How many times
Can I say that I'M NOT GUILTY, no!
Don’t recognize that face.
Is this a game?
You’re playing with my life you know.
How much more can I take?

This is my plea.
Come rescue me.

Is it a crime
To get overwhelmed and angry too?
They never ask my side.
You’re not the only one
Who feels the pain; I BREAK DOWN too!
I wish we didn’t have to fight.

This is my plea.
Have mercy on me!

How did things get so out of hand?
I’m looking back at what I did,
And I don’t understand.
That’s NOT LIKE ME!
I had no premonitions of breaking your heart.
I’m not sure who, what, when, or where,
But they say they found my fingerprints there.

Say I’m the guilty one,
But I am a VICTIM too.
They say it's a lost cause.

THERE'S A DEAD MAN WALKING!

I’ve got an empty soul.
I’m a casualty of LOVE GONE COLD.
Don’t know where it went wrong.

Baby could we share your Umbrella?
Ella!
You remind me of the River bend
And?
In your eyes is something special I saw
Oh!
Are you doubting my conscience?
Sense?
Can't you see we are birds of a feather?
Either
And what I feel for you is way too fly
Lie
Are you going to leave me in this flame
****
For what I feel your beauty's to blame
Lame
A thing too precious to be on any shelf
Elf
Let me triumph over your pride
I'd
If you feel the same, I wanna know
No!

Shallow breaths,
tight chest,
blurry vision,
No rest.
*******
by my thoughts:
make it stop...
‘give it all you’ve got.’
Head spinning,
hope dwindling.
Skin burning,
bones chilling.
Drowning in air
a sinking ship;
dying of thirst,
and I don’t get a drip.
Surrounded by an ocean
and I can’t see
anything.
I can’t hear
for the life of me.
This feeling
I swear
is killing
me.

Whispering:
“give in
don’t get up
stay home
you’re not enough.
Even if there’s nothing wrong:
walk out the door
and harm
will come”
This ubiquitous feeling
draping
over me,
enveloping
everything,
wet,
and weighted...
bet you’ve never hated
someone so much
you’d stab them in the chest
and without a moments rest
grab them at the throat
so tight they can’t whisper a note
and leave them wondering
if they’ve even given their best
after their whole self feels negated.

**This hate,
this punishment
or something,
draped
over me
so viciously
is known as:
Anxiety.

Never blame yourself for being hurt; rather blame the person who did it. So when you're up at 3 a.m. crying because you saw his hand around another waist, remember;
It was never your fault, you are not the problem. Never blame yourself for not being their version of "good enough". You are made with flawed traits, yes, but they are stitched together with unconditional love. And one day, someone will always remind you that you are, more than ever enough.
2. Not everyone you smile with, would mirror it back, nor would every soul you share your heart with, give a bit in return. That doesn't make you gullible, nor them bad. You cannot love everyone, neither will every soul take to yours.
3. Never listen to the one negative insult against the roar of approval. Jealousy is a wicked fruit. Never succumb to it.
4. Never settle, never stay within that which makes you comfortable. People always prefer what they are used to, rather than the heart wrenching, pounding, scare of the unknown.
5. "No" is a very powerful word. Learn to use it. Never feel guilty because you aren't doing what they want.  You are your own person. Make your own decisions, and stand strong upon them, unshakable.
6. People, come in all different types. No one, two people are the same. Do not stretch your head to kiss the *** of everyone. Do not try to cater for every soul. Its okay to have your discrepancies and your dislikes. No one ever pleased everyone and lived to tell a happy tale.
7.Your past should never prevent you from advancing forward. What's done has happened, and whilst you regret that kiss, the touch, the penetrating 30 minutes in a tiny stall, his musty breath on your fine skin, it cannot be undone. Erase the memory, look forward, wipe the slate clean. Tomorrow is another day. It's okay, you'll be okay.
8. The stares and gossip only last so long, hold your head high. They laugh now, keep your perseverance, it will pay off in the end. Never fall prey to a wolf with dead threats; all they say is nothing but garbled attempts to fit in and ostracize.
9 You might find yourself cutting your neck off for a person who wouldn't take a bruise for you; they wouldn't even hold an umbrella open. Don't fall pity to being stepped on.
10. You will love, you will try, you will burn out, and you will come back again. No one said life was an easy road. No one guaranteed that he meant when he said he'd love you. No one promised a happy ever after. Make your own ending,
*Endure child, Endure.

I'm normally the bird who sits high in the tree,
not afraid to fly or to be alone,
but sometimes the cold gets a little too cold,
and there are places I want to feel like home.

I don't always want the world to feel like open air,
just waiting for me to fall,
I need to be wrapped up in someones embrace,
and to be protected from it all.

Flying alone in the air is harder than it looks,
my wings are torn and tired
my feet are word and cold
and I need someone to help me
to keep me strong and bold.

Will you be that person?
to protect me from the air?
and what it feels like to be falling,
into the abyss of hell on earth?

I dreamed of you last night,
it happens once in a while.
Us lovers' tale is the usual kind.
Us lovers' tale...except last night.

We are both needing to change
Fast, and before it's too late.

I gave you my heart, it's been yours alone,
last night however, words drilled a hole.
And despite the fact that we're  both at fault,
you keeping my heart might be no more.

Know this is not a complaint,
Heaven knows I'm no saint.

I dreamed of you last night,
it happens once in a while.
Us lovers' tale is the usual kind,
Us lovers' tale...the kind I want.
Love is going through everything that has been designed to tear lovers apart and come out even stronger.

I found her in the field that summer day,
queen of all wild flowers.
Her beauty was beyond compare,
I admired her for hours.

Something about her caught my attention
as she started gazing back.
That single glance, Gods finest invention,
left an imprint on my heart.

By and by the winter took her away,
There was no one to blame.
I found her in the field the other day,

this time however...

Nothing was the same.
A little something that came to me tonight, some things are better left in the past. We can only look to the future with hope in our hearts and optimism in our souls.

Lost in time
These words aren't mine.

Unable to see reality
I plunge in to the darkness.

My hopes distort my dreams.
It seems I can’t tell them apart.

I fear I will never find my calling.
I feel alienated
By my own consciousness.

I don't feel I am ever on the right track.
Everything shifts
From one place to the next.

An uncontrolled mind
Feeding me only lies.

I am my own burden.

I'm walking on glass.
Every step is a risk I take.

Only to fall through the fragile shattered pieces.

And from there
I start again.

After decades and decades of distance
I've found you
The sluggish, torturous moments of the laps
have finally passed.
Time has bruised me, pounded me, bled me
to the core.
Hours spent as a pack of wolves,
howling for a soul.
I've hunted, starving in my travels.
Searching for you.
Me, a pack of hunting dogs not just stalking
quietly through still woods....
but bolting with snarling furled lips....
exposing razor sharp fangs to sink deep within
the throat of the love I long for.
Hold tight until the struggling gazelle gasps its last.
The hunt is over,
the heart full from the gorging.
Purring in each others company.
While resting tranquilly on the aromatic clover.
Riffles unable to focus, our stripes blending,
as our bodies merge.
The great cats we are, no predator to fear.
We slumber and bask in our regal glory.
Our cat eyes fixed on each other!

We want things, we ask for things, we love things, we hate things, we cherish things, I love you, you love me it's the same thing but so different it's so simple but yet complicated the world round me round you round, I have pain I see your pain you have pain you see my pain, I love you you love me it means the same thing but doesn't it's simple but complicated
Can you name  this poem for me
