Take me to the place where lovers play.
Where the word love is on the tongue of each person who passes by and the jitters of emotion break us down and build us as twin towers of faith and infatuation.
Roll me down a river of finality, telling me sweet things in order to keep me close to you with little lies that make me love you.
Show me the tip of time and take me past it. Let me now that I’m a possibility for forever and that I’m forever going to be close to you. Show me that I’m wanted, that I’m needed, and you don’t want to change that.
Kiss my lips with sincerity and whisper your thanks to the lord into my ear with a seductive air. Because your voice is so beautiful and your lips so sweet that you take me back to times when we first courted, times when the deepness of our love was judged on how many tics the clock made when the phones were on.
Take me to the most sensible form of tenderness and let me teach you how to surpass it. For the threat of love is my only danger, and I remedy the fears pragmatically.
Is it ok to admit I’m in love? Tell me now, because I’ve been burned before. I’ve had the knives of deceit stab my heart before, and I didn’t like it. So Let me know how far our love can go before I need to jump ship.
Tingle my soul and make me shiver with the electricity generated by your feminine touch. You always start the wonder every time our skins connect.
Take me on a journey that sends me into Neverland with you by my side. I could care less where we go, so long as we are together, it won’t register which direction I’m walking in. show me that pretty smile and tell me it won’t matter to you either. Take my hands and lean in close to me, catch a breath and let it out slow just staring in my eyes.
And I will know where to take us.
You take me to the place where lovers play.
The little bit of space where time doesn’t agree with its surroundings, the place where we could stay an eternity just thinking about how we could spend our time together.
Lover’s land.
Is the love poet back???
I'm good enough for the best
If I repeat that to myself hundreds of tines over I might believe it
Going to war with insanity
Is a common occurrence in my world
You don't want to land a Shuttle on mine
You'll be perplexed as I am
Not a good combination

The evergreens twist and fade away,
This only brings forth the light of day,

and in the cold night,
we will meet underneath the moon,

underneath the storms of the land,
full of evergreens gloom,

and when we meet again,
underneath the moon,

The stars will fade,
to a blackened blue,

and the moon will shine,
until the day is due,

the moon will shine,
until it's time is through,

and we see the moon,
disappear today,

like our evergreens,
who twisted and faded away,

we learn in the light of the sun,
the evergreens have left with no return,

when we cry a tear,
the sun will make them fade,

we twist as we hold each other close,
as we wish to fade away,

And the moon appears,
next to the sun,

and the evergreens come back,
to surround us and make us one,

and the stars come out,
and dust off the blackened dirt,

and we all sit inside,
of the earth,
A song I made on my uke,

If I am the water,
and you are the land,
then we, sweetly,
shall meet upon sand.
Where water seeps into the land
and where land embraces the water. Each within there freedoms
to come and go.

this single earthly pulse
is lemon-slice palatable.
palms to earth, pulse to pulse.
the table is set and now we dine.
the only calm in life I feel is in the natural world.
I want to go to never land,
Love, will you be my Peter Pan?
Oh! Just imagine the adventures we'll have.
Let's fly away to never land today.

We'll never grow old; we'll never die.
Our love will never have to end.
We can sing with the mermaids in the lagoon,
Or we can fight pirates to keep the lost boys safe.
Let's meet Tinker bell,
Why not the Indians as well?

Oh love be my Peter Pan,
Come take me away.
Well create a secret place,
Somewhere no one can find us.

Let's lay out under the stars,
Dream and wish of our tomorrow.
Oh my love, let's find a place.
We'll make it ours,
And name it never land.

A place we can go to when we feel weak, scared, defeated.
A place where only we can find each other.
And if I need to get away, escape;
I'll message you to me me there,
In our place

Come and play in the land of the lost
They who stay will come
They will host
They will charm

Take a stroll along the beach
Moonlight high in the sky
Trail the bank that lines the lake
Boatman glides and ripples the shine

The breeze blow across the land
Whispering trees with bent branches plan
The revelry in secret groves
In corners lost and never known

Fairies shimmer among the leaves
Imps grinning and hanging from the trees
Laughs that ****** light and low
Send me shivers across the land and though

Sleeping children are far away
Tucked tight in their beds
Their dreams hold sway
On their minds when they open sleepy eyes the next day

Again at night they hear the laughs
From a land beyond
That reality has lost

A country road with
a hazel glow, that
settles around the
watching lazy clouds.

Some kindly fox
that creeps and sits,
camouflaged in a
familiar field of corn.

The floating flies that
swarm adrift, they’re
careful not to try to
care about anything.

Smells of sweet air,
of apples and of pears
and of heat that hugs
your drooping nose.

This land which I don’t
know, and never have I
been will allow me to
visit maybe one day.

Sitting lightly,
Sweetly romancing me.
The droplets of rain dancing on the lake behind me.
Singing, the birds are loudly singing
Songs so sweet, they have me daydreaming.
Of when the time will come
When it is only you and i
Sitting side by side.
Walking hand in hand.
From this to a distant land.
I write all my poems. If you would like to use any of my writing, I ask that you ask my permission or inform me that you will be using them.
that is the least you could do.
Thank you.

In a deep and narrow gorge
the wadi winds its tortuous course
in a cliff face pocked with caves
monks ensconced in steep enclaves

Elijah was fed by ravens
praised the Lord, beheld the heavens
Down a steep and winding path
What good is being a polymath?

Wadi Qelt a holy place
I feel God's serene embrace
past are now my life's transgressions
I embrace my sins as lessons.
The wadi winds its deep and tortuous course for 35 kilometres between Jerusalem and Jericho — for most of the way providing a route for the Roman road on which Jesus set the parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10: 25-37) .
