The war ravaged everything
Red smoke of revenge
Blood boiling within
Bloodshot eyes devours
Life comes to abrupt halt
Only they see the end
Nothing stops the atrocities

you laugh at her
you poke her
you mock her
you make fun of her

she lies

she starves

but yet when it is revealed
the horrifying things she has done
not to anyone else, but to herself
you gasp and act so innocent

not physically, but mentally

There are easier ways to die.
