=
And now she is dreamless
=
And all of her colors are gone
old poem. it's... not very personal. but i liked it enough to post it. hope you do too. <3

Key
Sitting here
Staring to the world around me
Listening to something I want to hear
Waiting for you to come
Looking for the key
To open me

Who killed Hate?

She has been with me all my life, but now I cannot find her.
She dwells in my heart, but now she is gone.
She helps me with my actions, but now I work alone.

Hate has never left me before.
Hate has always been there my whole life.
Hate is a part of who I am.

I see Hate in my conversations.
I see Hate in my actions.
I see Hate in my mirror.

She likes to tell me that I should not talk to someone.
She likes to tell me that I will fail at what I am about to try.
She likes to tell me that I will never meet certain expectations.

Where are you Hate?

Have I left you?

I think she is still there,
but I have found such love in him
that I have forgotten what
Hating myself feels like.

Hate, I have moved on.
I have found the key to the ******* you have kept me in.

B.K.
