Slow down and
Wind back to find your
Core, for
Youth is the salvation
And death is the solution—
Look back at who you couldn’t love
In those careless years
And find me
Hanging in the summer breeze
Like a dandelion
Grown long, but left untouched
Because of your gentle perfection.
You have the hands of God
To all but yourself, yet
I don’t deserve someone as perfect as you
If I can’t deserve myself.
The ugliness in our minds
Bind and mingle,
But you can’t expect me
To stay single long—
I’ll be long gone
Discovering myself on a
Broken road
Somewhere distant and cold;
So please,
Darling,
Lover of the summer wind:

Catch me
Before I do.
Old poem I wrote a long time ago

there is something unsettling in the air

maybe it's the sound of thunder rattling the windows,
maybe it's the lightning tearing the sky apart
or the vibration of the earth below my feet, maybe it's her laugh.

something is adding to that fire ablaze in my heart.

whatever it is *it scares me
Wow the title is sort of ironic. Cuz fire in my heart?
Do I have a heart? Metaphorically speaking of course.

That's a lot of literary devices for one note. Have a good day. Don't let nature scare you.

The thoughts of  love in the air

I wait for the day to kiss Ur lips
I wait for the  day to hold you close and  never let goo
I wait and hope for this love to grow
Fill my broken heart with warmth
The idea of hold hands walking with the idea love in the airtouches my soul
The sound of Ur voice turns the darkest days into light
I dream of the day to fill ur heart and see that smile thatturns cold winters into summer nights
Wipe the tears away warm the heart of the loved that waslost
If this love is dream don t wake me up.

Why do I believe in an invisible God?
Well,
Why do I believe in air?
Why do I believe in love?
Although I can't see, I can feel, and that's more than enough for my simply complex mind

you know?
we are as flexible as those bendy rulers
those school kids buy to measure things with.
the ruler stands straight on solid ground,
but once the ruler is up in the air,
it just flops over to whatever side.
we are so certain on how we
are all suppose to flop to one side,
but sometimes people just flop
to the opposite side.
it scares people and they say its wrong,
but it's just people flopping to other side.
this poem can be taken for religion, gender, sexuality, whatever you take it as :) this wasn't suppose to be anything to serious, just having some fun writing.

Winter leaves
Settle uneasily on cold sidewalks
Stirred into frenzy
By the sweeping feet
And wind that seldom taunts
With the promise of spring
Remember spring?
It sounded like golden bells,
And smelled like honey.

A mere man should never mean everything to you
For man is not the giver of air

Brisk air can soothe you
Because warmth isn't enough to
Entertain your lungs

Air crushes ice crush--
--ing people, stabbing careless
Thoughts building madness

Summer breeze through windy trees, I'm falling in love again..

I miss the air when we didn't care, but who am I to speak of your sin?

Love was lost at a high cost, I watched you drive far away.

I wanted the part where you gave me your heart, but I lost control in the stormy night.

I wanted the day when you didn't have to say... I would always be there to fight.

Summer nights you held my hand so tight, I'm falling in love again.,
