"rna" poems
The engineers they tweak the DNA, fostering changes to the RNA, the plants becoming something else, immunevolution modify man’s health. And never will they accept the blame, for their arrogance and dangerous game; and when the food cannot be eaten? History recall of the viral cretins.

G.M.O.
as RNA polymerase quietly unzips your DNA and moves along the length of your genes and a bit of RNA emerges and moves through the cytoplasm, after the snRNPs do their work, of course and your ribosomes attach and tRNA does its noble job fixing to its anti-codons linking the peptide chains of the building blocks of life as all this happens I close my eyes and kiss you gently on the cheek and you smile a little

Skinny Genes
ADP and ATP, DNA calamity. RNA provides ridicule and cruelty. Death note delivery. Blood laughs and screams as it pours from slit veins. It doesn't care about the souls its owner has stained! What have you feigned? What selflessness remains? None to be sure as parasitic reality you frame. What are we then? Surely not worth baiting. An existential lion's den. But does it matter if we're waiting? The most important question is "When?" We exist to cause our problems, to eliminate the heretic race. It's a race that know one wins when, They always have their problems to chase. So enlighten us with, Your sacred soul's bliss, Or grow up from this tantrum of toil and **** Science of religion, An oxymoron to say the least. It is one thing to take the message. Another to let your mind waste. Savor what you have to the nucleus of your soul. Know what makes you righteous. Know it well and full. Know what you live life for. We're abiotic to assume that we "know" things we won't search for.

Abiotic
RNA or DNA polymerase, an enzyme, protein, attracted to promoter molecules in the polypeptide chain causing a zipper motion and transcription of the code, a duplication of codons, introns and exons, and so it goes, sharing and unsharing electrons. These attractions and repulsions, coming near and going far in nanounits or light years, fail to explain things permanently but make possible the technology to live long and well, with       personality. It is a form of governance, the governance of elements, elements are       now apparently our gods. Learn all you can about their laws, their names, their needs, read their poems. Only the mentally unusually sound       would, given this knowledge, agree to the process of mitosis and fertilization.       However, organisms go round then senseless via involuntary respiration.       Therefore, Pilot Oh Pilot Me.

Oh Pilot Me
Inside of my body Amidst death and poison a virus lurks in every puddle, pumping blood that flushes my tired heart like the river Styx Amidst this battlezone that is my failing being lies a secret, sleeping The cells swim by They are rarer now like precious gems the factories of my fighting body produced like diamonds born amidst feverish forges within a toxic mine The gems, they call them T-cells, are now suicide bombers converted daily by the whisper of necromancy They call this hex *** a war against your own treasures Yet my T-cells are more, runes blazing mystic and glowing, antigen sorcery that wards against failing Amidst the 300,000 +sleeper cells that abandoned my cause Insurgence bulges with nightmare The cells clamour growing with the whispers of past victims now roped into the mystic chains, the wizards call it RNA, that bind us An ironic family of ghosts who live in each other "junk DNA" My body is no junk; instead a treasure - what do they say one man's trash? My body an amalgamation 30 years magic growing twisted like thorny vines that must consume their helpless host My T-cells inception Worlds within me the "JUNK" of lovers past becomes entangled in archives carved in my bones. Amidst recipes of a poison I cannot trace, I am ironically linked into a family of ancestors whose cries beat in my still working heart The drum of the long fallen crying for justice ...My blood Our blood. chains enmeshing ....ghosts I will never know Now parts of me that lie sleeping in Trojan horses, all my own.

RNA - Fragment
Whoa! I lost it! Did you see where it went? Is it on the table, maybe in the tent? It's not like it's RNA Or simple stomach acid It's not easily subdued, by using an antacid Dropping cells everyday In every way and place Depositing myself, in the human race Fear not that you may be collected And your DNA then filed Used for experiments, unsanctioned and so vile

haiku RNA
What is it about becoming ageless that is so appealing? Being honest and loud and true too. But bravery tops them all. Mostly 'cause I think it's lost. At least when you tally up the masses of humans beings on the globe, I would put money on the fact that courage is a rarity. So old and forgotten that it's been pawned off at the corner. So who doesn’t want to be remembered for that? Courage comes in countless forms. How hard could courage be? I think the courage to be honest and to be loud and to be true, is the ultimate direction, the greatest end goal. Then you will be remembered. Follow your dreams. Don’t just dream. Open doors. Don’t avoid them. Try thinking every once and a while about what exactly your doing at this very moment. I mean with your life. Are you good? Or are you bad? You know the difference. Are you living up to the potential of what being human truly is? The answer is most obviously no. Maybe you don’t believe me, but walking on the concrete pathways to everywhere, I feel a little displaced.   Disgraced and put off. I'm not here to make you feel bad, but someone told be that we should have our ears upon the soil. He told me that we should be a little more careful. "It's not your fault its mine", he said to me. So, that got me to thinking. What if we could change the future, the mold that makes us up? The DNA and RNA and every single atom. "We are comfy, leave us alone." Wait. Did I just hear you say something? Ahh, never mind my ranting. I knew you were never listening. Just be courageous for gods sake.

Resuspension Centrifuge & resuspend the oligos, The precursor to your macromolecule, Follow it by concentration & dilution. To avoid resuspension difficulties, Heat the oligos to 55º C, and, Vortex in between thoroughly. Storage Optimal conditions, For standard DNA oligonucleotides, They be followed closely. Store them at –20º C for long, At 5º C while performing procedures. Also, store them with fluorophores, For better visualization later. For standard RNA oligonucleotides, The conditions be more stringent.

