What He did
will never be forgotten.
What He did
will never be forsaken.

What He did
was a precious moment.
His suffering
will always be a bestowment.

Getting to know Him
because He survived.
Our hearts have embraced,
flourished, and thrived.

His blood
beats through our soul
lingering to our body
and transforming us as whole.

He wiped our tears
so we could see.
Broke our chains
so we could be free.
Embraced us
to know it's okay.
Woke us up
to be alive another day.
Gave us words
so we could share.
Gave us hearts
so we could care.
Gave us feet
so we could walk and run.
Gave us laughter
so we could have fun.
Gave us arms
to lift Him up
Gave us His presence
to overflow in our cup.

When I wake up in the morning
I remember you are gone.
I keep regretting what I did.
I did too many things wrong.

Every night I lay in bed
thinking about you for too long.
Again regretting what I did
and what I did wrong.

During the day I try not to remember,
but the process goes on and on.
How I regret what I did
yet again what I did wrong.

Crack, crack
went her steps
on the old
abandoned track.

She gazed above
at the trees
brushing their branches
along with the breeze.
.
No sun to be seen
but at least there
were colors
other than green.

Birds nestled in nests
from the cold
as nature
is to bbehold.

God makes such
beautiful things
as we embrace
what nature  brings.

When I'm with you
times fades away.
When I'm with you
I enjoy the day.

When I'm with you
our love is thick.
When I'm with you
good-bye comes too quick.

When I'm with you
I never want it to end.
When I'm with you
I love the time we spend.

A winter breeze
brushed against the tassels
of her velvet scarf.

She breathed in
the misty, wet smells
that melt her heart.

Her mittens tickled
the warm, scarlet wool
padded in her pockets.

Winds back and forth
against the snowy trees
rocking large  snow deposits.

She smiled at the
mushy, muddy tracks
her boots evenly made.

She bunched up
a big ball of powdery snow
and in that she played.
Crystal Freda Jan 2018
Snowflakes shaking and dancing
onto the roof of the old brick house.
Prancing and lancing
toward the ground.
Each flake with a different structure
but each one is glimmering
one after another
with a whispering windy sound.

quartz so divine
and shimmering bright
and it will always be fine
like a magical light
with a structure so pure
and brilliant allure.
A rock of great might
and it will always outshine.

she gazes at the cherished sky
to a bright rainbow
with colors so vibrant and so divine,
her eyes just can't help but fly.

her wings spread out to the colors
the rainbow embraces
and her pure white wings
lay on this creation of wonders.

her heart blossoms
as she touches these painted drops
of this brilliant masterpiece
while her body softens.

peace unravels
in this majestic moment,
her wings expand again
back home she travels.

this destination would be home
one day for her heart
belonged to this race of colors
where she was never alone.

When we were together,
we took flight.
We discovered every inch
and every sight.
Under you wing
I feet secure
until one day
our flight had a detour.
Your fluttering wings
no longer fluttered with mine.
You floated away
and my wings began to decline.
I felt scissors slowly
cut against my back
causing me to fall
and my flight lost track.
My wings were gone
as I fell from the sky.
Losing my heart
and my ability to fly.
Don't let a person define you.

Ghost white flurries
parade silently on the slanted *****.
Little drops of winter blessings
unraveling sheer chutes of hope.

Almighty's shining spotlight
hanging in Picotee sky.
Magical and radiant
messengers roam and angelify.

The Lord's house powerfully
sustained and stood.
A calming and Celeste night
begat winter's blessings on the wood.
Crystal Freda Jan 2018
A magical moonlight
gazing above the misty snow.
Every snowflake glistens
as it slowly falls below.

Slow, brisk winds
now misty and cold.
All fall colors are now
light silver and not gold.

Under the moon
everything is shiny and bright.
All glowing radiantly
on this cold winter's night.
Crystal Freda Dec 2019
Uranian splashes of effulgence
painting the granite off the rocks.
Emitting the jewels of ivory pearls
proceeding from the aqueous curls.

Gardens of genus glaciers
gushing down rapidly.
Fountains of heartbeats toters
and misty sounds confront the waters.

Chilly chips of frost
awakens the window of winter.
Flakes of frozen trounces
pouring pitchers of priunious pounces.

far beyond

she looks to the moon

thinking deep thoughts

about this mysterious lune.

she wonders

if the moon could be wished on

instead of a star

and would it take long?

He took her hand
and took her to a raging land
where everything was different
and nothing was planned.

He held her hand and didn't let go
through the pressuring winds that blow.
The storms were so strong and harsh.
It felt like a tornado.

After the storm was over and gone,
she asked him why it was so long.
He responded still holding her hand.
"I wanted to show you with me, you are strong."

She sits quietly under a grayish, pine tree.
Her brown hair blows along with the wind.
She reads her book with meaningful glee.
Reading until the end.

She imagines of being a story girl.
Seeing exotic, new places.
Traveling around the world.
with all different spaces.

Fighting in battles
and being rescued.
As each page unravels.
This adventure is to be continued.

She suddenly awakens
as her book is now finished.
She takes a book to break in.
Another adventure for a new image.
Another one of my favs.

Wonder and amazement
of the greatest feeling.
Real love and mercy
supported by a great feeling.
Holiness and peace
intertwined  in God's love.
Pain disappears when kneeling.
Crystal Freda Apr 2019
a window
that her eyes grew to know.
cloudy skies and cloudy visions
blistered like snow.

thoughts
dark and forlom.
her broken esprit
grew tired and worn.

time
spent in misery.
she ached for repose,
but her head growing wintry.
Crystal Freda Jan 2018
Her pen strayed on the paper.
Not a word to be penned
Her thoughts were blank
as with the paper would blend.

She sat and sat.
She wondered and wondered.
Her heart was trying
but her mind was plundered.

She would attempt for hours
but nothing would come.
Not even a slice,
not even a crumb.

She would eat, think,
and stressfully walk.
She couldn't find a cure
for her writer's block.
Crystal Freda Apr 2019
You are broken,
but there is a reason.
Beautiful shards of you
are changing in this season.

You may feel empty,
but your brim is filling up.
Crystal clear waters
are brewing in your cup.

Don't let these damaged
pieces bring you down.
These pieces are jewels
attached to your crown.
Crystal Freda Dec 2018
Letting go is never easy to do,
but sometimes your broken heart
needs to be mended through.

This will take a bit of time,
but you will be all right
Everything will eventually be fine.

I know you are hurting right now,
but you will find answers
and you will figure out how.

So look up, you did what was right.
You will see the sun one morning
instead of a moonless night.
Crystal Freda Sep 2017
In time
you will heal.
In your mind
you will never forget.
In your heart
you will feel.
where it really hit.
Soon pain
will be gone.
It will be real.
It was hard
and wrong
but be still.
In time
you will heal.
