When will I find a love that’s mine
They say, “you’ll see a sign, all in due time”
But they don’t understand the issue I’m having
My emotions are trapped inside me gathering
I can’t see the forest for the trees
And I can’t keep begging for a man down on my knees

Upon my soul
he gallantly walked
he gave no mention
nor sensation
so here , I am left
to question
what , I couldn't feel
no warning
that I was his victim
he'd leave me questioning
ever moment
how'd I not know
this stranger I thought
I knew
So gallantly he walked
So to never make a sound
so I never could ?
till he was out of sight
that I'd then dare find
All that was never true

Ticking clocks, ticking clocks.
Why won't you stop?
I've pulled the numbers right off
yet you tick and you tock.
Like a key turned in a lock
to lock and then unlock
over and over again.

Ticking clocks, ticking clocks.
Why won't you stop?
I've ripped your hands off,
yet you tick and you tock.
I tore your heart out
and yet it still beats
over and over again.

Ticking clocks, ticking clocks.
Why won't you stop?
I put a knife through my chest
yet you tick and still tock.
Like time does not stop
even when my heart is wrought
with pain,
with pain,
with pain.
Inspired by a song I wrote awhile ago where the words were "I take time away from the clock, pulling the numbers right off. Thinking that will make it stop. Make it stop"

How do you feel
Now that it’s less than a year and we’ll have the same last name?
How do you feel
That you need to prepare stuff like looking for suppliers for our big day?
How do you feel
When all of a sudden people expect a lot from you and me?
How do you feel
When I said I will live my life with you forever and ever?

The walking dead in the land of the living
Soulless eyes and hearts unforgiving

They seek to destroy
******* out your joy
Shatter your skull
Make your mind dull

Rip out your heart
That's just the start
Dead set eyes
You'll never relize
Till it's to late
Your heart they ate

Breathing remains
Nothing else the same
Now hollow of feeling
Soul was sent reeling

Some don't know
Out of them life flowed
We're all missing parts
Mostly the heart
Also gray matter
Obscenities spatter

Growing in number
Pillage and plunder
All must be fed
Living in the land of the dead..

How do you not fall in love
with a person you’ve poured your
                  entire heart into.
How does that person not fall in love
while doing the same to you.
From deep within the soul

how do you write a poem
when your feelings are too complex for words

how do you write a poem
when you're scared they might send you away for it

how do you write a poem
when you're so out of practice you haven't written in months

you open up your notebook
or laptop
or whatever method of writing you prefer
and you write down everything
Expect a lot from me tonight. I'm trying to write again but im really ******* depressed (maybe mixed manic?) I love you guys. Thanks for sticking around.

maybe one day
i won't have to talk you off a ledge
for you to say you love me.

Hearing it makes me wonder,
How do I love that heart?
Will it make my heart apart?
Will it make me suffer?

I met you with that heart
We are the same
We're not the firsts
And it's hard

As katy perry said, "Comparisons are easily done once you've had a taste of perfection" and that hurts the most and that's just so true. How do we really love a secondhand heart?

Did you know, I fell in love with you...
how long will it be until you notice me?