After Oligos Arrive
In Xanadu did Whatsoever a stately pleasure planet decree Where Amazon, the sacred River run through Forests, measureless to Man. And here were trees tall as the sky and leopards, snakes and birds of the brightest colours. But oh! Mankind began to burn the trees, drill dramatic chasms, build walls and towers Melt the polar ice and turn the oceans into lifeless seas. So in this tumult, once, a sixty nano metre string of RNA came, invading thousands and thousands of humans and prophesying the end of our kind. A vision in a dream then I had: a simple utopia of rare device. Could we revive our lost ties with Nature we would heal our world and soul And so with voice loud and long, with flashing eyes and floating hair, I say: Hey you out there. Beware, beware!

XANADU
My ego tried to impress me But the fact is, I’m losing ground When I wrestled with my Demons God is nowhere to be found My RNA is failing In a  blemished tarnished blur My eyes are getting tired and I’m searching for my words My dreams are but exhausted I’ve lived and lied and loved I took the devil by his horns I never did give up! What sound did I make What word did I leave out If I’ve said my all Where is my curtain call Now My dressing room is bear The end was somewhere in there.

The Poetic Ending
Dear God I thank you for every single precious breath And when you'll place us in paradise    We shall thank you then for death. People round the world gasping for breath, breathless, short of breath, some unable to catch their breath,        some breathing their last, some on artificial costly breathalysers . How many times do we thank God for the countless free breaths we breathe our entire life?? Oxygen o2 more valuable and scarce than diamonds nowadays.          Respiration, the main need of all life Those who eventually recover from covid and find their breath again              can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Yet heavenly sights in paradise  will be sure   to take our breath away anyway.            Life or afterlife       Here and hereafter    Life's a gift from God Now and thereafter Why end it here and now Why not extend fun and laughter? When my DNA and RNA expires with me   May God Resurrect and revive it in me I live and die for an extension of life in afterlife    God grant me that part eternity To search for the meaning and purpose of life    is to search and find the Creator of all life       i know there's out there somewhere      in Allah's universe, a heavenly portal       that will lead me to eternal bliss             designed by Allah the immortal. Imagine a perfect heavenly life with no fear , death or problems That's a life to die for, when Allah transports us to those realms.     An abode with no sickness or illness Only peace and total eternal happiness No viruses but rather real flying horses like real Pegasuses    We could get to ride and fly the universe    with angelic wings without planes or buses But you have to work to earn and deserve that heavenly paradise         Just follow God's latest holy book, so perfect and so wise.

Existence of human life is derived from living microbes, Living microbes created from carbon, hydrogen oxygen and other elements from earth’s matter, Cell development three billion years ago has led to creation and subsistence of plants and animals, Living ecosystem and animals developed from monkeys to apes, Evolution of apes to human’s transition has been the most controversial phenomena, Making brains think of black hole and big bang theories, Bringing Theory of coexistence and Theory of Evolution in place, Finding substantial evidence is key to understanding the formation of life, Where 7 theories on origin of life was initiated, Biogenesis and abiogenesis became the cult of living hypothesis, Where DNA and RNA has given the living forms to read the genetic blueprint, Searching for the new theories of existence and evolution, Developing new atmosphere in the universe across earth, ocean and sky, Where each process is dependent on natural existence, Life is moving with the physicochemistry of biological survival. METABOLIC LOVE Behold the strength in your weakness Which is capable of giving vigour to my membrane Chlorophyll in chloroplast makes the green plant blossom You make the smile on my face radiant Come, let's mix the right nucleotide sequence of our desired RNA And build the sequence of our desired protein So that the expression of our gene Will be the desire of friends and relatives Amidst thousands, you're the only one I chose Your hotness could denature enzymes There exist a thousand of competitive inhibitor But by the words of my mouth; None would fit to my active site I want to fly on your wings to the horizon Regardless of the barbaric thought of men For I know; All unwanted functional unit of life Will die by apoptosis. -'Bintan Ola [email protected]

Lately I've been thinking of dipping myself in paint and throwing myself on a canvas Every epithelial particle leaving its own mark But I cannot place my every cell in colors for most lie underneath my skin and in the dark Lately I've been thinking of writing out all the words I know the ones better than "thing" shocking sentiment in shaking sentences But I cannot write forever to encompass my whole being No splash of colors can express me . . . No never ending line of diction could . . . Make Me Known Was there ever an instant in time When I wasn't in your mind? Every piece of DNA and RNA In full breath and 3D meaning Along with every word I speak? Did you think of me at the parting of the Red Sea? When everyone thinks You would have been preoccupied Am I in Your every moment My blue and purple hues stretching further than a canvas of the sky? if there are moments for You El Roi! The God Who Sees Me I am ever in Your sights You smile with each sigh

Share the experience of viruses. Micro packages of environmental information. !!! The biome is your savior, not your enemy! I know you’re programmed to believe viruses are our enemies, but that is absolutely a backwards anti nature condition. As a matter of fact!! We are alive because of viruses……..

THE DNA OF LOVE
In the shade of Capitalist reality We are shackled in Societal tendencies. Seen as a whole Individuality is drowned in auditory Hallucinations Procreating sensation In riddle. Whatever happens on Earth                                                   Stays on Earth Past living tracks                                 With ideas                                                    Indefinitely                                 Dispersed Past evolution of RNA transcribed to DNA double entendre, We maintain A recreational frame             that of The beautifully rough, Raucous-sharpening strokes, Of Mr. Max Beckmann.

Mr. Max Beckmann
I am an enigma a common enigma for I feel as if I am alone even though there are hundreds such as I I feel alone cause all I see are pairs combining and becoming one all their single strands into a double helix and I still float on my own I'm an O negative in a stream of A positive just wishing for that one cell to have the same RNA so I won't be an enigma, I'll be of a thousand and one
