She was a rose
A unique black rose
Her beauty was in the dark
Not in the light
But her scent
Smelled like
A colorful flower.

Bedrooms and broken hearts.
A place where a fire is easy to start.
Bruised faces and nameless
People to blame
For what started in you.
A small flame that used to light up the day
Slowly spread into a wildfire,
Damaging everything in its path
Until it finally stops.
Everyone seems to blame the fire,
But never the person who caused it.
They don’t look beyond what is in front of them
Because it takes 5 seconds to see a monster
And 5 days to reach behind the monster and see a damaged person
yes. it's about anger

Nobody knows the
Difficult road I walked to
Get to where I am
Difficult roads often lead to beaitiful destinations

Watch me as I cry
Watch me as I feel no reason why,
Watch me as I judge
Watch me as I drag myself through the
   mud.

Call me "druggie" or any other name you want
I am more than the degenerate society sees
Quick to be cold, they don't know who I am
Toss insults around like leaves in the breeze

I tried to make people understand
Staring is not the correct way to learn
Lack of caring, disrespectful looks
Is all an addict will earn

Show me one person who has never been down
Has no mistakes to hold
Demons find their way into all of us
Life leaves the warmest hearts cold

Things taken in different strides
Each person handles pain in their own way
Some stand ground, others escape
Sense of self-worth is the price we pay

Because of you, the stigma you spread
I found how harshly most judge
I want to educate ignorant masses
Their opinions too rigid to budge
I hate being judged on who I was in the past

I want to write
But I don't know about what
Something about how they call me a ****
They think I sleep around and round
But my lifestyle isn't that profound
Is it right to shame me?
For exploring my sexuality?
I would say,
no
but they don't tend to hear that word

Please do not judge my well being
By my physical pain.
My mind endures more daily
Than my body could endure
In thousands of lifetimes.

Who am I to judge or critique
Who am I to tell the truth
In part I am a human

Like all humans we will do wrong
It is a duty to now do what is right
We cannot judge a person on one wrongdoing
We should judge them on the good

In another part I am me
Being me is different than human
Finding out who that is is the challenge
We all need our own identity
Without it we cannot be judged at all

Strive for greatness
Do great things
Dont do them because others want you to
Do them because you want to
In the end you are the ultimate judge of yourself
Love yourself by loving others
