The faces in the water, they sleep

  for eternity, their tears

    frozen

                in
                    the

                           deep.

The Frozen Lake of Souls
Steelyvibe Jul 2018
You talk to me with chilled tone
And I can see your breath in the air
Whispering dreams of polar ice caps
That covers our cold cold love affair
And cools our frozen love

Frosty eyes that stare at me
Numb the pain of our past
Mountain range of rocky life
Shines like the weather forecast
On our frozen love

The hand that written have
become frozen.
Words have become
meaningless.
The paper is just an empty
blank space.
The love story is never
the same.

How can I say I love you,
when a poet died
and words are no more a word for love?
But instead, words have become a hurtful way
to **** somebody soul,
Like the poet.
This poem was just a one-minute poem I wrote a few days ago and I don't even know if it makes sense lol.

Shields up

My life is a green house
And I am throwing bricks.

I hand you my writings
And I hope one of them sticks.

I am rigor mortis beneath the skin;
Frozen in time, letting nobody in.

That is where you walk
On the golden path paved
By frozen hearts like mine

This is where I walk
On the lonely and dark trails, which light is taken
By shining hearts like yours

That is your atmosphere
Filled with birdsong singing in joy and cheer
Birds that feed on fright felt by breached hearts like mine

This is my atmosphere
Polluted and dismantled
Abandoned by hope lead away by believing hearts like yours

We are as divided
I in this dim world with thunder and agony
You in that gleaming world full of happiness and liberality

Inbetween us a dash
I cannot reach your world
And in a flash, it is gone
Now nothing but grumpy monsters and dark rooms
My memory is captured by you, and my eyes caught by the moon
The memory

I’m burning as I’m freezing.
My whole split.
Healing as I’m burning fierce.
Drowning as I’m being baptized
I’ll fly off into the known
Even as I become mired in the unfamiliar.
But may the Gods help you withstand my wrath.

Once more
Came to see the light of the night
then just to
melt in the shadow of the dayshine.
The summer moves on
and so do you
leaving behind nothing
but the event horizon.
No light can escape from here
remaining captured,
like a caged skylark,
being lingering frozen
like the vacuity of space;

incarcerated by the radiation of dying stars
out of the lightning source of my true glare.

The temperatures rise,
Eyes lock,
Temporarily disabled,
Frozen in time,
Time drags,
The snail is faster,
Reflexive movements,
Eyes close
Lips lock,
Kiss.

Frozen

Stop the winter; bring back summer.
I was happy once.
Stop the heartbreak; paint a landscape.
Let me fall in love.

I need a kiss from my true love to warm my frozen heart.
Let it go!  Let it go!  That perfect girl is gone…
I am tired of all the snow; I stare into the stars.
On this cold night, I kiss goodbye, to the heat inside my heart.
The leaves are beginning to fall, summer is no more,
Love is left afar.

Staring from the ice tower balcony, all I see is snow.
Arendelle has frozen over; I am left hollow.
Where is my true love?  Have I already met her?
Where is my true love?  I never will forget her.

If only she could be my true love, I would be free at last,
But as I only see my future, no turning back,
I am frozen by my past.
Princes and Princesses belong together,
No matter what the weather.
Sun or rain, snowstorms or thunder;
You have cast a spell so perfectly, that I am forever under.
Rescue me from what I hold inside;
These memories of love, frozen in this heart of ice.

Anna made me laugh…

I want a love that lasts.
