You're a book,
a good book
that will
never be
forgotten.
Books are remembered if it's good.
I will always remember you, my love.

Can't you feel it
It is in the aura
The panic and dubiety
Everything is shutting down
Our schools , malls and what not !
For it is corona
A blazing flame
Engulfing everything
And everyone in its way
The world calling for SPACING
That spacing which is vain
For the people of our motherland
When it comes to show up
The funeral of a warrior
With ultra attendants
Jolting with eachother
And approaching the dais
To have the glimpse
Of the warrior
For whom , the fear is unknown
He is not scared of death !
Crested helmet , drawn sword
" For the motherland "
Their golden hair
Shines brightly in the sun
Not too terribly serious
My jesters, my cousins
My beautiful comedics
You have provided me with relief
You joined the rebellion
Because you believed in a cause
That was so much bigger than anyone
You were tired of being taken advantage of
So you joined us
Told me about everything
And when people died
You brought relief
Jesters dear,
I love you so
I will never ever let you go
I'm so sorry I let you down
Here's a description of my Jesters! The brothers Farely (name inspired by the book Red Queen by Vitoria Aveyard!!) both dying in battle after telling her they would always be there for her to lift her spirits. They were twins, and they died for a cause. A cause they believed in. I will miss you, brothers Farely.

A book
Turns its pages
With a soft gentle stir
The flip of the edges
And the sounds that murmur

The stories
Unfolds its mysteries
Reciting the weight of its words
The stops and the lapses
Add intrigue to their worlds.

The end
Like's to be chased down
By overzealous beginnings
The length of the passage
Is the story of the innings

I strolled through
A library. T’was as abandoned
In the hands of time
As the proverbial Ozymandias.

It guarded a wealth of knowledge
Under each leather wrapped parchment
Like a pearl inside an oyster, just
Not under Adam’s ale.

One of them, as abandoned as the former
Stared at me, sitting in a
Coze on the floor.
‘Mommy!’ it cried

In such a desperate and helpless manner.
Instantaneously bonded I with it.
It was one akin to a mother and her child
Fragile, yet quite unbreakable.

All this in a book.
Words I have not to say
About that fervid day
And how etched it is.
This poem shares an intimate bond between MARS and a book. MARS adopts the abandoned, lonely and weeping book as if it were the MARS's own child.  A mix of archaic English and complex words let the reader bond with the poem as the MARS did with the book.

you
you disappoint me
even when I had
expected you would,

you make me learn
my lessons once,
twice
and three times,

you are the morale
of my story
that leaves
me
before I even get to
fold page 1.

I wish the end will be better
There is a chance if I push through,
Conditioned to happily ever after
I expect this will work out.
The God is a better writer
The ****** is stretching longer,
Soon things will fall right
There is an end to the night.
But as I open my eyes,
Nothing has changed
I have to repeat my belief
Believe that maybe
One more day to see
The end is coming
Let's do this again.
Wait when it begins
My real life movie
Is more than three hours long,
The drama won't die down
I should just switch off the TV
Wake up the next day and see
If I want to even read my book?

It's sad.
I'm sad.
That the society I live in
will shove me in a box
That the people of this world
will look at me
and see not the words of my story
but the art on the cover
i'm sorry
If I'm not what you expected
For my voice leaks from the edges
And I color outside the lines
or
should there have been
no lines
to begin with
I'm sorry if I disappointed you

Words can hurt. Words can heal. Words in a book can make you believe anything is real. Words can bring people together or tear them apart. It all depends on the kind of conversation you want to start.
