it was just it,
nothing more.
clear skies,
while clouded eyes
and more spoken lies.

blame on me
what am I to be?
I cannot be free,

smile outside,
picture perfect
with no defect.

Just a little more left to show
and then I will go
                         away.

They say a picture's worth a thousand words.
Though all I see are the birds.
That make me smile when I hear them chirping.
In front of me, is an smoothie that I’m slurping.

I can’t just forget about all these moments.
I have to capture each one!
And I don’t care about my opponents.
‘Cause I don’t have to listen to anyone!

My hands are gonna clap!
And my fingers are gonna snap!
I’m gonna order a frappe
And take a nap
And every single one of these memories
Will be preserved like a documentary.

whenever i can, i try to show off the picture we have together.
its not really to show off that i have a girlfriend,
nor to show off how beautiful she is.
its mainly to show off and explain why ive seemed happier,
with color, and a smile so wide
that people cant help but to ask me whats new?

and i show them.
she is whats new.
this feeling is new.
this happiness, new.

They say that the time never stops
But didn’t they tell you that I can even stop drops?
It’s me, the photograph, who’ll hold you
Till the time it gets better, even if the time flew
People say that I’m just a copy, just an ‘it’
But I’m capable of holding moments, making everything lit
I’ll make you remember those spring birds
I’ll make you cherish flowers of what you’ve heard
I’ll make you cry by those gestures so small
