A thorn is only as sharp
as the vine it came from...

So let the flowers flourish over
                        the sharp words.

And let us learn that the smell
                of fresh morning blossom,
is always better than sharp words

Pricking blood from our  reflection.

On Athens' chessboard
Olive tree bests spring water
Owl hoots victorious

This haiku is dedicated the Goddess, Athena.
Now I have a bit of a love hate relationship with her, some myths I find her awesome and some make me really dislike her.
But even so, now that Im older and reading more about her, I can say that Ive somewhat love hate relationship I have is fully balanced now.
I'm really enjoying this series, my list grows by the day!
Be back soon with more!

my dear, do not worry
too often
your flower is still young —
green, barely has it rooted.
the time will come
you will flourish,
as it will bloom.
pretty pretty flower that you are
دema flutter Oct 2019
this heart of mine
grows simultaneously
weaker and stronger,
you see,
every time I try to
explain myself,
it flourishes,
but when
my voice is taken
for granted,
it withers away.

when you've been trained on a minefield
other places will have you on the tips of your toes.
trying not to talk, look, or even breathe wrong
in case a mine explodes -
even if there are no mines.
to avoid the mines you've been taught to expect,
you compress until you can't move -
even if there are no mines.
your heart and soul lose air.
you minimize your emotions until
you're convinced they're not there.

yet you're allowed to take up space.
take up all the space you need.
your heart and soul don't just need air;
they need shelter, food, and water.
your emotions need room
to expand and contract.
your voice can project and flourish
until your confidence lights up the room.
you deserve spaces where you can just be.
not every place is a minefield.

Now hanging on to
something almost
completely fabricated
in my mind

I'm over you
     -I'm not over you
I don't miss you
     -I miss you

I have to
laugh at myself
or I will
rot from the inside

That ship has sailed
yet
I know there's
still a place
in me for you

Maybe it will
always be there
and
in the years to come, it will flourish with flora and verdure
     until
your absent form no longer stands out

          ...in your emptiness
          there is growth,
          wild growth

Rubayiat Al Thurab (Verses of the Dust) – 87

Oh my Beloved!
With your divine presence’
In the barren garden’
Whole garden started to flourish.

When I naturally suspect,’
The divine presence of you’
I am universally seeing the gazing light’
All over the barren garden.

Oh my Beloved!
This minute, I rest peacefully’
Within your divine presence.

In my sacred burial ground
Which is correctly located
At this barren garden!

Rubayiat Al Thurab (Verses of the Dust)
I am your Mother God,
ponds of breeding sensuality,
love divine sent from beyond the bleeding God,
time caught the charm of the infinite,
a bright kiss in sublime miracles,
your life on Earth I came to flourish,
come near let me reveal the wealth of the Universe.
My next book will be out soon.
Get my first book 'The Allure Of Time' from amazon.

Green leaves My hands
into upwards into forwards.
Got that water.        Got that water.
Got that fire every morning.    Got those sun rays every day.
I’m sitting in I’m living in
the kitchen      the hub of it all
I’m flourishing. I’m flourishing.
