Truth, what a flighty tempest,
what a silent storm.
How strange it is to speak it,
feel its mark on your tongue,
the metallic taste in your throat.

Mine has always been a silent world,
So words have not been easy,
some words have been easy,
greasy as words.

As another lie,
slips between my lips,
soft as a breath of wind.

And I have denied, and then denied
that I denied.
I have invented myself,
so many times,
so that others would believe.

They would think
that I was who they thought I was, and I suppose,
so that I, too, would believe.
And also for
no
particular
reason
I have lied, and that is
the truth.

What if God was a man, like mortal beings
He would be a man feared by kings
He would awe the world by doing unspeakable things,
The world will know of his name
Atheist would try but science can’t explain.

If God was a man,
He would seat on the throne of dilemma
Trying to answer the prayers of every man
The common man who prays for good health
For business sake, the coffin maker prays for death,
The common man who prays for peace in his place
The lawyer who prays for his case.

If God was a man,
One that I can touch this close
If man propose, how dare he dispose!
Isn’t he human like us?
Why does he find joy in our loss?

If God was a man,
Would he also fall in love?
Would that explain the birth of his son?
When he dies where will he go?
Would he tell us world secrets no one knows?

If God was a man,
Would we see him as God?
Would you believe if he performed miracles as God?
Or if he spoke in a heavenly voice?
Would you rather think
he is just a man seeking fame by force

In silence I read what poets wrote,
of love they spoke of hearts they broke,

I stood and saw the lovers go,
how bitter how sad you wonder!

I could not write running out of words,
You can't make a point without your swords,

calm I sat and they asked me why ?
I fear, my darling, of what the future holds,

where life and death make a difference not,
it doesn't matter how much you try,

I'm back at least that's how I feel,
life's gone what's left is what I write,

Back after silence

it's time to let myself go.
It's time to give up.
It's time to let everyone know
That I finally believe
That I'm worthy of love. Praise.
That I'm finally comfortable
in my own skin.
And if I can feel that way about myself
I have faith you can too.
It all starts by looking within.

Learn to move on without an apology or an explanation.

Learn to let go without the closure that you deserve.

Keep your head high through the blows dealt by people who don't try to understand you.

Learn to be okay with people thinking badly of you.

Learn not to care what people say behind your back.

Understand your worth, regardless of those who take advantage of your kindness.

Learn to smile even when the tears are welling up.

Learn to respond with Grace, even if battles are raging around you.

Know who you really are, and be true to that no matter what.

Learn to be proud of your intentions, your values, and your feelings.

Learn that the future will always hold better things.

Know that good things will come if you put love out into the world.
These pages
of my life's stages
wilt & decay,
frail bones will rot
in our grave,
nothing is forever
ties and tongues severed,
fire fueled hearts change
as does the weather,
it's a harsh cold reality
time a commodity,

some say it's wasted youth
searching,

running through the pain
coping in my own lane
left  yearning..

snags in the road
destructive holds,
love’s sick tricks
ignorance
carries a death wish,
yet I'm glad to have her love
cause without it
Nightmares swarm
Casting shadows shaped
by karma’s forked tongue

you are strong from inside.
you are more strong you is the key of happiness
so don't let other spoil you for no reason
be strong for what you are..
I am my own creation,
Never a factor of the world's situation,
to my death I am an individual,
Yet with others like me,
we are martyrs,
Ready to stand for what's right,
Through the darkest and coldest nights
We live to die in the fight,
Bred in this light,
Our hearts carry no fright,
For even in death,
we know it's not the end of life

Be
Be a light that shines bright;
Be a mighty knight.
Be strong and fight;
And be a person that brings the world with delight.
