Learning to see the beauty through the darkened rain.
Feel the peace of the storm as it washes everything from me.
Closing my eyes and feeling the drops on my eyelids as my tears get mixed in.
Letting the hurricane take away my weakness in order to make me stronger. Making me bare, only my bones are seen through the  downpour of rain.
I will trust you Lord for you are King of the skies that bring the storms. As I become weak you become my only strength. I will trust you for you're all that is faithful and true.
Refining.

Break break break
On the sand that still waits, O sea.
And I wish that time could erode
the past that unravels me.

O well for the barefoot boy that
passes the length of the shore.
O well for the fisher without a net
who forgot what the struggle was for.

And the weathered ship moves on
to the place where its cargo must rest.
But, O that I could disembark
or unload this unconquerable mess.

Break Break Break
At thy faithful cliffs, O sea.
But I fear that a day I can never repeat
will forever come back to me.
This is my own version of Break Break Break by Tennyson; my favourite poem.

I thank the Lord
I praise the Lord
Forgive me if I did something wrong
It wasn't my intention
Kept everyone in good positions
Forgive me if I was unjust
My dear lovely children
You've been better than the best
Always there in my happy times
More so in my distress
And my grandchildren, with all my heart
Best wishes for your future
May you grow up to be reflections
Just like your parents
They've been too kind
To my dear wife
My sole walking stick in dark nights
You've been my eternal love,
My partner, my sunshine
My body might be away, but you'll always have control
My heart is forever yours, I'll guide you with my soul
And with each morning, in the rays I shall emerge
Sieve through the moon, when it turns night
There is hope, for our love
There is hope
See you on the other side.

Oh? But what wandering eye?
You curse me so still?
I have given you my dignity, my chastity, my love and my hate.
Why must you demand?
These shackles you hold around my feet,
They are frigid, fickle... Frugal.
Surely I am not to blame! Surely, surely!
Oh, but wandering eye,
You have outlasted all, you have tainted all in your cruel excitement.
You are my well-lived enemy

Oh, but so fair, oh but so tall, and oh,
How you vitiate my love and loves!
Oh, how you have bound many before you!

What flickering excitement you bring, and what black ruin you warrant.

I searched your face for words
as you drummed softly on my knee.
Poetry hidden within your pores.
paints through my mind a melody.

A kiss in the darkness to a new year.
I close my eyes and listen to the beat.
Vibrating colors I see, feel or do I hear?
Inspires me - create something for the Lord:

To see, feel, hear, taste and smell so clear
I give thanks for the way Jesus restores
with blessings, lessons, senses and love so near
Heavenly rewards I will never afford.

your silhouette is a scene of Christ’s creativity.
Those rhythms show sensations that He’s in motion
your heart-beat sounds of His life giving power.
your lips taste like the sweetness of answered prayers.

I smell His provisions and it is quiet for a moment.
...You're just a man...
But, you make me want to love God more fiercely.
Feelings are fickle compared to Christ, so consistent.

He’s the reasons we’re here, like this.
We may run off time.
He will be the reason when we’re gone.
OH dear, I may run out of sense and rhymes.

His love will remain.

Lord, I bow down to You today
Whatever things that come my way
Please be with me, please always stay
Help me to be happy and gay
Despite of all the struggles each day
Of all the games of life to play
Make me stand, I don't want to lay
Like I am nothing day by day
Pliant like bamboo, here I stay
I only move like I do sway
But I will never fall and decay
And leave nothing in this world's array
So my dear Lord, these I say
Please guide me in this thorny way
To see beyond things in display
Let me feel You in  every bray
Let me see You whenever I bay
Show me Your light, show me the ray
The beam of hope, please I do pray
Let me escape from this shade of grey
Pull me from being astray
Set my feet to ride on Your dray
Going to where I should stay
A place for me with no more games to play
Instead pure love to offer each day.
For those who are seeking...

Lord knows
I've fallen into the rusty hidden comfort
of too many mens' arms.

I've found all  the wrong ways of coping,
so what're the right ones?

I cannot eat and I cannot sleep anymore
because Your Great Love has been
knocking down my doors.
God, I am filthy, but you make me clean
You've had great plans for me
before I even became a little bean.
Growing up brings some bitter pains,
You wash it away with your healing rain.
My timid soul is thirsty and starving.
Shape me Lord, into your perfect carving.

Lighthouse, He Is.

To be the light for which a ship seeks
To be the beam that travels the seas
To be the star from a distant shore
To be a sign of hazardous boundaries
To be the guidance for safe passage
I am your Guiding Light
I am your Protector
I am your Safe Haven
I am your Lighthouse
I am He above all
I am your Lord

God Bless

Upon you, I am transfixed.
Being of All, center of the worlds.
To your majesty I bow,
every individual is blessed a king.
Gods and Goddesses of the
gardens, show yourselves!

My vision has thus directed
a change in view.
I'm spellbound by this divinity
that reflects from within you.
What heavens could we imagine?
What quests would the greatest
among us set out for?

Pulled from the masses,
swiftly switched are my perceptual glasses.
A mass of flesh craving to cling
to absolutely every material 'thing.'
But then again, what could be said
for the lost glory and wars o' the dead?
I pray we can return..

Over the hill,
around that teasing bend,
lays the treasure of our souls.
This diamond we must defend.
Link of history past
and center of the soul!
To thee I ascend,
the ultimate goal.
feel me?
