him
all the pain that i've felt
i can feel washing away
every word of his, it's like
a brand new day

Jet
it was very fast
leaving traces
leaving lines
of memories
of moments
but eventually
it will fade away
you are the pilot
i am the passenger
it was abrupt
i was drawn and corrupt
wishing i could just jump
right off
right now
not sure if this is my ride
not sure if we are meant
to feel
to me
to you
to be
on the same sky
on the same high
on the same time
actually
all honesty
i just wish you are mine
just for awhile
or if you decide
to be forever by my side

your disheveled yet
soft hair that's been
run through
and through
with my hands

your chest
that heaves
in breaths in a
way to
calm down
the leftover
excitement

your eyes
that look at me
with such affection

your lips
on which
i placed
countless kisses
all over

our hands
entwined ever
so loosely
yet stays
as it craves
the other's
touch

you're so
*******
beautiful

You say you're too tired
To even smile,
These days you fantasize
About naps,
Not me.

Baby has our life in limbo.

I try to help,
But it's always the wrong thing,
The wrong way.
Hey dear, I'm new at this.
Remember?

I miss your touch,
I'm desperate for anything
From you:
The time and attention
You used to give
To my heart,
To my thoughts,
To my *****.

I'm withering on this vine.

But I understand, my love,
There's so much more to this
Than me.
You look equally lost
In your role as a new mother,
And you complain far less.

I love our child,
Just as importantly, I love you.
I may not know how to do
Everything just right,
But you can count on me.
We'll find a way together,
And one day we might even
Find time to sleep.

And sleep together we shall,
Just as it once was,
Albeit much more quietly.
For now a kiss
And game plan will do.

Then let's get to work!

What sparks
Will often combust

What burns too fast
Never trust

The flames may dance
The heat may warm

But fast-moving blazes
Only aim to harm

The cute old couple across the way
Gaze at the phone screen
Their expressions are joyful and gay
And life is as happy as it may seem

I can not help but wonder
What are they watching?
Could it be oh so somber?
Or in her wedding dress is she walking?

As she walks to load the washing device
He follows to make sure she will not fall
Because losing her is not worth the price
Of living alone at all

So watching the phone they resume
Until they can leave very soon.

I thought I
could save you
but it turns out that
I only made it
worse.

Even if your planets
should align,
the way to her heart
does not begin between her legs.

Has dropped
Her lawsuit
And settled with the Moon

Tomorrow
She'll pique and threaten
Once more
