a thousand spirits wail
outside these castle walls
a thousand unhinged faces so pale
do they cry for me or of me?
from hazed kingdom of the moon king
or from bitter enemy are they sent?
no harm do i bring
all i wish is to cloak land in silver glow
why hate me so?

You ask me one day, who do they say,
I am, what names are whispered when I pass,

some say you’re a prophet from the past,
and often others claim you’re John the Baptist
whose head Herod took, now alive again
making way for the Messiah to reign,

You follow with another question,
but who am to you, my friend,
I answer, not prophet, not John,
but the Son of the living God,
sudden joy on Your face, intense,
you proclaim to me, Peter, you’re a blessed
man, for my Father has shown you what
flesh and blood cannot, so on you, this rock,
I will build a church that hell’s assault will not
defeat, you’ll hold the keys to my Kingdom’s gates,
power to bind and loose all on heaven and earth
in my name,
in the moment, I am
amazed, mind racing, unbelieving you would
hand me, a fisherman from Galilee, the right
to reign at your side but at the same time,
knowing you’d never lie to me, for I
believe you’re all you say and more,
my Savior Christ, the coming Lord.
Part Six in my Lenten journey with Peter

I used to have it all.

My throne that I sat high upon was my whole world.

I ruled my golden kingdom with such extravagance unseen by most living beings.

I ruled with my bloodline,

So close.
So strong.
Everlasting.

And one day, it was all taken from me.
Everything I had, gone.

I was defeated,
Despaired.
And left for dead.

And now, someone else sits fixated on my throne.

He wears my crown that I worked so hard to craft.

My crown I crafted from blood, sweat, tears, and pain.

To me, it's the crown jewel.
To him, it's nothing more than a dunce cap.

He is a nothing king trying to be everything I was.

But he needs to realize,

Thrones were only ever built for one.
Throne

The tryant rises over the city
The crowd's minds in wiped obedience
The free-people's prince flees swiftly
His savior anonymously leads him in silence

The elder, masked and cloaked, leads,
Thorns following around him,
the child Prince through the weeds
To hiding on the cliff's rim

Twelve years in the mountain
A youthful wolf looks over the river
Thinking he surely would've been slain
Had the king of thorns been any less swifter

Tell me gently, beautiful Siren from the rocks
Whisper me memories
Who seeks my life end short
inform me bluntly, Beautiful siren from the sea
the soldiers marching to my gate.
Should I set the pitch to pour?

The demons march
I seek guidance in your song
Is there something I missed?
We’re sick
our morale is feeding the ant hills

Consult me Nicely, Beautiful siren from the rocks
tell me just how many friends,
I’ll lose to this war.

We found the sugar, found the wine.
lost the honey, lost time.
We’re out of rations,
low on passion.
men coddling tiny strands of hope.

Save me Now, beautiful Siren from the Grave.
My boats still floating
I could sail away.
back to my castle,
where my people lay.

I came here for vacation.
but I found your voice, decided to stay.

The people of my land pray,
that I go deaf and return to them.
but I decided to hear your voice
while my kingdom Rots and fades
While my people die and pray
I needed this getaway

my people, dying by my blade.
can’t stand them lookin’ up to me.
Their tears falling at my feet.
Them saying. “Please king, save me.”
praying “Don’t let them **** me.”
screaming. “They took my family!”
I wasn’t born to be a king.
I wasn’t born to be a king.
The siren sang her song to me.

For*  Marianne, a  woman  with  an  unusual  heart

I know her, perhaps by a pinch of night air,
Because we share the same music, same voice that night in Guadalupe,
After a day of toils for hearts climbing upon ladders, unending stairs.

I know her, perhaps half of those golden strings,
Because we share the same air of jollity that day in Enchanted kingdom,
Gasping for air, breathing faintly, yet enthralled by the twists and turns of magic.

The heart most tried is the strongest, like the gold tested in fire,
I know her.

I know her, perhaps the fullness of the orange moon,
Because we share the same water under the canopy of azure skies, that brief reprieve the El  Nido offers,
Sharing the same tongue of honesty we speak that night, I respect her.

I know her, perhaps more than she knows herself,
But that’s an unforgivable lie, indescribable it is to fathom a woman with an unusual heart,
Because hers, speaks of metaphors.

