you breathe me in
each stolen kiss
a sacred prayer
spilling from our lips
you say my name
and my blood sings for you,
evergreens blooming
through my ribcage
no moment
will ever be long enough
your fingers find my hair
crimson flames
dancing across water
your whispered confession
sealing my fate
as i scream your name
into the heavens
my own personal sermon
i will never be whole again;
for you have captured me
so entirely.

I said once
that you can't brake me anymore
and then
I let you
play me
again
and again
:)

A season
has grown
in the room,
and a man
has sold
his body
in the cold silence
lamenting loneliness,
listen to the conversation
which looks like a shadow.
From outside the window
he saw the seasons about to change.
A sparrow is chirping there
welcome the mating season
coming soon.
Lovers
sit opposite
while kissing
on the park bench
let go of longing
away from the hustle
and bustle crowd.
Falling leaves in the courtyard fall scattered like joy
free from branches.
Maybe the time has come
he left the door
from all affection
the former.
A piece of paper he wrote
and a hanging note at the door.

"Which you have left here, you shouldn't have taken it out later."

you glisten in the sunlight,
and glow in the moonlight,
you're my compass,
my direction in life,
the beat in my heart,
and the sparkle in my eyes.

you
with your soft blues
and lyrical words
you whisper my name
and i see rolling green hills
and sapphire sunsets
each syllable
a prayer on your lips
your breath brushes my neck
and i know in that moment
i would follow you
into hell and back
just to have you
to myself
a little while longer.
- forever running to or from trouble, as long as it's with you.
Ave Maria Oct 2021
Amidst all the fire, all the days flying by with my head disconnected from my body, he returns to me.   Right in the flesh. He tells all and waits in fear, expecting his eyes to meet with my back once more. All the cold, ruthless lies about him I had believed in my brief time of confusion from the ignorant who prey on the insecure no longer ring true. I grab his weary soul and intertwine it with mine.  I kiss his wounded heart and melt in his sweet eyes of chocolate. The fire continues, but he will not let go, and nor will I. We shall relish as we burn alive hand in hand, without the care of anyone else. A lifetime of caring too much for judgement had done nothing but steal moments of happiness. No mind of another fool could change our passion nor commitment. He knows this as well as I do. I smile, for I finally found my mate in this twisted labyrinth called life. He smiles back because he knows.

Thank you. Us reuniting in person in August took my breath away. I cannot wait to meet with you again in November and eventually wake up every morning to your sweet face. I love you more with every passing moment and I cannot wait to build a new life with you.
In your city
I called you home,
a place where I decided to stay longer.
In your city
I was in love.

I used to work in a factory once with a lot of girls
One day the girls they were talking about this guy who apparently used to **** sheep
They called him a Sheepshagger
Of course being young at the time and coming from a rather sheltered background I suppose
I'd never heard of such a thing, and was well... amazed!!!
Hell I thought, you could really get an education listening to these girls
(I'm in with a fast crowd here)
I didn't know you could **** a sheep,
Just goes to show if you don't know about something you probably won't indulge in it.
Anyway, the girls went on "Typical men, disgusting, a bunch of animals, they'd jump on anything, no better than dogs"
The funny thing was, the way my mind works or turns things around
I couldn't help thinking
'But isn't it a poor reflection on the women of this town
That a guy would rather go out with a sheep
Than go out with one of you guys'
And then I thought, imagine your girlfriend bringing you down to a field
And you're standing there at the gate the two of you
And then she gives you the Big... the Big Ultimatum
"Choose!!! It's Me or the Sheep!
And you look at her with all that intensity and drama on her face
And then you look over the gate at the sheep grazing peacefully and idyllically in the meadow
You look at her and then back at the sheep
The answer to her question in the balance,
Suddenly a ray of sunlight comes down through the heavens
Illuminating one particular sheep
You watch in awe and think... it's... it's the Golden Fleece
You turn to your girl and say
"I got to be true to myself, to my Nature's promptings
Darling! I'll always love you
But those sheep their just so...so irresistible"
And with that you hop over the fence and start running after your favourite sheep
A picture of unbridled Joy and Happiness as you pursue your dream love.....

Y'know, just in passing, there's some very **** looking trees close to where I live
But you gotta be careful, yea! you don't wanna catch the old, the old dry rot.
Well, you gotta put it some place LoL. I think this is about innocence and not knowing things and suddenly learning something strange. I think the girls that day were trying to needle me, I had a riposte 'that it was a poor reflection on the women of the town' but I was too shy & nervous to engage with them. Then afterwards I was thinking that'd make a good comedy sketch, the guy with his girlfriend down the field. You put them all together and you get this poem.

Your whispers follow me
Tickling my soul
The same way your face
Tickled mine when
You didn't shave

I don't remember
How your arms felt
Keeping me wrapped up
And held together against you
I'm falling apart
You aren't here
To help gather my pieces

Your laugh still plays
Like a broken record
A repeating track
Creaky and fading with each replay
When it stops
Then you'll really be gone
