The landlord rented his space. The landlord became suspicious. He received complaints from other tenants, Within a couple of weeks about loud music And laughter coming from her room. Banned from having friends in their home, People would arrive in a van nightly during the summer. The details of which emerged in the trial of insurance businessman, Who was accused of helping her, Without their knowledge. She accused the abuse after a plea. His mercy, Her punishment. ‘The past is still very much a reality’ she whimpered. Forced to watch for five months, The wolf spoke as she faced the hearing Without a translator. They are forbidden to speak. For her first 23 years, she was tortured. Anti-social behaviour is having more than two people in his head, Playing music so loud, That it can be heard, Outside of him. The only person to feel the same resigned. The landlord asked the hound to verify the affair. He handed two leather-bound volumes containing a map of the marks. It was on that day, The landlord took the decision to leave seriously. Once known, He made the claim and gave no hint as to the tenant’s identity. Up for a chance to win, We wish you safe travels.

This little man that I know with money in his sockets and routine in his pockets has self proclaimed that he is a tight *** When I envision a *** such as this, I imagine a bundle -- of securely aggregated, perfectly sharpened number two pencils. The businessman just shy of adulthood and too tired to remember –even the beginning of his of disclosure, denied his struggle to acclimate a multifarious lifestyle, appropriately suggested in the form of a triangle, and a circle, both of which embody polar opposing adaptations of humanistic routine. The two shapes: The circle, denies the break in motion by imposing a constant cycle of diligent compression, there is no room for pause only steady flow and relentless drive. This influence of life impression slows down the heart, body, and soul while speeding up time. This particular commitment accommodates the dry colorless beings that embrace and accept boxed imprisonment. Traditionally, the triangle denotes rhythmic patterns that elevate and drop to a point in which imposes a healthy reflective pause: progression, reflection, balance. As stated, as a provincial approach, a regular triangle flat on its base, peaking at the top represents a healthy, solid life routine. In contrast, the triangle can be flipped upside-down introducing an entirely new dynamic, composed of flat-lined monotony, tapered off to a regressed realm of destruction, regret and disorder. Despite the uniqueness of the standard triangle model to the man in question, it is important to compare the negative reflection, for it applies to the entirety of this investigation. We used to be lovers, he and I. We shared my giant pillow-top that I bought on the black market for a meager two-hundred fifty. -- A mere steal at that rate. We occasionally exchanged ideas, mainly about ethical concerns related to globalization and the environment. I attempted to give him a cooking lesson once, but that failed, indefinitely. The bust was not my doing, but simply, a great disinterest on his part; or better yet an inability of not being better than me at something. Everything has gotten so crowded.

Everything is a paradox From the fireflies to the boondocks There is no paradigm No pattern to be followed You have to climb Through the slime the crime the grime. Time? None. Everyone will be outdone In a world where anyone Gets a trophy for their shelf It's all about yourself Relax while you can Doctors, rapists, the businessman Set fire to the bible This is it, you're tribal **** until you die! Drink, steal, lie. Because nothing matters. Now go, run, scatter.

So as fate would have it they would have it they would take us from our borders They brought us in as slaves so that we could toil for the hoarders They put chains on our wrists til we rose our fists No longer would this pain make our children slit their wrists Times have changed but some things stayed the same Some walk around unaware that they’re just wearing a different chain We became the entertainers, we became the “ballers” While our slavemasters became the businessman, still the shot callers Just a monkey with a ball, On the rise it seems, but still we fall What more can we be? Can our eyes still see? Cause when I look at my people in the eyes I see souls that are satisfied I see souls that have been pacified Dreams once in the air but now on the ground Look around my people, see who wears the crown Cause our people continue to die and no one makes a sound Can you say their names? Can you feel the pains? Can you feel the agony of a hundred thousand black souls lost for America’s gain? Will you stand and fight? Cause a Black America United oh what a sight! Imagine the might! That we would wield? With a fire in our hearts that could bend steel Only then could our 200 year old wounds heal Only then could we appeal and be apart of this nation under God.

A Destined People Pt 1
Your father was raised in Panama. I can imagine him vividly... The floral silk shirt with velvety red cravat, tan leather loafers, waxed-to-perfection moustache, and a big cigar. It was the late sixties and he was beautiful. I've never seen a photo but I can tell by the way you talked about him. His joi de vivre oozed into your stories and I recognized it: the distilled essence of his elegance was passed to you, and you shared it with me. We met by our mutual attraction for showing off... I wanted to be treated like a delicate porcelain treasure - you wanted a plastic toy with the price tag of an heirloom. Twenty five years my senior and you still hadn't learned your lesson about girls like me... I may have broken your heart, but you should've known a tryst between the free-spirited edge of seventeen and a businessman with dreams of Panama would burn out in the end, just like your father's cigar.

