I want to fall in the snow
Wear the sparkle to hide my soul
And Be soothed by the cold
As my body goes numb
~^~^~^~

trees wrapped in
glimmering lights
shine and sparkle
under moons night
open land so bright
to run
to slide
snow so white and
soft like clouds
absorbs our bodies fall

pines and firs
a canopy
casting gaze on all below
branch tips wrapped in
delicate ice
magic wands
hovering o're our heads
this eve of moonlit glow

My whole life I've gone
without seeing the Ocean,
and then
I met you.

Looking in your eyes
was like discovering
The Atlantic Ocean.

Who would've known
the waves would lead
me to you.

For once you were touched
like you deserved to be,
by sparkling gold,
by soft star dust
that caressed you in your sleep.
After all that darkness
you could’ve never seen the menace of light,
you only wanted to escape a fate
that did you no justice.

She is a diamond that sparkle
Reflecting her own misty glow
She is the free flowing fluid hope
In the carbon cave of deploration

Your eyes shine brighter
Than the milky way veiwed from Shenandoah
And twinkle more
Than all of the attacks and special effects in anime
Yes, this is a love poem. I've tried to avoid writing any because mine are a bit cheesy.

i'm not the diamond in every ring
i am not the splash in every raindrop
i am not the caffeine in your coffee

i am not the sugar in your taffy
i am not the stars in your night sky
i am no longer the sparkle behind your chocolate-coloured eyes

but i am the pain in your ensemble of distressing words
and unfortunately, i am no longer yours

Grays pelting
Blues falling
Clouds tumbling
Drops twinkling
Glittering on the grass
Some find beauty
Some find gloom

In the rain
We dance and freeze
We sing and yell
We laugh and fume
We are happy
We are sad
In the beauty and gloom
Of that changing rain
We relate

We’re happy
The drops sparkle and glimmer
They help bring new life
They give water
They clean and purify

We’re sad
The drops soak
They ruin
They take away the sun
They spoil moods and plans

In the rain, we see our emotions
The drops of our reflection

Her eyes used to have this sparkle;
like stars twinkling in the night sky.
But now, all you see is the glisten
of her tears that roll down her cheeks.
