For a moment, I can close my eyes and my senses blur,
My thoughts lose specificity and fade into nothingness.

I'm not worthless or any of those things I shout at myself.

My nose, my mouth, my throat, and my brain tingle;
I am swirling with the fragrance and taste of more than yesterday.

Perhaps it won't last, but for now I'm alone in my basement,
And I've lost track of the thoughts that aren't okay with that.
Shh, I'm not thinking.

Step into the train
as cherry blossoms kiss you
a fragrant goodbye.

I miss your fragrance
when you walk by
It's amazing!!!
The scent alone
is nice but when
you add to it
your spice
it magical
I really love to caress
your hair with
my fingers
and let your beautiful
scent out

I can't support the smell of fried chicken
or the taste of fries
I can't stand the fizzy drinks
or the muffins or the pies

all this junk food they push down my throat makes me sick
it slowly kills my good taste
it crushes my creativity
it turns me into a big fat pig

I barely remember your smell
only when the night is quiet
and the moon shines in silence
I can recall the taste of Euphoria in your neck

that perfume that used to light this brume
and recharge my lungs
that perfume that I barely remember
but I miss it so much

in the end
all I got left is this disgusting smell of mine
over that sweet fresh fragrance

Were a rose to know the gift of its own fragrance,
it would surely die… fulfilled.
Sweet attar of its sigh
lulls open the red petals of my own empty heart
who could behold such hollowness
without imaging all it can hold
’tis recompense for the rose, I draw deeply…
and die beautifully.

Irresistible fragrance of the lands of your skin hides a secret of the spring blomming with our burning love.

You were a flower
That was in a crowd
Of colour
But your blossom
Caught my eye,
You stood out
Beauty,
Confidence,
Smile,
You ask, can a flower smile
It did that day,
I picked you
Took your intoxicating
Fragrance in,
I realized that it was
Love,
Connection,
One,
That were two
Now we grew together.
And we both did blossom
In each others arms,
We grew,
And entwined
Till the fragrance
That came forth was love,
That burst forth and two were now one..
Love look so good on you;
Like, an alabaster offering
At the feet of a deity.
Yesterday
I was just like you
I rose with the rising sun
I brought a smile to all those who passed by me
Alan spoke about my colour
Brendon was amazed at my arrangement
Claire wanted to touch me
Dorothy wanted her perfume with the fragrance I carried
Emily wanted to take me with her
Francis wanted to give me to his lady love,
I thought I was the most important being on earth
I thought everyone loved me
I thought I brought a smile to people's face.
But today,
Am no longer loved,
Alan just walked by
Brendon bothered not
Claire cared not
Dorothy drove past
Emily ensured the same as did
Francis.
Because,
Today
Am nothing more than a withered rose
With my strewn petals in the pathway
And that's right
Step on or sweep away
For
All you people
Might one day end up just like me!!!

- A Withered Yellow Rose.
In the everlasting fragrance
Of the sound
Of your love

I bathe and notice
Each winding minute
To your door.

To your door
The key to which
Unlocks each and every
Passage in my heart.
