Your soul is the moon after dawn
A vapour who sings of love as well as pain
A delicate blossom that twirls with zephyrs
Fragrant and enriched by the snow's kiss
The geese have fled from iced lakes
long preserved with whispers of old
In the shade of bamboo, my flute is heard,
carried to you by the frost-kissed air
Your soul, a vapour, the moon after dawn
Hear my hymn of peace,
till winters turn to fawn

My head's still in the clouds! ^-^
I'm trying SO HARD not to freak out about my media course interview...

I was making my way down
The highway,
Cornfields on both sides of me.
The moon shined even though
It was still day time.
The sky was a light lavender shade
That oozed into a faded blue
Twilight, you could say.
I caught a glimpse of a doe
And her baby
Walking through the endless field.
My mind wandered.
Where did they come from?
Perhaps they came from
Deep in the woods,
Where the birds sang
And the creek bubbles,
The sun seeps through the trees.
Perhaps all the animals got along,
Or maybe,
They came from an open field,
Maybe they had a family,
A buck, a herd,
Possibly even a few more fawns.
Maybe something drove them from there.
Maybe a gun,
Maybe a predator,
Maybe weather.
My mind wandered more,
Where were they going?
Were they looking for somewhere safe?
Or were they only trying to survive?
I wished I could see more of their journey.
I wanted to root them on.
Keep living!
Keep fighting!
Where ever you're off to, keep going!
Then the moment passed,
They were long out of my sight.
I hope they are still alright.
I hope they were alright.

in that dark room
Of shadowed histories

the Snake smiles,
and raises a glass-
the Blood on his hands
dripping onto clean cloth.

the Sparrow watches on;
Caged in her own regret.
her face is a blank Mask.

the Fawn gazes across a
would-be bright future.
trees and grasses Glow
With promise and dreams.

THEY run the World.
the rest of -us- suffer through;
raised by Hope,
cut down by Snakes.

A knife swims in the eery air
bursting down
smearing the few fawn
crooked'em crotales
springing drops of meltdown sun
God hollows
and shadow balloting follows

The day is finally here
Bouquets and bow ties
Subtle chatter fills the gardens
out my window
Along with the sweet smell of cheesecakes
Sifting down the halls of the Ahwahnee
My dearest
I fail to hold your overflowing heart
Spilling starboard of these shaking seas
The bow holds stern
Along course amongst the laughter
And tears of those we send away
Spring clouds pirouette with the sun
Illuminating numerous fawn
With their gallant temperament

I love you

Glistening grass embodies the beauty
And nature of these woods
Towering mountains protect the chaos
Within our souls
Fresh dew glides the scape
Promising of new life to come

I love you so dearly

Stiffened suits mask soft bodies
As we make our way to the grand hall
Echoing excitement boasts beyond the trees
Yet as you enter
My heart is all that is heard
A single kiss to carve our names into Destiny
As one with many
We will prevail all fears
And conquer these mountains
that keep us safe
Together forever seems too simple
With your blanket of love to keep me warm
The illuminating moon
shines upon your cheek so brightly
As if a star pours from your beauty
A bond born on a day of curse
Just as we planned
To tempt those who challenge our love
May we go into this unknown
With hands clasped
And awake as one
This is about my planned wedding day. Although it will no longer happen. I still dream of it. Seeing her there with me gives me a feeling I can't describe.

when my eyes close under weary stars
i see a field flooded with dawn
my feet tickled with dew-pearls
and surrounded by delicate fawn
i see not the bitter tragedy
that strikes my open eyes
just the peaceful grazing
i could only hope to memorize

Nothing can last forever,
Not even the greatest improvement
achieved and done whatsoever.
Great bodies and reputations are a phase and
happiness is for a day,
looking at others who have
what I lost
is the stir of
the fray.

Run, doe eyes, run.
Stay far away from his kind.
Run, fawn heart, run.
He's hunting for you with sharp and hungry eyes.
My mama warned against men much too older than you.
Oh baby bird, didn't your mama warn you too?
"Nothing gold can stay."

His voice is the wind in the trees
It is the ocean crashing on the soft sand
His voice is the sweet, sweet breeze
Brushing up against my cold hand.

His life is a shining star
It breathes the life into my lungs all day long
His life keeps my hear in a jar
Holding all my dearest tears.

My love is a hurricane
It keeps me held down out of the fear of shame
My love brings me only pain
For my lover does not feel the same.
