I am a rich man, not financially,
But morally, I am the Bill Gates.
None other than me is endowed so richly,
I am as close to perfection as it really gets.
I stay on the fair side of morality,
Carefree about standard she sets.
It matters not as she let herself down in reality.

Today the demons are alive and well,
And I'm trapped in my personal Hell -
Pounding on the prison gates,
But no one answers and I fear it's too late.

If I couldn't save myself,
How are they supposed to?

Stuck here in this empty cell
That I sentenced myself to -
Locked my soul away so nobody could steal it,
But a soulless life broke my heart,
And now nobody could heal it.

No, didn't need a boy to break my ***** of a heart,
I did that myself when I locked up my soul
And threw away the key.

And now I'm crying for release,
Screaming, "Someone help me!"

When you lock away your mind
Trying to hide from the lies,
It's the truth you're sure to find.
But sometimes reality is just too **** real,
And sometimes you break your own heart.

You just gotta keep searching
For a way back out.

Prison break,
Break the gates
And embrace your fate.

And all the while please just know
For there to be a Hell on Earth,
There must also be a Heaven.

For Heaven's sake, let's rush those gates,
Escape the land of relentless self hate.
So sick of being a powerless inmate,
But it's what I get for pushing you away.

There I go again pushing myself back into the cell
That I know too well.
If this is Hell, dear Lord,
Where is my Heaven?

I can't find it -
I've been searching for years,
Yet hiding behind my fears,
And drowning in my countless tears.

Maybe I can cry my way out of this.
My soulless life, so lifeless
Even the guards have disappeared!
So why the **** am I still here?!

It's time for a prison break,
Break the gates
And embrace my fate.

And the whole time I'll remember
For there to be a Hell on Earth,
There must also be a Heaven.

Feeling like I don't deserve it -
Laying my dreams to rest
In a brutal death,
Won't pass this test.
I'm testing myself to see if I've grown comfortable
In my cell I know far too well -
Maybe this isn't Hell,
Maybe this was Heaven all along.

For I once told myself
The greatest joy in life is crying.
Well then why aren't I happy by now?

It's been so long that happiness is just a myth to me -
A bedtime story you tell yourself
While the monsters in the closet
And under the bed
And in your head
And your heart
Start to creep out to tear you apart.

But somehow I've made it out alive,
I'll hold onto my soul this time.

For I've broken the gates, and before it's too late
I'm on my way to find my heaven.

As I woke from my living nightmare,
My eyes were blinded by shining gold.

My hands touched the misty waters,
The chill shivered my weakened bones.

I started to think,
Is this the end?
Have I reach the finish line.

The boat began to shake,
My heart skipped a beat.

Then, a voice arose from the creaking floor.
"Next stop, Heavens Gates."

Blood rushed inside of my veins,
A race was made with fate,
And all I could do was wait.

The boat stopped.
My eyes were freed,
Oh, what I feared to see.

I saw,
Calm white waters.
I saw,
Lost souls underneath my feet.
I saw,
A man standing in the distance,
With Golden gates at his back.

He called me by name.
His voice felt like a whisper.
He said, "Do not be afraid."

I started to walk on still waters,
Following the pure blood stains-
Towards the Man in front of Heaven Gates.

The water started to stand above my eyes.
With each climb it made,
My faith was slayed.

I began to sink.
My foot was trapped by Satan's grasp.
I started to scream,
But my voice was taken,
by Hell's Kraken.

Before my faith was lost,
To death's masterpiece,
The man spoke again,
“Peace! Be still!”

The rising waves,
Which was my grave,
became the slave.

He reached out his hand for mine.
He lift me out of Satan's care,
And said the words I'll never forget.
“Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?”

I looked upon his face,
For this is what I feared to see,
The Son of Man standing in front of me.

I tried to speak,
But my lips were shut.
I tried to weep,
But my heart was a sleep.

He spoke again,
And he said to me.

"I am the way,
And the truth,
And the life.
No one comes to the Father-
except through me."

When I felt my doom was near,
He uttered the words,
"I forgive you."

At last,
My fear was destroyed.
My heart was filled with Joy.

Then, the last words he said to me,
"Welcome to Heavens Gates."