Panama Dreams
You awaken in the cardboard box That you refer to as your home The dawn is barely breaking And already you feel alone A ****** bath in a public restroom Then you’re ready to start your day Layers of stage makeup hide the wounds Of the lead in this lack of morality play First up is the sadistic businessman He knows the drugs you need But it comes with one condition That he gets to see you bleed With his one hand around your throat And the other grabbing your breast He takes whatever looks good And leaves you with the rest You straighten out your dress And try to wipe yourself clean You’re helped back to your feet By a schoolboy of age seventeen He's skipped his classes for the day And borrowed his mother's van Now he’ll gladly pay your fee If you'll make him into a man It’s all over before it begins A symptom he can't control You can barely feel it anyway Numb in both body and soul At night you meet your **** And give the devil his due You willingly submit to him As he runs you through You retreat to the cardboard box That you refer to as your home The moon is heavy in the sky And you can finally be alone Your lips wrap around the pipe The smoke molests your lungs And slowly you begin to forget The world that you came from You once dreamt of a white knight That would come and take you away Now seen as only vestiges Of a young girl’s naiveté Dignity is a memory An illusion from your past Like pleasure or happiness A feeling you could never grasp You once thought you’d hit rock bottom But there was so much further left to fall You were filled with unknown fears But now you’ve named them all Add up the rocks they pay As you break their last taboo And the secrets that they share When they’re deep inside of you A normal person would go insane But your body is no longer yours Are you less than human now? One of a thousand nameless ****** You wonder if they see a woman Or just another object on her knees You could show them who you really are But that’s not what they pay you to be

It’s early Friday afternoon and, over plates of greasy spoon dinner, the musician and the businessman repeat their weekly ritual. The businessman has his problems at home and spills his guts to his musician friend. “It’s been a real long time coming, but she’s still been such a bitter ***** They’ve met this way since their college days and nights spent studying the bottoms of whiskey bottles. And, as usual, the businessman’s hair sits sprawled on his head like a rag, and his tie is loosened. The musician doesn’t understand divorce: “You look like hell. You know, if you need a place to stay, Helen and I and the boy can always make some room for you.” They light a pair of cigarettes and wait for a waitress to kick them out. Into the haze of a Lower East Side crowd the musician and his band play his newest pieces, riffs on the happy swagger of the Duke. His critics— and he has many— write that his jazz sings the inescapable *********** of suffering through the life of every oblivious body, which makes the musician’s music sound more like the blues than jazz. But it’s jazz all the same and perhaps it was the intensity of the growling bass that shot spirits down the throats in the audience, reeling drunk in time to the beat of the musical suffering. The weekdays die and it is Friday again. He has a big view of midtown, the businessman, and though the window the falling sun horizons over his socked toes, parked on his desk in triumph over all those stockholders. It’s a pain to lose your family, but the businessman puts on a good face, and drinks. This Friday, the musician and the businessman are not in the mood for talking. But a scotch thrown down, and the two are tighter than thieves. The businessman complains of life at home and the musician’s eyes cross. That night, the musician skips his performance. His wife cries in their bed, shuddering with worry and asking him what makes him so distant? she asks— it’s a mystery even to himself. He is sweating whiskey— which suits him fine— and he spends his night on the bridge. One week later and it is Friday, finally. Today, the businessman will see his children at his former home for the last time for a handful of months at best. The musician has not been home for three days. He stays at a friend’s apartment, puts on his ***** blazer and a record of the Duke’s before he throws himself down the airshaft. The businessman jumps on the 5:44 out of town and calls his friend the musician to cancel their usual Friday meeting, but his phone keeps ringing, ringing, ringing, ringing, ringing.

A Yellow Rose
My father always had a picture hanging up over the mantle. It was an oil, possibly acrylic, painting. I've always been terrible with art, and the definitions and distinctions therein. It had a gold-leaf frame, and I recall, as a child, staring at the shine that the sun reflected off of the beautiful gold that surrounded the picture. The picture itself, however, was far more extraneous: a deer head and the body of a businessman. The suited businessman's body sat in a chair, within the painting, but instead of a man's head poking out of the collar, there was a deer's head. It was adorned with antlers, two to be exact, and it sat above that mantle, staring emotionless into you or the distance. I was never sure which it was. And after my father passed, I inherited the deer head and the body of a businessman.

