I want to seek out, the time going backwards.
Want to breath in, the love and laughter...
Nostalgic memories, fill my heart with a gentle caress.
First time we met, was a time of excitement...but now having you
in my arms forever.
I want to go back in time, travel to our realm, of memoirs and happiness. Times' stood still, for a moment or two.
True love in our hearts, stood tall and strong.
Every day you see, it's you and me...
Chances that we had took, made time fly by with memories.
Forget the fights, I know you love me.
I love you too, i'll never forget our love.
It's hard to sleep, knowing the time keeps going faster, faster...and faster...but as long as it's just you and me, i think i'll stay happy.
I want to turn back time when I close my eyes to sleep, relive the good old days, our first time to kiss...in the middle of a winter storm, sitting in the front of your old car.
Listen to tunes on the radio, as you drive through the traffic lanes, staring at your face before we knew that our love was true.
I will always love you
Now that times go faster and time won't stand still...
But the moments we make, love we see will take us back through time to feel.
True moments
True love
Our souls can never keep us far apart.

Fingers set to graze
Like starved cattle or silver
Raised my skin to peaks
The History: I am constantly questioning whether these are accidents or intentional acts. There are two realities now, the one in which I don't turn to call you out, and the one where I do and you make me feel crazy.

our laughs tumbled around us
as our eyes crinkled in mirth.
and I froze the moment,
crystallizing it in my memory
as the words "god, I love you"
freely fell from my lips.
he caught the soft words
with his own: "I love you,"
and our lips danced in harmony.

Moonlight cascades down her spine highlighting the subtleties forgotten by sunrise,
Masking realities flaunted by recognition,
Soft corners celebrated at midnight's call.

Soft light and fresh sense,
cooling air descends.
Lungs expand more gently at ease,
apprehension slides with death.
Breathe in to converse with greenery
as the day now dips and sets.
Though the clucks and clicks continue on,
colours no longer reflect to bounce
the burning image of a molten head.
Nevertheless we're not done yet,
tomorrow's bound to come along
with new problems until we're laid to rest.

she ran a hand over her heart.
the tip of her finger got caught
in a small stitch tightly sewn
to keep her heart together.
but in that fateful moment,
the stitch quickly unraveled,
loosening her still-beating heart
until the pieces could do nothing
but stumble around each other,
crumble into soft, maroon dust,
and settle into her weary bones.

she studies his soft features
with furrowed eyebrows,
catching every detail
in the palm of her hand.
the palm lines show their story.
It's been a while :)

love was in the air that day
i took your hand
you held my gaze

skin on skin
breathing softly
we set the world ablaze

the night was young
the moon was smiling
the stars shone bright

dusk 'til dawn
a thousand times over
felt so alive

in the few moments
before dreamland crashed into reality
the skies glittered like cities of light

there was the sight of your bright eyes
admiring in the soft candlelight
the silhouette of your finger

tracing the constellations as
you shared a story of dusk and dawn
leading to the promises of a forever

which rolled from your tongue and became
the only words that ever mattered as much as the
"of course, i care," which you melded into lullabies

that repelled the terrors of loneliness
of wars in the heavens and monsters in the dark
your smile radiated light and

in the way your warmth surrounded me
you became young apollo
and i, your uncursed, loving daphne
She had a sweet voice made for lullabies
Among the people who sang like sirens
She was but a whisper without an echo
Singing along voices that could cross oceans

A starling surrounded by suns
A subtle breeze against a hurricane
A dim version of what she could have been
A candlelight beside a fireplace

People tend to undermine her existence
Telling her she was never quite enough
Her quiet and subtle nature was forgettable
She only deserved an equivalent love

Even so, she stands with her small stature
Without wavering after the day has rest
Into the night she preserves her light
Guiding and accompanying those who feel any less

She was the lullaby that touched separated hearts
Reunited with the harmonized whispers of song
She was a knight of light who guards a single child
In her presence, the night can do no wrong

She didn’t have to be the action pack thriller
She was a bedtime story that lulled you to sleep
The narrative you asked to be read each night
Because it is a tale your heart wants to keep

Gentle and calm, soothing and soft
In a harsh world that demands sharp edges
Her hidden strength was how despite it all
She preserved her softness from all the wreckage