We are like a tree
That is planted like a river
So strong are we
Let's break the chains that hold us back

Enemies surround me
They chase me around
Some want to **** me
Like a tree I am

In my traps I lie
As rivers run through me
Darkness covers me
As fog and clouds

Somewhere inside me
I have melted
I wander the mountains
In shame and doubt

Then I know I have to stop
I am strong
I am protected
From all harm

Gates will open wide
So the King will come in
He will open his arms wide
As I walk in

As the sound of her footsteps diminish in proportion to her figure
her shadow lengthens across the street
The horizon eats everything and I am always on the inside
from that same hunger I yell, please.

/

She told me a secret
Now I make maps from empty pages
and hide my poetry in her
I believe in nothing else

/

In the emptiest hours of evening
through an open window to your kitchen
stray animals are lured by the scent of flavours they've never tasted
and I knock on your door hoping you are not home

/

In spite of the chemicals
and circumstances that we are
I kiss the stars and lose my place
upon the pages you are writing

/

I long to be collecting
on your tongue
like snowflakes
like secrets

/

I see now
how
after the third try
a genie fails to complete
what comes naturally
in your arms

/

childhood is a secret we'll remember someday;
for the heroes we were, for the monsters we saved

/

hope everything falls out of your pockets
hope you arrive at the gates empty handed
hope they can forgive you for arriving empty
O,
Ye samaria
Harken unto us,
For this is how far the Lord has brought us
"We Gehazi"

For
By our afflictions
Did thee left us
In the stench over the gates of the city

There
We sat in our rags
And wobbled in the burns of the fiery sun
But
When night invaded the peace of the sun
Was the burns gobbled wholly
Allowing the malicious cold breeze
Pierce through our bones and marrow
Like the arrows of the syrians

Yet
Now and then
Will thy hearts
Befriend compassion
And serve us with the remains of thy garbages
And yea,
Their pungent aroma we gasp with delight
And although,it came with a bruised satiety
It curbed our curse and anxieties
We were wasted, yet death feared to waste us whole

But
In the times
When thy comforting abundance
Was clutch and struck by thine enemies
Did thy desperation for quench
Plunge through our lungs and stomach

Like
Thee,we were hoist by famish
Yet exceedingly
And our souls will bleed relentlessly
When we prayed and wept

"Why sit we here until we die"

There
The spirit of the lord
Descended in our midst
O,we unclean
And made us more valiant than thine armies
We bacame conquerors of thine enemies
When
We stride
Through the valleys
Of the shadows of death
And every step we made scaled our breath
Yet through all,and Truth
His rod comforted us
And oblivious of our fate
He set banquets in the tents
Of our enemies
Our rags did he made the finest robes
And in our care did he bade their luxuries

O,
Ye doubtors and despaired samarians
Harken unto us
For we carry the glad tidings of the lord
Behold!
Ye all on this day
Shall witness the great abundance
Of the lord
And testify his mighty works for all

Great Deliverance In The Midst Of Darkness

Shine Luna Shine
Shine
Shine off the years of
Agony,
Through those bars of rage
And painful plagues
Shine to the modern world,
And
Tell it to heavens gate
Shine Luna Shine
Shine
Did they break you?
Or ***** you a thousand times?
Didn't they **** you?
And make you a modern lie?
Shine Luna Shine
Shine
Shine off the evil deeds
That made you a laughing stock,
Shine off those evil words,
They told you at teenage age
Shine
Shine off the hatred
And make them roaming wretched,
Shine Luna Shine
Shine
Make them wonder
And
Ponder
Shine Luna Shine
Make them a whirling wind,
Give them nights of terror
Soar and leap like an ocean,
Swallow them deep
Take them all
As you Shine Forth
Still;
Shine Luna Shine,
Shine.
This is a poetic story that express deep rooted emotions.

I assured him I was okay,
insisted he'd go catch his train.

Though the meeting had shook me,
I knew how to stand and behave.

He told me
forget about today,
use camp as an opportunity for relaxation
and not to keep peering at that dense haze.

But I couldn't.
The truth burned and scalded my face.
Her lies felt like a wet blanket,
soothing all the ache.

It would be easier to oblige,
to push aside dreams of justice
and give in to her lies.

But, no I couldn't.
And I wouldn't.
Cause to do so I'd betray someone's trust.

Tear burned behind my eyes.
I told him once again that I was alright.

He let out a heavy side,
left me at the school gates.

Father knew I considered this my place.
My safe place.
My hiding place.

How long does a baby wait
Until the Mothers water breaks
To pass thru the gates... of time

How quickly things change
the moment we have names
victims of the game... of time

Our bodies race our minds
Only one will truly find
Peace in the design... of time

There is never enough
yet always too much
the battle of it verses us
