They
They all deserve to die
To suffer as much as a brother who died
As much as a mother who was burned alive
As much as the nations they turned to ash
They
But they who?
The children of ancestors who's long been gone
Innocents beheaded for the crimes of the old
Lives sacrificed to vengece a crime occured decades ago
They
They who?
A question that people hardly try to look up an answer to
For it's answer too has been lost
In the graves of those who commited the wrongs
Yet
"they" remain
Yet the pain remains
So does anger, so does vengence
As bright as a burning flame
People aren't defined by the crimes of their governments, or else, we'll all be criminals now.

Sometimes I wonder if this will be the cause of my demise. I cannot fathom such an incessant desire to see the good in all things; grant nations the benefit of doubt. I am blind to all but intent, intrinsic nature, and heart. I create euphemisms out of people.

I want to touch your hearts.
I wish to cease the violence
from divided souls from which it starts.
Not one man is a saint
Nor is he the devil...
Let us all link our care for lives, together, as we stand
civil
Like the Dominos which may fall when a war shot blows
or punch is thrown
Starting a moment's impulse of angry repayments to start
without thought from the heart
we never seem to be able to finish what goodness we have started.
Here it goes
Like a skipping record.
The same events under new people and their own defined terms.
I shall take off the defective record and play for you
a sweet and relaxing record
that shall place clear minds and connect such
with their good parts of the heart.
If each one of us does such, in this world, we won't be the dead from which our souls have departed.
We live onward, connected, a stronger unit than when in the division.
If one by one, us good dominos, start a chain reaction
To our hearts, that great karma shall come back to us...
Like a boomerang
The world as a fortress of sweet and enjoyable unity
To everlast that odds of the struggling and desperate portions of fallen communities.

The flags contort and distort

In the air

Writhing in the wind

Nations proud, lie

Humbled at their knees

What is done in the dark

Shall be brought to the light

In full view and truth

We are who we are

But we are still all human

No matter how vast the world we live in

No matter how near or how far

We are where we are

We are all human

No matter the hue of our skin

We are all human

We are not all men

But we are all human

No matter the nationality or origin

We are all human

No matter how thick or how thin

We are all human

No matter how great our sins

We are all human

No matter faith

Or what we believe in

We are all human

We do not love or hate the same things

But we are all human

No matter how strong the convictions

Nation against nation or between simple citizens

We are all human

No matter the civil

Or social unrest that has risen

We are all human

No matter the wars we wage

No matter the battles we win

No matter the violence that's made

In the end it's humans both sides are burying

Human life lost that both sides are mourning

The weight of human life in the caskets they're carrying

But both sides are still human

One thing we all have in common

Times not our friend

It is and should be our only end

But…

In the news

I only hear about humans ending humans

Why is it that I see violence

Why is it that when I look around

I see humans

But…

Little humanity
"I see humans but no humanity."

The institutionalized Racism in America and inequality
is not something by chance.
When there can be persecution for
Something as Spiritual Dance.
There is a bit of unspoken truth,
one that I don't expect you to understand.
There's all evidence, there's all proof.
But no mater the devastation, we stand.
Let me take you back to a time,
to a land where proud Nations stood.
The loss of our land,
Culture is nothing short of a crime.
Our Grief and our passion is often... Misunderstood.
Walking on a trail of broken treaties
our feet bled and our hearts cried.
As they march on indifferently
while our Women and Children died.
We break away from the systems
that we're mean to divide,
reawaken the truth we all keep inside.
But no matter the destruction and devastation,
from the ashes, like a Phoenix we rise.
So my friend, regardless of the poverty within the reservation
It still will not silence our Strong Warrior's cries.

This is a poem that was written for a class assignment as a group project to help illustrate the history and story behind the injustice acted upon the Indigenous Nations in the United States.

The world's on fire, peace is extinct
Look how fragile peaceful minds can get
All hostile minds are having a ball right now.
It's like peace got embellished in chaos.
Where's peace at, what happened to her?
Regional, global local, peace is in short supply.
This is the renaissance of a new world order
Where partial peace coexists with total chaos
People only search Google for mostly facts
Not for solutions to some distorted peace

What is peace then, how can it be?
Just a routine rhetorical question
Coming from the disturbed mind in me
Listen, One-minute partial peace
Bang, another minute total chaos!
Nowadays, Instability everywhere is commonplace
As unscripted hate rhetoric freely echos,
From jihadic podiums to confused minds.
The conspicuous birthplace of premeditated evil.
The mind, soft spots of those totally confused
Call it the hotspots and playground for the devil.
I, the skeptic, to say the very least,
See this quiet storm as a distorted peace!

I just want to be a ghost from the eyes who judge .

My skin my roots my beliefs .

I just want to fly over to the sky
Riding the wind to the stars
Breaking down the border lines
Dropping  some lightning to the nation flags
Holding hands of broken hearts .

Hopefully one day