A deer head and the body of a businessman: I
Because I don't want ever again to be a businessman stuck at a desk, selling **** to morons. I'd rather be Han Shan, cold and hungry, uncertain, but joyous, writing poems to the void on cave walls, laughing at vanity, chuckling at attachment, wandering the woods like a happy ghost riantly doing real work, struggling up one mountain, down the next. No path; no plan, but never lost. - mce

We pass laws about things we don't like. Or don't want in our community. But when you look through the microscope you amazed by those you see within the lenses. Oh, we protest the strip clubs and that environment. But pay attention to the visitors or clientele. Always seems to be someone we know so well. The businessman. The police officer. The minister. Hosts of others You know, those important fellas Especially , a few elected ones. The same ones supporting the bans on things. People, even protest Walmart cause of the small family's store facing competition. Oh, forget about the jobs for those unemployed. Forget about customers to get a slow economy back on the path of recovery. We, don't want the street walker disturbing visitors going to the store too. After all, they have secrets to create several havocs to a happy home. Again, when you look through the microscope or witness the news. You shocked by their clients too! Same, with the dealers of drugs. Who? When arrested we amazed that his clients might be teachers/ministers/politicians/judges/famers and the hard earn worker. Looking through the microscope reveals the sinners controlling us.

People with money amazes you. The way they seems to concern about the peoople. Or do they? A rich executive tries to dictate your vote. As , if they trying to black mail you. With the things they say. And explain what they will do? If the candidate they support should lose. People with wealth. Amazes the poor. Who realize some of them doesn't care at all. They have their foundation. And donate to many causes. But when push comes to shove. Then you really witness their love. Cause to support their life style. They needs to find ways to survive. Many lose their money in divorces many times. And blame it upon other factors. When saving their money was all they were after. Firing a few to do it. Fit them well. But using politics as a scheme. Is a different tale. But it's the world of a millionaire businessman.

The World of A Millionaire Businessman
On late nights like these, days when I don’t have dates, I rest on my balcony and smoke my life away, reliving the memories of my childhood. Feeling myself drift away into the cloud from my cigarette. I watched the thin wisp of smoke trailing away, up into the polluted 21st century air before reaching the tiny patch of the clear night sky amongst all the buildings and dissolving. Molding myself into the body of a child, and trying to retrieve, to reach out and grasp, my pure innocence from seventeen years ago. I close my eyes and imagine that all my childhood memories will wash up right here in my mind as I stood on my balcony. I used to have a life. I had parents, I had a name, I had friends; I was a someone. But as you grow older in Tokyo, you become a noone. My father was a no one, as well as my mom. My father had always been a businessman, and every morning he would change into his business suit. He was impossible to distinguish amongst thousands of other buisnessmen that made up the sea of Tokyo. He wore the same suit, like thousands, day after day, life becoming more dull as each day passed. Hour after hour, he sat in front of the soft glow of the computer screen, mersemized; brainwashed. In the world where everything were made of pixels, nothing was real anymore. It would become dark, and he would go to a bar alone, drinking his life away. He sometimes arrived home from a taxi, being sent by someone for being so drunk. One day, he jumped in front of a train and killed himself- didn't even leave a note. I don't even remember what day it was when he commited suicide. In a place where you have no position, you stop keeping track of days. And I remember my mother crying and saying, "Kaori, don't ever do what your father did." My mother was in the same position as my father, not much better than him. She was an office lady, leading the same life as my father had. She left 1000 yen on the table for me to buy dinner at the convenience store. She came home late. School was not much different, and I asked myself, "Why am I getting an education only to end up like my mother and father, the people of Tokyo?" I could see myself in the future, a figure exactly as my mother. I stopped going to school and decided, why not get an early start? I got into hostessing, where I received a new name: Akiko. I don't have a name anymore. I am not recognized by anybody. I do not know who I am, nor do others know that I am.

So my hair was getting really long so I went to the barber shop with the lady barbers and told her to give me a businessman's haircut which I used to call normal style and she cut off most of my hair and shaved my neck with a straight razor and I thought that it was great but now my hair stands up in the back so I look like Alfalfa (if you remember him) without the grease.