Devour me like your guiltless pleasure
Do I fill up your energy like nothing else?
Head straight to the midlands now
If you have what it takes to take the wheel
Then break the boundaries that you made
Aren’t you a man of pride and dignity?
Prove your worth to the passers-by
Tell the kings and queens of old
We are not meant for swan songs

I'm going into your kingdom of heaven
God forgave me ever since I was seven
I grew up way too young around the age of eleven
They articulate the things that I've done
And say it couldn't of been done that young
I was outsmarting my competition
While you were too busy paying tuition
I was snatching up grown b!&$
Counting money while they were counting my inches
And I am not like the rest of you fools
I don't play by anyone's rules
You wear ice I rock Jules
I'm breaking all of y'alls rules

I'm breaking all of y'alls rules
If you don't get the hint find the clues
This **** is smooth like some jazz
But it's hits the heart like some blues
Bull's-eye one shot to the heart from my tools
Blow the smoke from barrel until it cools
You could be the greatest alive the day I die
I have no competition you'll forever be a runner up if we tie
So why am I still wasting my time
And trying to act like I'm kind
When I'm really out of my mind
There is no such thing that I won't rhyme
Wow lm at the peak of my prime
Looking down at the world thinking it's finally mine

I don't stop until I see the bones from the flesh that I tear
I think deaths catching up I've been running since last year
I was in a desperate moment Im feeling scared
So don't be surprised if you see me pulling out all my hair
And falling down on my knees, I see the air and once again going into a deep state of prayer
Forgive me god that for that I'm a sinner
I did, some wrong, I chose the good life of a winner
The rope I'm walking on just seems to get thinner
And now I've fallen down I'm outside of your kingdom, but they won't let me enter
I'm begging on my niece just please let me in I didn't do nothing
But that's when God comes up to me and say son you've sinned
I've given you plenty of chances to do the right thing
But you're not fooling anyone that's when I wake up and hear my cell phone ring

I picked up and a deep voice says to me this is the devil
My boy, I can take you to a whole another level
You name it and you'll have it if you want it, I'll buy it
So what do I have to do and he said just let me take over your body
I'll give you immense amounts of wealth and turn you into somebody
And to think of how famous you'll  be because right now you ain't nobody
You sound tempting and all
And you only live once yeah, I know
But the afterlife is what I truly dream for
So you're going to have to do better than that I want more
I want my **** to be fly, I want my **** to be hard-core
I want millions of fans to buy tickets in advance
To shout out my name, I want my body enhance
And every bed-b@
$ on me without any romance
My boy, your wish shall be my command
I just need a sample of your blood and a signature here
Good boy, now here comes the part I think you should fear

I changed my mind suddenly I can see clear
But god It was too late and you were no where near
I'm in a desperate moment right now, but this time the sound is being blocked from my ears
The most precious thing in the world right now I can't hear.
I can't hear!
I've falling down on my knees, I see the air
and once again I'am going into a deep state of prayer
Forgive me god that for that I am a sinner
I did some wrong, I chose the good life of a winner
The rope I'm walking on just seems to get thinner
And now I've fallen down I'm outside of your kingdom
I'm trying to get in but they won't let me enter
I'm begging on my niece just please let me in I didn't do nothing
But that's when God comes up to me and say son you've sinned
I've given you plenty of chances to do the right thing
But you're not fooling anyone that's when I wake up and hear my cell phone ring

I pick up and a deep voice says to me this is the devil
My boy, I can take you to a whole nether level
Let me stop you there
I ain't going no where
And just **** what you will give me honest, I don't care
Leave me alone go on and leave here
But can't you see that finding another like you will be rear
Signs signaling caution asking me to beware
But F^! The ******* I don't have time to care
I know God is almighty with him I won't have to be scared
I want to choose the honest life and finally be sincere
And if agin you ever try to get too close or too near
I'll make sure that your punishment is  severe

Foolish boy who the hell do you think that I'am
Honestly, you were worthy now I don't give a ****
Your worthless a pathetic fool
Try it yourself and just see how you do
You won't get far and to think I could've made you a star
With huge mansions private jets and dozens of exotic cars
I mothaf
%king mind blowing like the wizard of Oz
You're mistaken, I'm more like a killer at-large.
And not accepting me will be a big mistake on your part
I don't want to destroy lives I just wanted to create art
And blow your mind away with lyrics coming straight from my heart
And share with the world what I love to do the most
Even if it means becoming one of the devils hosts
It's a Long story but  I think it's pretty cool
