Excitedly I drew my pen
to have a bit of fun
to zero in on the ABC's
to take them for a run
knowing that to use them up
is really an endeavor
and that the venerable judge
is known to be quite clever.
For a "contest" challenge to use all letters in poem.

A, B, C for comedy, I think I said it once to Mr. Jack Dee,
But 'e forgot, gee it's getting hot; you see the pressures on me.
But I, J.K. Rowling am not,
'Ell bent on becoming the next Eminem, I'm not;
Oh no! M and N, I forgot.

Oh I'll ask Bob, Bob can I have a ***?
Q, you ****, said Bob Holness to me.
They should have bleeped it out; yes more tea please,
Said I to you, the V.W. driving tease.
She soon became my ex, don't ask me why.
I've got to go now, so say goodbye.
I've got to catch some Z’s.

A, b, c,
you took advantage of me.

D, e, f,
when told no you were deaf.

G, h, i,
I'm nothing you can buy.

K, l, m,
feed my soul to them.

N, o, p,
please don't be beastly.

Q, r, s,
you left me as mess.

T, u, v,
your the wave swallowing me into the sea.

W, x, y,
you watch me with your private eye.

Z,
now I'm going on to win the bet.

Twenty-six Letters,
                   Are universal symbols,
             Of Not only beautiful love,
  All that is Good,
    But also Ugly hate,
                  All that is evil.
     Infinity Gratefully accepts their company.
At the Emission of such power,

One Is unable to do anything but tremble at
The Sacred,

Power of a Word.
One can not say that it is not
Wonderfully moving to posses this
 Earthshaking ability to release
 Rattling emotions

With only the arrangement of some lines on a surface.
"May God forgive me, but the letters of the alphabet frighten me terribly. They are sly, shameless demons - and dangerous! You open the inkwell, release them; they run off - and how will you ever get control of them again!" - Nikos Kazantzakis

after his lips
brazed mine, i understood what
churches meant to saints;
death and rebirth and homecoming and
ease. the artistry of our
flesh meeting flesh,
gentle grassroot heartbeats finding
heaven in the moles on our shoulders, our
inner thighs. he hums a hymn of becoming and i
join the chorus: a
kingdom of quiet wednesdays and
leaving forget-me-nots on my pillowcase to bloom.
murmurous, he sweetens my melancholy; our
naked bodies left bare to the seasons,
over and over again, unafraid. i
part my gracious fingers and
quilt for him a makeshift
rosebush beneath blue eyes and
summery glances. our
testimony is this:
underneath july starlight,
victory is found in the
warmth of our
xanthic chapel; a
yearlong love story left
zen in our delicate rapture
my first a to z poem about my sweet love. enjoy

Calm solace in the night
Pushing a pen, left to right
Though  concept undefined
Word on nothing, and anything
Build from a scrap

Drift inside a core of A to Z
Sometime found, a new world,
And got lost inside
Sometime, search for identity,
And rediscover self
Sometime, found an attentive ears,
And a glimpse of smile
Sometime, word lost its taste,
And sometime,
they are the best

All about A to Z.
