You are alive!
When you walk through a storm of hardship.
When you sail through a sea of tears, pain, and sorrow.
When you hold on tightly to your dreams and aspirations!

You are alive!
When your ears hear the cry of the suffering.
When your eyes shed tears for their pain.
When your hands reach out to heal their wounds!

You are alive!
When your thoughts are complete with love.
When you see and appreciate the beauty within every race.
When you breach the barrier of time and  your soul blooms like a flower!

You are alive!
When your deeds shine with  kindness.
When your soul greets the dawn with hope.
When you improve yourself with each step, breath, and heartbeat!

You are more beautiful:
When you cry, when you smile,
And help others by going the extra mile.

You are more beautiful:
When you are like a dove,
And fill your heart with so much love.

You are more beautiful:
When you dress your soul in the garment of giving,
And strive to be a role model for the living!

You are more beautiful:
When you speak the language of the flowers,
And with your ideas, make others feel empowered!

You are more beautiful:
When you carol the song of life,
And keep at bay the danger of religious fights.

You are more beautiful:
When you let go of your sorrow,
And prepare for a better tomorrow!

"You are not fresh", suggested my flesh.
Yet, every gem of my body tells me that I am fresh,
And all the snowflake's songs whisper in my ear that I am fresh!

“You are not fresh", asserted my intellect.
Yet, my deeds have the fragrance of  flowers,
And my thoughts are painted with the color of spring!

“You are not fresh”, sighed my heart.
Yet, my days keep blossoming with joy and happiness,
And my imagination is colored with boyish dreams!

“You are not fresh” whispered my conscience.
Yet, youth is not measured by age, but by the number of smiles
You draw on people's faces, and the lives you touch!

“You are not fresh” insisted my ego.
Yet, the moon has become more elegant with brightness after long age,
And the sun has revealed more beauty after shining for millions of years!

You can't break my spirit!
I have the patience of Job in the face of calamities.
I have the heart of Jesus, in turning hate into love.
I have the strength of Moses, in parting the sea of ignorance, to reach the shores of hope.
I have the determination of Imam Hussein, in fighting oppression.
I have the courage of Mahatma Gandhi, in standing against injustice.
I have the immortal dream of Martin Luther King in achieving equality!

You can't break my spirit!
I will challenge you with the smiles of innocent children.
I will confront you with my mother's prayers and sacred tears.
I will seek out the sunset, to compel the enchanting moon
And the twinkling stars to rise up, so I can sing the eternal song of life With them.

As a new dawn approaches, I am filled with a renewed promise of Turning your animosity into friendship and empathy.
You can't break me, but you can win my heart!

Your beautiful garment of kindness has been the talk of the twinkling Stars and the glorious moon.

Their chatter has awakened the sleepy sun, stirring up her curiosity, and Creating a fascination.

Your magnificent garment of kindness has touched  the planet's heart, and Made her bow with humility, reciting God’s sacred prayer!

Your body is God’s exquisite gift.
Treat it like a little prayer.
Cherish it with love and care.
Protect it like a precious diamond.
Nurture it with a healthy diet.
Feed it like a caring mother.
Guard it from toxic habits.
Let it blossom with exercise.
Keep it fresh with your positive attitude.
Make it an oasis for a creative mind,
A soft heart, and humane person.

The moon was once asked, "how do you keep evolving with so much beauty?"
He replied, "my longing for the sun makes me shimmer with light at night.
The love of the Sun makes me “Majnoun Leila”. I die each new dawn,
So my love, my Sun can rise up every morning with a renewed hope and a warm smile."

Your Kindness

Your kindness has:
The smell of popcorn
The scent of a special fragrance
The taste of pumpkin pie
The breath of fresh air
The sound of a favorite music
The beauty of an eloquent flower
The gentle touch of a spring breeze
The murmur of a mother’s prayer
The whisper of a beautiful heart
The voice of ocean waves
The song of a melodious bird
The freshness of a new dawn
The wake up call to love humanity

You haven’t spoken a single letter,
Yet your muted words have voiced
A thousand interesting stories full of beauty and mystery.

Don't be a prisoner of your past
Like a fallen yellow leaf
With no song, no fire

Be like the enchanting nature
That celebrates life with
The new dawn, new sun rise
Birds melodies, blue skies
Smiling flowers, green grass
Fresh air, dancing butterflies
Twinkling stars
And evolving moon

I have:
Heard your cry
Sensed your pain
Felt your wounds
Seen your scars
Cuddled your agonies
Listened to your heartache
Witnessed your tears and
Embraced your cause

With your smile:
You can melt stress away,
Keep a heart attack at bay,
Make today a more productive day,
Conquer your worries, make them yesterday,
Treat each new dawn as your special holiday!

You didn’t voice even a murmur of a word, but
Your eyes whispered enough words to me to last a thousand nights of Shahrazad’s stories!
