As you ask I see your fear, your complexion turned pink.
I wonder what you think, asking me to make it all easy.
Foolish human with a request out of reach, I’ve watched you
From the second you breathed,
And this evil spewing from your heart is hard to believe.
I’ve watched over the years, your smile has disappeared from ear to ear
And flipped opposite like heaven and hell.
I can feel your sense of disdain, and how you scurry for your shell.
I’d compel you to find yourself, But that’s for you to seek.
Not to be slaughtered like sheep.
You are a foolish human, and your request for death is denied.
I’ve decided against it. it’s not your time.
Not sure this would work.

Marijuana - Shayn P. and Blake H.

Shayn P:

Hey buddy,
you look down.
Let me show
You the way,
Let me show
You around.

I got a little something
Called marijuana.
Here, take some
Do you wanna?

Prepare to be amazed
This **** will leave
you dazed.
From the second
You take a hit
**** naps for days.

This is gas, $10 a gallon
Take a whiff, see what i’m sellin’
Hope you’re ready for ****
To be apart of your pallet.
Here, I  just rolled this spliff,
Take a hit of this.
Sit back and relax,
You look a little stiff.

Blake H:

I got you on this ****,
You’ll be craving it for days.
You’ll reach into your wallet
And realize you can’t pay.

Can’t pay for your ******* addiction
Your friends are scared to ask if
You’re still christian.
They’ve seen the monster you’ve become.
Whenever they see you, they run.

Shayn P:

Look at you,
You can’t come back?
I warned you buddy, dip your toe
And it’s a wrap.

You want more?
Try this instead.
Since marijuana has
Become a bore.
Take this powder my guy,
It’s for you to snort.

Blake H:

I know how you’ll feel, the adrenaline rushing to your brain,
Forget the powder, shoot this up your vein.
Feel the power, feel the high
You never knew what happened to that one guy.

I’ll tell you what happened, you killed him.
You didn’t know what happened, you had no memory.
It was the most brutal ****** of this century.

Shayn P:

It’s nasty quite honestly,
It’s something you can’t unsee.
Walk away, and try not to think
About the ones that lost
It all in a blink.
A fun little thing my friend and I did. We were given the topic marijuana and we both took turns switching off writing something creating this little project. Enjoy!

Appearing in the dark,
You wrap around my love,
In greedy form.
A knife in my heart, I'm bleeding.
Frozen, watching you.
Laughing, no one seems to notice you
Sitting with ease, on his lap.
Unknowingly, my legs take me,
quickly,
out of your sight.
The bathroom mirror reveals
The true reflection of the woman
Living in fear.
Build my confidence, glass.
Erase the flutter in my stomach.
Stitch the wound in my heart.
Strong, beautiful woman -
Saunter back to your seat.
Sit with his friends,
Strangers to you.
Look in his golden eyes.
See his truth,
She disappears.

Imagine the present, reality.
Forget not the honesty.
She does not exist any place,
Other than your fragile mind.

What did I do to deserve you?
Never-ceasing love for me,
The courage it took to say those
Three silly words confidently.

No. I am sure I do not.
Don't cover the desperate truth,
I have no reason or motive to lie,
You think my words are untruth.

Honesty hurts both of us,
No. The stubborn word stuck in my mind,
My own voice repeating two letters
Constantly playing on rewind.

This is how things have to be,
I thought you should know,
How awesome and amazing you are,
I lack those traits, so my answer is no.

You do not care if I am perfect,
You feel the exact opposite as I do,
To know you think you don't deserve me,
Has me laughing and appreciating you.

I smile while I fall asleep,
You must be there in my dreams,
Our minds work so differently,
Mine houses worry, yours holds schemes.
Another oldie, from middle school, whats crazy is that even 8 later I still suffer from the same self esteem issues.

He's the one
That kisses my fingers
From base to tip
As if nothing so fine has ever met his lips
He's the one
That holds me at night
While he snores in my ear
And it's the sweetest thing I'll ever hear
He's the one
That stays up late
Talking about his dreams
And it's enough to make me burst at the seams
He's the one
I'll spend every day with
And still find myself missing
All his loving and his kissing
He's the one
I'm going to marry
And we'll spend the rest of our lives
Giggling
Laughing
Loving
Holding
Dreaming
Sighing
Crying
And falling in love all over
He's the One
Future Mrs. Something.

Remember the flame,
How much it hurts,
It all seems the same,
But I’m not really sure.

Remember the pain,
How it can sting,
Recall the shame,
All of the things,

Breaking you down,
Taking your core,
Can’t make a sound,
As loud as the floor.

Remember the laughing,
Take home the insults,
This can’t be happening,
Unable to repulse.

Bring all your tears,
Lay them aside,
You know the fears,
But not all the lies.

Show all your scars,
Give them to me,
I’ll make them ours,
I’ll set you free.

I’ll heal your rashes,
Wear them instead,
I’ll hold your ashes,
Only if you lend.
Hold the good times when the bad are handed to you... S.B. <3

I'm going to bed happy
for the first time in a long time.

And it feels good.

I'm going to bed with a smile on my face
for the first time in a long time.

And it feels good.

I'm going to bed laughing
for the first time in a long time.

And it feels so good.

I can feel it coming on once again
The little tickle inside of me
The child that needs to come out and play
The devilish grin permeating my face.

Once it begins
It seems to never end
The expression of my silly side
My quirky side unleashed.

My giggles are colorful marbles
Falling down an echoing staircase
Earshot spectators get quite a show
Pulled into the vortex of my laughter.

I know it must end
The nonstop hysteria
The cleansing of my body and mind
The cure for what ails me.

There is no anguish
As the laughter cascades from within my being
The pit of my stomach
The confines of my throat.

It feels like therapy
Letting it all out,
I feel the rush of life in my veins
As I laugh away all the soot in my soul.
